Poll: What do you think of me changing the names of Ami, Rei, Makoto, Minako, Haruka and Michiru in A Life Once Forgotten? (The explanation: Since Serenity and Endymion aren't Usagi and Mamoru during the Silver Millenium, and only have those names in the present day, I felt like it was a little weird for everyone else to have their modern day names in the Moon Kingdom. I chose the names carefully, they're all Greek goddesses/deities, and what they rule over has a connection to what they are as a Senshi. Vote Now!

Author has written 9 stories for Sailor Moon, and Doctor Who.

About Me: I'm a 17 year old girl. I love reading and writing, as well as lots of other things. I've written many things over the years, but some of my proudest accomplishments are the fanfics I post here. I'm also attempting to work on three novels, but whether they'll ever be finished, I'm not sure. Other hobbies besides writing and reading are: dancing (any kind of dancing, but especially ballet. Ballet = love), singing, acting, hanging out with friends, watching movies/TV shows, listening to music, being outside, biking, playing tennis, playing music (I play violin and piano, and I'm trying to learn guitar) and more. I've been told by friends on many occasions that I'm a hopeless romantic, a total sap, and just a bit crazy.

I, StarryNight101 do solemnly swear to review all the fics I read, regardless of the number of reviews, its age, its length, or anything else.

I have joined the review revolution, post this in your profile and join the revolution!

The Beatles

Evanescence

Plumb

Mustafa Sandal

Putumayo World Music

Natasha Bedingfield

Rihanna

Carrie Underwood

Avril Lavigne

Aqua

Cascada

J.S. Bach (Bach is just... Bach. He was a genius.)

Claude Debussy (I think Clair de Lune might possibly be the most gorgeous and beautiful piece ever composed.)

Ludwig von Beethoven (Clair de Lune might possibly be the most beautiful piece ever composed, but the Moonlight Sonata comes pretty close.)

F. Chopin (I've only done little bits of Chopin, but I love his much so much.)

J. Brahms (my dream is to someday be able to play his cello sonata in E minor. SO BEAUTIFUL.)

Tchaikovsky (I really only know Nutcracker and Swan Lake, but I love those ballets.)

Mozart (You just have to love Mozart. I love how a lot of his music is so simple, but so beautiful. And, of course there's some really hard pieces which are annoyingly tricky to play, but so rewarding if you get it right.)

Modeste Mussorsgky (Great Gate of Kiev = epicness. Now if only it wasn't impossible to play...)

Kelly Clarkson

Snow Patrol

Coldplay

Ingrid Michaelson

Regina Spektor

And a whole bunch of soundtracks to movies/TV shows/musicals

Plus a lot more artists, and random songs, but really, I have 1000 songs on iTunes. Don't get me started on music. I like pretty much all genres of music to some extent, the only ones I don't like much at all are rap and hip-hop.

Favorite movies/ TV shows

Buffy the Vampire Slayer (This show is amazing, it has everything. And Joss Whedon is a genius. An evil one, but a genius nonetheless.)

Doctor Who (Only counting season 1 - 4, I haven't seen the old series, or Matt Smith yet. Still, that show is amazing. It breaks my heart, but somehow it does it in a beautiful way.)

Castle (It's so far managed to be one of the select few shows I watch which hasn't betrayed me in some way or another. Also, it's pretty darn epic. Amazingess!)

Battlestar Galactica (The title may be slightly stupid, but the show is AMAAAZINNG.)

Bones (Bones is just such an awesome show, I love all the actors, the writing, everything! Plus, it doesn't hurt that David Boreanaz is hot.)

Scrubs

Inuyasha (Technically an anime, but... shhh.)

Sailor Moon (Original Japanese version with subtitles. The dub wrecked the show.)

Lost

Monk

Psych

Downton Abbey

Revenge

Once Upon A Time

The Vampire Diaries (My guilty pleasure. I don''t think the writing or acting is fantastic, but it's so good and soap opera-y, and I love it.)

The Narnia movies

The Cutting Edge: Going for the Gold (I didn't like the first, the third was okay, but the second is an awesome movie. It never fails to make me feel better.)

The Italian Job

Happily Ever After (a French movie, which in French is called "et ils se marièrent et eurent beaucoup d'enfants" which literally translates as "and then they got married and had lots of kids." That's the French version of happily ever after. :D Isn't is awesome?)

My Wife is an Actress/ Ma femme est une actrice

Amelie

All the Harry Potter movies

Another Cinderella Story

Ever After (I think this is my favorite version of Cinderella ever. It's a beautiful movie.)

Valentine's Day

New Year's Eve

Mamma Mia!

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants movies

Tangled (I'm a sucker for kids movies! And Tangled is one of Disney's finest, I believe.)

A whole bunch of Disney movies (I like pretty much all of the classics, and most of the others, too.)

And a whole bunch of others. :P

Musicals I love

Random Facts

Ballet = love. I started at a really late age, when I was 13, which has proved difficult, but I can't imagine ever stopping. Ballet is one of those things where when you get serious about it, you always love it. Even when you hate it, you still love it. Can't live with it, can't live without it. It can be incredibly frustrating, I have gone through numerous crushing disappointments related to ballet, but even when I'm pissed, I can't stop loving it.

I've been playing piano since I was six, and violin since I was eight. That makes this my 12th year of playing piano, and 10th of playing violin. o_O

I used to hate writing, but my sister always forced me to, by bribing me with the idea of playing with my Bratz dolls together. I was obsessed with them, and always wanted to play with her. So, I might not be writing today if my big sister hadn't forced me to when I was younger, before I realized how much I love writing.

I dream of recording an album someday. I also love singing in the shower, or singing along to my iPod at the top of my lungs. Or singing anywhere, actually. On stage, at my voice lesson, in the shower.. I just love singing.

Aside from writing stories, I've written a bit of poetry, and some songs, as well. I'd love to be a singer/songwriter one day, but at the moment all of my songs are rough drafts.

I love acting, although I've never done much. When I was 9 I co-starred with my friends in a musical my sister wrote. And I've been in an assortment of plays/musicals over the years, but not a whole lot.

I'm addicted to the game Final Fantasy. I've played FFX and FFX-2 more than once... they're just such good games! It's like an interactive movie.

I'm an avid Simmer. I own all of the Sims 2 expansion packs, and all the ones for Sims 3, too. Plus a couple Sims 1 disks. :P

I'm a complete night owl. I always stay up way too late. For some reason inspiration tends to strike me right when I've decided to go to sleep. It's an extremely annoying habit.

My friends always tell me I'm a sap, I cry really, really easily. And I squeal like crazy at cute, romantic moments.

Couples I ship:

Sailor Moon:

Usagi/Mamoru (I'll always love Sailor Moon, and this pairing.)

Rei/Jadeite (The Senshi/Shitennou pairings are debatable as to whether they're canon or not. I say they are, but even if they're not, I just love the idea of it. And Rei and Jadeite make me laugh so hard with their love/hate relationship. Classic Beatrice/Benedick relationship.)

Minako/Kunzite (Possibly my favorite Shitennou/Senshi pairing. I just love Minako, and I feel like Kunzite is perfect for her.)

Makoto/Nephrite (I just feel like they compliment each other so well. It's been so fun exploring their relationship through my own writing.)

Ami/Zoisite (I don't really know much about them, because I haven't read many stories with them, but what I have read, I love. And I love writing them.)

Haruka/Michiru (I cannot tell you how mad it makes me that the English dub made them cousins. I mean, seriously, WTF? It's okay to have a gay couple on TV in Japan, but not in America?? Michiru and Haruka make such a perfect couple, it's ridiculous that they were changed to cousins.)

Inuyasha:

Inuyasha/Kagome (They make such an excellent couple! I'm so glad they get a happy ending, especially with all the obstacles they've faced.)

Sango/Miroku (So adorable together! The first time they admitted they loved each other made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside!)

Rin/Kohaku (I'm actually a little unsure on this, and after all, they're kids. But I feel like they would make a cute couple if they were a little older.)

Doctor Who

The Doctor/Rose (whether it's 10/Rose or 9/Rose, or 10.5/Rose, or even 11/Rose, they're probably my ultimate ship. Well, 10/Rose is my Ultimate Ship. Just because... no one can compare to the love they have, and how perfect they are together. In my perfect world, Doomsday never happened. Or, even better, she just came back and is magically immortal so she and the Doctor can travel together forever. As sad as Doomsday was/is, I love all of the yummy Doctor angst afterwards. But Rose can't be gone for _too_ long, otherwise it's just too sad and heartbreaking. And don't even get me started on Journey's End. Rose might technically get a happy ending, but the Doctor still loves her, and he doesn't get her. They are my Ultimate Ship, my OTP, my everything, and I ship them so hard, but it's such a tragic ship.)

Martha/Mickey (I never, ever would've thought of them as a good couple, until I found out they actually got married. And then it suddenly made perfect sense to me.)

Jack/Anyone vaguely humanoid (Because it's practically canon! Teehee. Actually, even though I haven't seen Torchwood, I've read a few good Jack/Ianto fics, so I ship them.)

Bones

Brennan/Booth (They're amazing together! After so many seasons of fighting the sexual tension between them, and stupid Hannah showing up, I'm glad things seem to be working out for them now.)

Hodgins/Angela (I'm so happy they're married and have a son! They are amazing.)

Castle

Castle/Beckett (So perfect together. Just so, so perfect.)

Esposito/Lanie (They're just cute and awesome, and I love both of them individually, and together is even better! I really hope they get back together.)

Ryan/Jenny (Just.. adorable. The way Ryan always talks about her, and then when he proposed to her it was just so cute and adorable and perfect, and I love them! Their wedding was so sweet.)

Buffy the Vampire Slayer:

Buffy/Angel (They were so perfect together... *sniffle* Becoming Part 2 is such a sad episode. I always want to hit Xander when he lies to Buffy. I mean, how could he?? Maybe if he hadn't, things would've turned out better. Maybe. Generally I only ship them pre-Spike, but I love Angel so much that post-Spike isn't bad. :) )

Buffy/Spike (When a friend first gave me a teaser about season 4, saying Buffy and Spike got engaged, I was very hesitant. But Something Blue changed my mind. I'm a devout Spuffy shipper now. Spufffyyyyy! Plus, things like Fluffy Spuffy and Smutty Spuffy just sound amazing.)

Xander/Anya (So sweet and totally awesome!! I was so sad when they broke up!! Hells Bells was such a sad episode, I cried. A lot. Xander seeing himself in the future, and even after learning it was all fake, you could tell how much it bothered him, how much he was afraid he would actually end up like that, and it was so sad, and when he left Anya at the altar, and she was crying, and I was crying, and everyone was crying, and did I mention that this episode was really really sad?)

Willow/Oz (Pre-Tara only. Willow and Oz were a truly great couple, but Willow/Tara is the perfect ship.)

Willow/Tara (I loved them together, and I was so upset when Warren killed Tara! Joss Whedon was going to have Tara come back in a later Buffy episode, where Buffy got to make one wish, and she wished for Tara to come back. However, Amber Benson was unavailable for filming, so it didn't work out. In my perfect world, this happens! Or Tara never dies. Either one.)

Giles/Ms. Calender (They weren't together for long, but it was so sweet, and so sad when Angel killed Ms. Calender! And when Giles goes to her house, because they're going to have a date, and he goes upstairs, and then he sees her lying on the bed dead, and it was so sad!! STUPD ANGELUS.)

Harry Potter

Ron/Hermione (To sum up how I feel about them, I'll steal a quote from someone else. 'The fact that Harmony is not canon has proved to me that you can be just best friends with a guy. The fact that Romione is canon as proved that a guy can be truly perfect for you, even if he is nowhere near perfect at all.')

Harry/Ginny (I know a decent sized portion of people think Harry/Ginny isn't half as good as Harry/Luna, but I just can't see that. I like Luna, a lot, but Harry/Ginny is such a great ship. Also, what's with all the Ginny hate? It surprises me how many people hate her. I love Ginny!)

Firefly

Mal/Inara (The fact that the show was cancelled before they could become canon makes me SO MAD. And sad. It's just so obvious that Mal and Inara are in love. Like when Inara finds Mal collapsed on the floor after kissing Saffron, and she's just so glad he's alive that she kissed him. Or all of the meaningful looks they share, and their Beatrice/Benedick relationship... it's just so perfect.)

Simon/Kaylee (This ship at least happened, which makes me so happy. Kaylee is a little childlike sometimes, and I love how Simon can take care of her. But Kaylee is also awesome and can take care of herself, and I love how she tells Simon off when he does something stupid. They're a wonderful couple.)

Wash/Zoe (Sometimes I hate Joss Whedon. Like when he does things like ruin a beautiful ship by KILLING OFF A CHARACTER IN IT. Ugh. But Wash and Zoe are so perfect together, and I love how they compliment each other, and are so obviously in love, but they still have their issued. They're so perfect together.)

Battlestar Galactica

Kara Thrace 'Starbuck'/Lee Adama 'Apollo' (I ship them so much. Seriously, from pretty much the first moment I saw them together, I shipped them. I love Battlestar Galactica, but the ending made me so sad. Poor Lee! Poor Kara! My poor shipper heart was so unhappy with the ending they got. Everything about them is perfect for each other! Especially when Kara returns and Lee's the only one who believes. I ship them so much. Ag.)

Sharon Valerii 'Boomer'/Chief Gaelen (As amazing as Battlestar Galactica is, a lot of the couples I ship had unhappy endings. I was so sad when Boomer joined up with Cavil. And then when she came back and deceived Gaelen. I wish they had a happy ending.)

Adama/Roslin (I love how slowly their relationship progresses. It starts out with them as sort of opposing powers, and then they slowly become friends and then much more.)

Sharon Agathon 'Athena'/Karl Agathon 'Helo' (The only couple I ship that actually got a happy ending... at least they did. I love how throughout the entire show, they stay true to each other, and their love never wavers.)

Miscellaneous

Susan Pevensie/ Prince Caspian from Narnia (I know they're not really a couple... but that kiss at the end of the movie! They're so good together!)

Tidus/Yuna from Final Fantasy X and X-2 (So amazing. I know it's a video game, but... it's a story, too. Just an interactive one. And from the moment Tidus meets Yuna, his life changes, as does hers. And they slowly fall in love, and it's so beautiful. The ending breaks my heart, but at least there's FFX-2. Some people might not like the game, or think that Tidus being brought back is lame, but I think it's perfect.)

Rikku/Gippal from FFX/-2 (Not really canon at all, but I think they have a little something going on... maybe it's just my overactive shipper imagination, but I don't think so.)

Paine/Nooj (Also not really all that canon, but either I'm reading into things way too much, or it's hinted at. I just think that there's something between them, and they'd be good together.)

Rogue/Wolverine from X-Men. (I know they're really not cannon at all, but I love them together. Who cares about the age difference? It doesn't really matter much, and they're obviously extremely close, I just happen to think that Wolverine's concern over Rogue isn't just because he promised to protect her, but because he loves her. I mean, at the end of the first X-Men movie, it was so obvious that Wolverine loves Rogue! I generally only ship canon pairings, but I make exceptions.)

Haku/Chihiro(Sen) from Spirited Away. (I was terrified of Spirited Away when I was a kid, but when I re-watched it recently, I was suspired by how much I fell in love with this couple. Chihiro risks everything to save Haku, and he does everything to protect her in the spirit world. Although the ending of the movie saddens me a little, I have faith that they'll make good on their promise to each other, and meet again. I also might partially love them because I have a huge crush on Haku.)

Zuko/Katara from Avatar: The Last Airbender (So... I recently discovered my love for this ship. I was never super fond of Katara/Aang, even though I tried to like it, 'cause it's canon, and I didn't ship anyone else. But then I was re-watching Avatar, and I realized how amazing Zuko/Katara is as a ship. SO AWESOME. I kinda like Mai/Zuko, but... Katara/Zuko's amazing.)

Korra/Mako from The Legend of Korra. (They are so fantastic together. I started shipping them together practically from the first moment they were on screen together.)

Laurie/Jo from Little Women. (I recently re-watched the movie of Little Women, after having not seen it for years. I had a distinct memory that Laurie and Jo got together, and I was waiting the entire movie for it. When it didn't happen, I was surprised. And annoyed. I mean... they're so perfect together! And Laurie end up being kind of a playboy, before getting together with Amy, and poor Jo is obviously upset. It's not fair to Jo, because she loves Laurie, but she ends up with the professor. It's not fair to him, because o doesn't really love him. It's not fair to Laurie, because he loves Jo, but he ends up with Amy. And it's not fair to Amy, because Laurie doesn't really love her. Everyone would be happier if Laurie and Jo were together!)

Cinder/Prince Kai from Cinder, by Marissa Meyer. (Um... first off, I kind of fell in love with that book. And I also really fell in love with this ship. They are just amazing, and Marissa Meyer is such a talented writer.)

Scarlet/Wolf from Scarlet, by Marissa Meyer. (While Kai is still my favorite guy from the Lunar Chronicles, Wolf is pretty awesome. And I love his relationship with Scarlet, and it has so many ups and downs, but the end scene between them is so gushy and adorable and I love it.)

Cammie/Zach from the Gallagher Girls series by Ally Carter. (Zach is SO much cooler than Josh. He's kind of really awesome. And I love him and Cammie together.)

Kat/Hale from Heist Society by Ally Carter. (Another really great pairing. First of all, Hale is kind of hot... um... yeah... I don't fall in love with fictional characters, why do you ask? Also, Kat and Hale just seem really, really, extremely great together.)

Couples I do NOT ship in any shape, way or form:

The Doctor/Amy/Reinette/Joan/River Song/Martha/Donna/anyone other than Rose. (Although I have sympathy for Martha, as I know it can't be easy when you love, or are infatuated with someone who doesn't love you back... Martha still annoys me. She's boring! She has the potential to be awesome, as she proved at the end of season 3, but for most of the season she's just dull. And also, terrible as a romantic interest for the Doctor. Reinette... well, I hated GitF. I suppose it's not really Reinette's fault, but I found her annoying and I HATED the Doctor for snogging her. He certainly didn't complain when Rose snogged him! Why was he so infatuated with her? [Because it was NOT love.] It's just not like the Doctor to fall in love with someone at first sight, just because they're beautiful and accomplished. I mainly blame Steven Moffat for making the Doctor OOC in that episode. Joan wasn't a terrible character, and I can't really blame the Doctor for this one, since he didn't remember anything, but I still hate them together. However, I LOVE how the Doctor couldn't remember the TARDIS, he though Gallifrey was in Ireland, but he remembered Rose's name, and her face! TRUE LOVE. I've only River Song in SitL/FotD, and I'm a little ambivalent about her. I feel like she could be an interesting character, but the romance with the Doctor ruins it. Just... why, Steven Moffat? He's made it clear he doesn't like Rose, but that doesn't mean he can alter the show however he wants, and try and force another love interest down our throats. It's too soon, and makes things seem OOC. Arg. Anyways, Donna, as amazing as she is, is terrible for the Doctor. I mean... there's absolutely no romance between them. At ALL. They're clearly best friends, and that's it. People who ship them are crazy. As for Amy, I haven't seen her yet, so I suppose I shouldn't judge her, but as long as she sticks to Rory, she might be fine. Besides, so many of the cast/crew members have said that the Doctor loves Rose. INCLUDING DAVID TENNANT. So, clearly, Doctor/Rose is canon. I don't know how some people deny it, but... *shrug* And Doctor/River Song may technically be canon, but I'm ignoring that right now. I HATE their romance. Anyways, anyone else with the Doctor, or with Rose, is just annoying and stupid. Rant over.)

Usagi/Seiya (Usagi and Mamoru are perfect together! Seiya is wrong for Usagi, Usgai will always love Mamoru! However, I also hate fics which hate on Seiya, especially ones where Seiya rapes Usagi. [Seriously, why are there so many of those?] That would never happen, Seiya cares for Usagi deeply, and although she doesn't love him, they share a deep bond of friendship.)

Inuyasha/Kikyo (I'm not a Kikyo hater. I feel bad for her, but I feel like Inuyasha and Kikyo were in love 50 years ago, and that was their time. Now Inuyasha's in love with Kagome, and while she's the reincarnation of Kikyo, they're quite different people.)

Sesshomaru/Rin (they'd be cute if Rin was around 10 years older. However, she isn't, she's a little girl, and Sesshomaru is an adult. CREEPY. However, Rin/Sesshomaru parent/child fics are ADORABLE.)

Jo/Prof Bhaer (I don't think she loves him. I think she respects his opinion as a professor, and admires him, but I just don't think she loves him. And besides, he's kinda dull, and boring, and he's too old for her.)

Laurie/Amy (I cannot believe they end up married. It just doesn't make any sense! Amy first turns him away because she says she doesn't want to be courted by someone who loves her sister, namely, Jo. Which is true. Laurie has always loved Jo, and if only he hadn't married Amy just to be a part of the family. I think Jo wasn't ready to be married when he first proposed, but after 4 years, you can tell that her feelings have changed, and she does love him as more than a brother. And I think Amy can tell, too. And I know Laurie still loves Jo. So why does he marry Amy???)

Sesshomaru/Kagome (I just don't really see it... I don't hate them together, like some of the pairings on this list, but I just don't see it. Kagome clearly loves Inuyasha. And all those fics where Inuyasha abandons Kagome for Kikyo are stupid. Especially the ones where Inuyasha and Kikyo decide to kill Kagome, and then she takes comfort in Sesshomaru's arms. I mean... seriously? That is so OOC. Kikyo may have tried to kill Kagome, but I think that was really only in the beginning. Besides, it's one thing for her to resent Kagome, but Inuyasha wanting to kill her? No way.)

About me as a writer:

I'm a fan of many fandoms (okay, that sounds weird...) such as Doctor Who, Castle, Buffy, Bones, Sailor Moon and more, and I plan on at some point writing for all of those, but my main focus (for now) will probably be Doctor Who and Sailor Moon. For my multi-chapter stories I'll do my best to update soon, but I'm not the sort of writer who writes several chapters and then posts one each week. I write when I can, and then I post immediately. Plus, I have a kinda busy life, not to mention these novels I'm working on, so be patient if I haven't updated in a while. I won't abandon a fic unless I feel like I absolutely have to for some reason, but I can't imagine that ever happening. In other words, even if I haven't updated in ages, I promise I will, as soon as I can.

"Your arms are my castle, your heart is my sky. They wipe away tears that I cry. The good and the bad times, we've been through them all. You make me rise when I fall." Everytime We Touch, by Cascada.

"D'you fancy Billie Piper, sir?" Lauren Cooper, from Catherine Tate's comedy sketch TV show.

"But your heart grows cold, and the north wind blows and carries down the distant... Rose." "Oh, big mistake. 'Cause that name keeps me fighting." A Carionite witch and the Doctor, Doctor Who.

"When you wanna give up, and your heart's about to break, remember that you're perfect, God makes no mistakes." Welcome To Wherever You Are, Bon Jovi.

"I will love you, baby, always. And I'll be there forever and a day. Always. I'll be there 'till the stars don't shine, 'till the heavens burst and the words don't rhyme." Always, Bon Jovi.

"I could tell my heart each time it isn't love, you're just some guy. There's nothing there and what I feel is in my head, it isn't real. But I can't deny, I can't even try, 'cause I know inside, butterflies don't lie." Butterflies Don't Lie, Kaci

"I don't quite know how to say how I feel, those three words are said too much, they're not enough." Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol

"In a perfect world, one we've never one, we would never need to face the world alone. I may not be brave, or strong, or smart, but somewhere in my secret heart I know love will find a way." Love Will Find A Way, form the Lion King 2.

"I was so afraid; now I realize love is never wrong, and so it never dies. There's a perfect world shining in your eyes." Love Will Find A Way, Lion King 2.

"Ohh, if there's one thing I hang on to, that gets me through the night, I ain't gonna do what I don't want to, I'm gonna live my life. Shining like a diamond, rolling with the dice, standing on a ledge I show the wind how to fly. When the world gets in my face I say have a nice day." Have A Nice Day by Bon Jovi

"I will love you, baby, always. I'll be there forever and a day. Always. I'll be there 'till the stars don't shine, 'till the heavens burst, and the words don't rhyme." Always, Boon Jovi

ANGEL: "Now that's everything, huh? No weapons... No friends...No hope. Take all that away... and what's left?" Buffy the Vampire Slayer
BUFFY: "Me."

SPIKE: "I want to save the world."
BUFFY: "You do remember that you're a vampire, right?"
SPIKE "We like to talk big, vampires do. 'I'm going to destroy the world.' That's just tough guy talk. Strutting around with your friends over a pint of blood. The truth is, I like this world. You've got... dog racing, Manchester United. And you've got people, billions of people walking around like Happy Meals with legs. It's all right here. But then someone comes along with a vision, with a real... passion for destruction. Angel could pull it off. Goodbye, Piccadilly. Farewell, Leicester bloody Square. You know what I'm saying?" Buffy the Vampire Slayer

ANGEL: "Just tell me what I need to know."
GILES: "In order... to be worthy..."
ANEGL: "Yeah?"
GILES: "You must perform the ritual... in a tutu. Pillock!"

XANDER:"I think we're gonna get through this. I think I'm gonna live a long and silly life, and I'm not interested in doing that without you around." Buffy the Vampire Slayer

BUFFY: "Dawn, listen to me. Listen: I love you. I will always love you. This is the work that I have to do. Tell Giles I... tell Giles I figured it out, and I'm okay. Give my love to my friends. You have to take care of them now. You have to take care of each other. You have to be strong. Dawn, the hardest thing in this world is to live in it. Be brave. Live... for me."

"You drop a coin into the sea and shout out 'Please come back to me!' You name your child after your fear, and tell them 'I have brought you here.' The scary part, the aftershock, the moment it takes to fall apart. The time we have, the task at hand, the love it takes to destroy a man. The ecstasy, the being free, that big black cloud over you and me, and after the upward fall, and... were we angels after all?" The Night Starts Here by Stars

I have about a billion more, but this is getting really long. Kudos to anyone who's read all of this, and if you haven't, I can't really blame you, I do have a bit of a tendency to ramble.

Special quotes

Basically, I was just thinking of some of my favorite quotes, and I decided to share them. These quotes all mean something to me, whether they're inspirational, advice, or just something I like for some unexplainable reason, they all mean something to me. ATTENTION DOCTOR WHO FANS!!!

I was reading this excellent fanfic which was exploring the whole Martha-is-the-Dark-Lady thing from early season 3. Well, in that story, Martha asks the Doctor if he has a favorite sonnet, and he replies 109. For those of you unfamiliar with Shakespeare, here it is. It's perfect for the Doctor and Rose!

O, never say that I was false of heart,
Though absence seem'd my flame to qualify.
As easy might I from myself depart
As from my soul, which in thy breast doth lie:
That is my home of love: if I have ranged,
Like him that travels I return again,
Just to the time, not with the time exchanged,
So that myself bring water for my stain.
Never believe, though in my nature reign'd
All frailties that besiege all kinds of blood,
That it could so preposterously be stain'd,
To leave for nothing all thy sum of good;
For nothing this wide universe I call,
Save thou, my rose; in it thou art my all.

One last thing... I got the following in a chain email, and normally I hate chain mail, and don't pass it on, but this one's really sweet, and it always makes me feel better if I'm having a bad day.

1. At least 2 people in this world love you so much they would die for you.

2. At least 15 people in this world love you in some way.

3. The only reason anyone would ever hate you is because they want to be just like you.

4. A smile from you can bring happiness to anyone, even if they don't like you.

5. Every night, SOMEONE thinks about you before they go to sleep.

6. You mean the world to someone.

7. If not for you, someone may not be living.

8. You are special and unique.

9. Someone that you don't even know exists loves you.

10. When you make the biggest mistake ever, something good comes from it.

11. When you think the world has turned its back on you, take a look: you most likey turned your back on the world.

12. When you think you have no chance of getting what you want, you probably won?t get, but if you believe in yourself, probably, sooner or later, you will get it.

13. Always remember the compliments you received. Forget about the rude remarks.

14. Always tell someone how you feel about them; you will feel much better when they know.

15. If you have a great friend, take the time to let them know that they are great.
