I'm Sylvera, but you've probably figured that out already. I go by SapphirexBlue on DeviantART, and I use this same name on Fictionpress. That said, I have hardly anything on Fictionpress, so it's probably not worth checking out at the moment. I can also be found on Archive Of Our Own under this name.
I joined this site several years ago. I'd written a bit of fanfiction, and decided to make this account so that I could post my best stuff. Since then, I've ended up writing mostly one-shots, along with a few chaptered stories.
In the past, I've been very inconsistent about my writing. I'd start a story, then start another one, then go back to the first one, then not write for a while, then think up ANOTHER story and work on that one for a while. I've got many, many projects that I've started and never finished. That went on for a while, but nowadays I just work on one story at a time. That way, I can focus more easily and work much more quickly. I try not to go more than two months without posting a chapter of my current project. Usually I do better than that, but I do work slowly most of the time. Don't expect too much at once. My 100-themes one-shots are the exception, though. They're really short, so they'll be posted more frequently.
If I AM planning on discontinuing a story, I'll either mention it in the story (if it's a longer one), or just delete the story (if it's one that I didn't get very far on.) If I haven't updated in a long time, then at a certain point I'll try and leave a message just to say why.
Umm...what else is there to say? Interests. I like to write, of course. I also like to draw (hence the fact that I have a DA account), read, go on the internet, and play video games. The fanfiction I write is mostly for video games, though occasionally I'll write something for an anime or manga series. You might see something for other cartoons every now and then.
Hope you enjoy what I have to offer!
As of September 2010, I am currently working on an 100 Themes writing challenge. I've made my own list of themes, and assigned each theme to a character from a work of fiction that I like. I plan to write a one-shot for each one. The mood will vary depending on the theme - some of these will be serious or sad, some of them will be light and silly. Most of the one-shots will also be short, usually no more than two pages in Word. I'm working on them in number order, and I will be posting them here. This doesn't mean I'm not working on my ongoing projects - it just means that you can expect one-shots popping up every now and then. The project will span a wide variety of series, so chances are there'll be at least a few that will interest you.
I'd rather not mention the themes I'm using, but what follows is a list of characters I'll be writing about. Expect it to change every now and then, since none of these are set in stone until I write them.
Plus Anima (formatting won’t let me put a plus sign for some reason) (3): Cooro, Nana, Husky
This list was last updated on January 23rd, 2013. Currently I have 34/100 stories completed.
