11/20/10: Took the story idea tabs out of my profile. I think someone stole one of my ideas that way, so that was stupid of me, lol.

11/21/10: Regarding my abandoned story, "Never Think" - I am SO sorry that it's taking so long to update this story! I already have an idea of how to write the next chapter (I purposely run it through my head each night, so I don't forget it, lol), but I'm finding it very difficult to find time to just sit down and put it into words.

My main concern is Snotlout. Each day that passes, I regret bringing him into the story. I'm trying desperately to end things on good terms with him. I don't want him to be looked at as the bad guy in this story, because he isn't. He just isn't right for Ruffnut. And that's why it's hard. I think one of my reviewers already hates him, which is not what I intended, lol. I don't know how to get him out of the picture and make it known that he's not bad, he just doesn't fit well with Ruff.

I have considered over the past few weeks of doing just what I thought about doing if this story ever went south and got into the hands of Mr. Writer's Block - that being, deleting all the chapters and turning it back into a OneShot. The only reason I haven't acted upon this yet, is because - although I haven't got the next few chapters all thought up exactly, I know how it's going to end.

The ending, in my opinion, is what can save this story. It is a sweet ending, probably one of the best I have ever thought up, that sums up everything perfectly and has that oh-so clever last line I always hope to accomplish, lol.

I thank all of you who have commented, favorited and story alerted the story so far. As of now, my story has 54 comments, 24 favorites and 25 alerts! :D That makes me hopeful, because where the story stands right now, I honestly think it sucks, lol. Like I said, the only hope for this story is if I either turn it back into a OneShot or force a few more chapters in and give you the ultimate ending I am currently storing in my brain, lol.

And, as alerts are simply a way of saying, "I like your story and I want to be informed when it continues", I will continue it. Soon. Very soon; I promise. Hopefully by the beginning of December. Again, another thank you to all of you that have stuck with me for this story. I look forward to hearing from all of you when I do plan to continue. Which, again, will be soon, lol.

If you're looking for some "Ruffish" to read for the time being, though, I do recommend my collection of OneShots, "Oblivious to Awkwardness", that I wrote for that adorable couple. They don't seem to be very popular, lol, but I'm quite satisfied with them. And that's saying a lot, coming from me. Toodles!

06/15/11: For those wondering who are wondering - yes, I am planning on writing more than just chapters to my "Oblivious to Awkwardness" story. Trust me, I have SO many story ideas - so many plans - for a bunch of different pairings and a couple of different community's. I'm just in a major writers rut right now. I only post those random chapters so it looks like I'm actually doing something! I hope to have something brand new up this month. I'll keep you updated.
