Personality: Your classic, reclusive, video game and literature nerd. Think unintentional lolita tomboy with anti-social tendancies and I guess that's me. I also seem to have developed a morbid fascination with watching the chronically stupid stumble through life around me. Don't ask why; it used to annoy me (since I'm one of them), but now it's just funny. I love food (I'm one of those freaks-of-nature that eats twice my weight a day, but never seems to gain any weight XD) and I have been told that I have very odd sleeping habits: such as I make the bed in my sleep.

-_About the Fics_-

Just to say, my updates are very erratic because I do not have any of these fics planned out beforehand and they depend greatly on inspiration and time(which I seem to have a distinct lack of recently). I'll never abandon any of the fics I start, but there's no guaranteed that they will be updated in a decent amount of time. Not to mention, I am an indifferent fanfiction writer. I do it when I'm bored and have nothing better to do. Which is very rare lately since I'm getting ready for University, writing my own book, and trying to deal with my idiot managers at work making me put up with supervisor responsibilities (except without the pay raise XP) and all this WONDERFUL (sarcasm) overtime.

Smoky Sunsets and 8bit Nights:(Pre Canon) It started as a self-appointed point-of-view exercise with the thought: I want something funny and dark. It morphed into Matt-centric when I noticed that there was next to no fics about Matt that weren't somehow involved with Mello and/or yaoi of some sort. THIS ONE IS ON HOLD FOR NOW. I love it, but it's so hard making the transition between the various styles. And since the other ones are receiving the most support, unfortunately that makes this one the main candidate for being paused. On the bright side it will give the storyline a chance to stew in the back of my mind for a while, which usually makes my writing turn out better in the end.

Fairynote Madness: (AU) Already said in the fic where this 'thing' came from. I found an old Creative Writing exercise under my bed related to fairytales, and I decided to use the concept for Death Note. This one is purely for fun (unfortunately, I'm not always in the mood for fun, so it gets delayed a lot). My writing muses have been kidknapped! DX I must beat them into submission on a regular basis... xP Oh! Oh! Beyond L:(Drabble) It's been stuck in my head forever. I just had to write it to get the concept off my chest. This is my more dramatic side showing through, I suppose. I love character subtlety and I'm very happy with how this one-shot turned out.

Two Faces of Genius: (Pre Canon) This is probably my most ambitious piece. Chapter One is finally underway, and I am beside myself with joy to announce that I has a beta for it now (actually... three. O.O Oh trust me, it needs all the help it can get! DX ). It's a multi-chaptered companion story to go with Beyond L. It's considerably darker, more complex, intense and definitely the most frustrating thing I have ever set my mind to. I'm in love with this idea. If I do it right, it will be fantastic. And I will do it right. DX I refuse to ruin such a good storyline by rushing it. Unfortunately, this means I might end up putting my stories on hold in order to accomplish this... and I've been rereading volume 13 and Another Note over and over again to try and get the characters right. It's a little tedious, but I hope it'll be worth it in the end.

Fact#1: I have a parakeet that swears at me on a regular basis.

Fact#2: I have an INSANELY large (and dysfunctional) family. I can't go anywhere to avoid them - not even off continent - because they're EVERYWHERE! DX

Fact#3: I've been belly dancing for roughly five years.

Fact#4: My yard has a possessed apple tree. OwO It blew over in a windstorm three years ago (laying sideways in the grass, absolutely no trunk attachment), but still grows apples every spring. Be afraid...

Fact#5: My pinky toes are abnormally flexible. Not a natual occurance. It has taken hours of extreme boredom and concentration to gain this ability.

Fact#6: There's a betting pool at work to see how long until I finally snap, and burn the f-cking building down, after beating all my coworkers to death with a mug tray.

Fact#7: I've been a freaking pedo-magnet since I was twelve. It's annoying. I'd, for once, like to gain the attention of someone NOT thirty years older than me.
