Weluvgirlswithglasses is a cozy little account that houses two authors. Some stories are written by a single one of us, some stories (usually the bigger ones) are co-written by both of us. When one of us writes on our own, the other usually plays beta. Either way, we both have involvement in everything written here. :P

On a more personal note, we are both female and engaged to each other. Needless to say, we enjoy girls' love.

Though we have both written for other fandoms in the past, those stories are old and not included on this account. So far, all we've got here are fics dedicated to the wonderful little anime known as Lucky Star. But they're good fics, so a lack of variety can be overlooked.

Now, here's how things work with us. Most of our fics involve our OTP, pictured above. They're all from the perspective of either Kagami or Konata. One of us is the writer for Konata, and the other is the writer for Kagami. It's through a back-and-forth writing style that most of our stories are done. We enjoy these two characters (and the pairing) because they remind us very much of ourselves. We stay within the realm of canon and strive for IC in all characters. We can both be perfectionists, so it works.

Sometimes we might leave a harsh review, but we always want to be honest when we say something about another fic. It's better than aimless flattery.

Yes, we are quite the pair.

As you can see, since one of us is like Konata, it means that one of us has gotten a little LAZY about updating our profile.

Now for individual introductions:

Hi, my name's... private. It starts with a J. I don't like giving out my name. I write for Kagami in our stories. Like her, I'm nitpicky and I have a temper. See warning below. But I'm also a nice person.

I like anime and I like yuri. I always do my best to stay in-character, and I enjoy writing for characters that I can relate to. I prefer simplicity in fanfiction, so I tend to write one-shots and other short stuff. I don't like it when fanfics go on for 4932+ chapters, so I try not to write mine like that. And no particular offense to any particular people, but I HATE OC's. I just can't stand them, especially when they were obviously created just to get cozy with a canon character(s). A story would have to be pretty damn special for me to read if it stars one of those...things. I'd like to add a disclaimer to this statement - I have learned to tollerate some OC's. I know that some of them can be written well, but the fact remains that most of them aren't. Still I acknowledge that not all of them are bad. Some of them have been made into their own people, and some of them have actually been created for a purpose other than being a canon character's boyfriend/girlfriend. I still don't like them as a whole. I won't like them as a whole until most of them stop being such damn obvious sues and stus, but I am a little more open.

Currently, my favorite series are Mai-HiME and Lucky Star. My old-time favorite is Inuyasha.

I am not afraid to leave bad reviews and I will do so if I think your work deserves it. Deal with it, k?

Hey, this is Nillia. I write for Konata. Though I may not write as much, I'll probably be doing a few illustrations for the fanfics that we co-author. With luck, I'll be able to pester J into drawing a few pictures too. :P

I also like yuri, and I tend to look for it. If I can't find enough, I work on my own.

I love The Melancholy of Suzumiya Haruhi, Lucky Star, Mushi-shi, Death Note, Gintama, and I'm starting to get into Allison and Lillia. Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2 are my old favorites.

Our favorite pairings are Inuyasha + Kagome, Ranma + Akane, Howl and Sophie, Fry and Leela, Himeko and Chikane, Natsuki and Shizuru, and Konata + Kagami.

That doesn't mean we'll be writing for all of them, though...
