I think there is a distressingly decreasing amount of redheads in this world, me being one of the few, you'll find that most random characters that appear in my stories will have red hair, my OC has red hair, I think you can see a pattern emerging?

Not the best of Days-- I'm working on a story with an OC in Naruto. I know, everyone does it, but you don't have to read it, so don't complain. No, my character does not hook up with a Naruto character, suprisingly. But Gaara is there, because Gaara is a sexy beast. It's about a poor soul who is transported from her boring History class in Ontario, to the top of a bloody mountain, and has just been told that she has to train to be a ninja, so that she can take on the role of an old myth, and protect the forest of the fire country. She is then pulled into events that she didn't expect to be part of, and that's story. Sounds like fun, eh? No title yet, I'm depending on my friends to think of that for me ;)

Fireworks-- just a muse so far. Rock Lee goes to the fireworks festival, and meets none other the Kazekage, Gaara! After eluding his guard, they wander the festival, and watch the fireworks. Gaara asks why people are kissing. In case you haven't guessed, its yaoi.

New Muse-- I've brought back my old character, Hotaru Akaya, and made a few changes. The story doesn't really have a plot, but my beta thinks it's interesting. I'm thinking of posting the first chapter, to see if anyone actually cares enough to want to read it.

I am collaborating with a fellow FANFICTION writer, to help write her amazing story, Just Another Crazy Dream. He penname is courtneyofmanydimensions, and you should totally check her stuff out, cause she's about a million times better than I'll ever be xD

Anyways, she let me put one of my old OC's in her story for a roleplay we did one time, and apparently, by some fluke or miracle, she's actually put our crazy idea into her story! Who'da thunk it?

Anyways (I keep getting off track) I'll explain my character a bit:

Name: Hotaru Akaya
Age: About 23ish
Gender: female
Origin: Village Hidden in Mist
Looks: Short in stature, red hair (see! I told you!) blue eyes, two scars under her right eye, always smiling.
Personality: Cheerful, sarcastic, short temper, real spitfire
Story: On a mission to get a important scroll for her village, Akaya is injured, and decides she doesn't really like the whole "killing people" thing. So, with the scroll, which she doesn't know the importance of, she runs off to the Fire Country to, hopefully, start over. On her way to the village, she learns that she is now classified as a missing, and dangerous mission, possibly in league with Orochimaru. She chops her hair, and buries all evidence of her being a ninja in the bottom of her backpack, and goes to the Village hidden in Leaves. There, she works in a book store, and tries to keep quiet, lest the ninja of the Leaf Village discover who she is, and... well, kill her.
