I hope everybody enjoys my fanfiction. I'm afraid I'm a terrible procrastinator, and I'm still working on getting through school, so I don't get around to writing as much as I'd like. I do draw alot in class though and you can find a good deal of my finished work on my deviantart acount above. Writing well takes more concentration as it takes words, and as much fun as it is, I can't listen to a teacher lecture and write like I can draw at the same time! XD

Aqua Penna (No-)Aquilio

Status:

Also known as 'Aqua Fledger VanStarlit', this girl is currently fourteen years old, but due to the nature of her powers, when you meet her, you could have just seen her minutes ago, but she hasn't seen you in years. Or she could even double back in time and seem younger. Aqua is the leader of a team of superpowered kids, she is one of the six original guardians that run the group. She is the leader of the six. Her set of guardians is one of ten that are part of the high council of infinity, and as the leader she is a Highlord, or one of the ten leaders who govern the council, and all the other guardians. In recent years, with the arrival of a new evil, the need for a supreme leader arose, and despite her refusal, the council found Aqua to be the destined queen. Her new tittle is The High-Queen of Everything, Everywhere, and Everywhen. (Yay, she's so thrilled.) As the new High-Queen of light, her job is to marshal the guardians' forces against the Darkness which threatens the multi-verses. It's no small job to be sure.

Aqua actually isn't the name she was given at birth. Her real name starts with and L just like her brothers, so they have the same two initials if you ignore their middle names. Aqua's real middle name is Wren, as in the bird. She doesn't use her real name because everyone's true name has power relating to them, and when you've become as powerful as her, you have to be careful, also, her real name has a distinctive spelling, and she doesn't want to be tracked down, or have one of her oher, or past, selves tracked down by anyone who might be after her, she let's everyone else use their real name, because many of them are common, and they aren't as worried, her brother is still working on coming up with a good name instead of his real one, so the just call him by his real name.

Aqua actually changes her name in accordance with what happens in her life as a guardian. They say a name represents who you truly are, so she makes sure her's does. She alway keeps the name Aqua, but she changes the rest of it to suit herself. In the beginning it was '-Fledger VanStarlit'. The word 'fledger', though not originally meant to at the time, refers to the fledging of a bird, or the gaining of it's flight feathers, heralding it's ability to fly. 'VanStarlit', was neat sounding, and refers to starlight, and the prefix alludes to a love of unnecessarily foreign sounding names, and was originally meant to sound slightly french, which she has always had a slight affinity for. This name was her first and speaks of a young guardian who is just coming into power and has may quirks about her.

The second name she takes is, 'Aqua Penna Aquilio-Inbrium'. Usually just, 'Aqua Penna Aquilio', the 'Inbrium' adds "of rain", and was less part of the name than a statement, that she was an elemental of water, meaning that she was one of the guardians of water, and very high up the chain of command, probably a elemental, or someone powerful enough to change their body into water. 'Penna', is Latin for feather, meaning she was of feather, or already fledged. She was and adolescent bird, not a full adult, but not a child by any means, old enough to hunt on her own. 'Aquilio' means "The North Wind". tieing to both the cold of the north, and to the strong, legendary wind, implying both the elements of Ice, and Air. Aqua took this name around the time she became High-Queen.

The third name, she hasn't yet taken, so I won't spoil it for anyone, but it will signify an great, if not final change, to adult hood, and to being the true Queen of her people.

Aqua is currently sharing leadership of the guardians with Ignis, the High-Lord of darkness. Aqua appears to have feelings for David, and they could end up together eventually, but for now they're just good friends. Ignis King of Darkness, making his rank arguably about the same as the High-Prince's, though likely higher.

Her spirit has at times shown itself to take the form of either a blue dragon or a blue phoenix(Ice Phoenix). Her personality and powers link her to those creatures, as well as most other types of birds and several types of dragons as well as, cats, fish, foxes, raptors, pterodactyls, dragonflies, snakes(basilisks), and griffins.

The guardian's each control certain elements of the twelve.

Aqua's Elements: Water, Air, Ice, Light (She was the keeper of the element of Darkness until recently when she was able to pass it on to her younger brother.)

Powers:

elemental-

Aqua has the ability to take on any attributes normally associated with her elements, including elemental abilities, such as being able to dissolve her body into the element and reform it. She can bend each element to her will in it's natural state, or she can unleash blasts of pure elemental energy. Aqua's combination of powers also lend her the titles along the lines of "Lord of the Storm" due to her ability to easily manipulate the weather, and "Queen of the 'White Night' as she is also associated with the stars and the crescent moon, despite being the queen of light.

reality bending-

All guardians have the ability to manipulate energy in order to create rifts in the time-space continuum. The guardians are able to feel the eb-and-flow of space and time, and can manupulate both to an extent. With their powers, the guardians are free to travel to any parallel dimension in the multi-verse.

As a leader, a Highlord, and as High-Queen, aqua has all these abilities and can manipulate space and reality like no other being, and with the help of her brother(prince of darkness), the two can bring time to a complete halt if necessary. It has not yet been fully tested what her powers can do in conjunction with that of the King of Darkness, theoretically, the possibilities are literally limitless. As she still carries latent traces of darkness, she is able to control it somewhat on her own.

Using her spirit and her elemental powers in conjunction with her reality altering powers, and the various facets of her personality and soul, Aqua has the ability to shape-shift into a great variety of creatures

Personality:

Aqua can be very mature for her age and is very bright, but she is often to busy or to sugar-high to care. And is also prone to acting highly immature, probably as stress releif. She is sarcastic and can seem pessimistic, and often points out her mistakes and the faults of everything else in the area, but it's usually just her sense of humor, as she blatently pokes fun at the stupidity or reality in all it's glory, without ever saying as much.

Aqua is prone both to displaying contradictory personality traits, and to misleading people, so it is hard to tell which are fronts, which are her real personality, and which really do both exist within her personality and simply are that contradictory. She has been known to be highly secretive and hide her true emotions, and also to be amazingly open since she isn't afraid to tell people what she really thinks of them, and she enjoys insulting people.

Aqua's temperament is also hard to pin down as she has displayed both a fiery temper, set off by the slightest miss-step, as well as amazing calmness and indifference. It seems to just be safest to be respectful, because you never know if she might really be in a fowl mood and is just hiding it till you set her off so that she can take it out on you. She is often mocking of her younger team mates, particularly her younger brother, though she is fiercely protective of them all if anyone else insults them. Her treatment of them is not meant to be detrimental, and is friendly among them, it is simply part of her view of life. She believes that we shouldn't ignore what's wrong, it can never get fixed if we are not aware of it. Even if it's something that we have to live with, she thinks we should all take note of it, as a way of accepting it.

Lance

Status:

Lance is Aqua's little brother, and aside form her, is one of the most powerful guardians when he taps into his full power. He has to be, he is currently the lord of darkness, and when they feel he's ready, he will be crowned high-prince of darkness, and presented with his full rank. He may be only her little brother, but when the time comes, he will sit near to her left, opposite the king, as her prince, and her second,on the thrown of high-prince.. Lance may, or may not later develop feelings for the younger sister of Ignis, the High-Lord of Darkness, who is currently filling his place on the throne. The girl is currently the lady of light, and is Ignis's second in command.

Lance is tied to bunnies and rabbits strongly, as well as foxes, squirrels, dragonflies, and other creatures.

Lance's Elements: Fores, Earth, and Darkness.

Powers:

elemental-

Lance has the ability to become rock and move through the ground, and then take human form again. His plant related powers have manifested in a way that allows him to dissolve into green mush, playing off the pliable, growing nature of plants. He can control and accelerate the growth of plants, and control insects and many woodland creatures.

Ignis

Status:

The tittle of King doesn't necessarily mean he is romantically involved with the High-Queen (though that seems to be true), or that he is above her, it does however mean that he rains supreme over all the element of darkness and is second in command to the High-Queen

(This is really old, I'm leaving it in here, and I changed some of it to make it more pertinent, but feel free to skip and or completely disregard this crap.)

I've only posted a couple of things as of yet, but I do have a few more things in the works.

The only problem is this: They mostly all involve an original character whose back stories are not yet committed to print. Being a very complicated character and all this is going to be interesting, (Especially considering she's been around long enough that I've completely forgotten most of them. And NO, I don't want to make the "not remembering her past" thing part of the plot.) Further complicating maters is the fact that I doubt there are that many people willing to listen to my wandering story as it makes it's way through both Yu-Gi-Oh and Star Trek the Next Generation, (I don't expect those fandoms to overlap a whole lot,beyond myself that is. Anyway I'm working on it okay. I'll be sure to try and remember to update this if I ever get this crap straightened out. Please be patient with me, I've been messing with this stuff for several years now, I'll see what I can whip up in the mean time to entertain you all.
