(Tony gives Ziva a look.)

Tony: Sarcasm Ziva. We’re back in America. Flip the switch.
Ziva: Well technically we are not.
Tony: American ship, American soil. Oh, American soil.
Ziva: Enough already. You have three more months. What’s the big deal?
Tony: Easy for you to say.
Ziva: What’s that supposed to mean?
Tony: You’re back in DC, which is what you wanted.
(Ziva has a look cross her face, she looks away)
Tony: Isn’t it?
Ziva: You get orders Tony. You may not like them, but you follow them. That’s why they’re called orders.
Tony: That’s not what I asked. Something happened in Israel didn’t it? You’ll say you didn’t want to talk about it, but your eyes won’t shut up. Something you left behind maybe? Or someone?
Ziva: You’re right. I don’t want to talk about it

Tony: Almost there boss.
Gibbs: That’s what you said ten minutes ago.
Ziva: What is the problem Tony?
Tony: There is no problem Ziva. I’ve seen McGee do this a million times.
Ziva: A million times faster.
Tony: Where the hell are they?
Ziva: Should I call McGee?
Tony: Only if you want to be bored to death with him explaining what I have just done.
(gets the screen to come up with what he wants.)
Gibbs: Narrow it.
Tony: I’m trying. Just waiting for my next insult
Ziva: It takes McGee only seconds.

Gibbs: Abby what are you doing?
Abby: A boundary has been cross. I’ve been violated. Nothing is sacred anymore.
Gibbs: Yeah? Tell me.
Abby: Someone stole my cupcake.

Abby: There is a thief amongst us and I’m going to find out who and they’re going to be sorry.
Gibbs: Do you think you could pull yourself away from this long enough to focus on the murder?
Abby: She reads her horoscope every day, as do I. Today it said I was going to have a positive encounter with a co-worker. Not going to happen.

McGee: Hey. You looking for me Tony?
Abby: No, I am. Do you think I’m an idiot.
McGee: No.
Abby: What you thought I wouldn’t figure it out?
McGee: What is she talking about?
Ziva: The cupcake.
Abby: You stole it from my refrigerator. I have forensic evidence. You’re big fat finger print.
McGee: Oh come on you think I’m that stupid? Look if I was going to steel your precious cupcake I would not leave a fingerprint on your refrigerator.
Abby: You didn’t. You used latex gloves. Brand new box McGee. Only prints, mine and yours.
McGee: You said you were going gluten free.
Abby: Where is it McGee.
McGee: I was saving you from yourself Abby.
Abby: Where did you save it McGee?
McGee: Okay, I ate it. It was late, I hadn’t eaten since lunch, the machine in the break room was empty and it looked so good.
Tony: (hugs McGee) What were you thinking McGee? She’s a world class forensic scientist. (Head slaps him)
Ziva: I bought the cupcake for Abby. (Ziva head slaps him)
Abby: So, how was it?
McGee: It was life changing.

Tony: My mind is spinning with questions, I mean have you ever thought about it? He actually came somewhere, he didn’t just appear you know? He didn’t just start Gibbs, he was a boy and then he grew...
Ziva: I thought he was moulded from clay. Had life breathed into him by a group of mystics.
McGee: That’s funny I thought he fell to earth in a capsule after his home planet exploded.

And I may never get another chance to do this again. Sometimes I wake up before you do, and I watch you sleep. And I’m overwhelmed because…you’re so amazing. And I don’t know why I’m lucky enough to have you in my life, but you’re here with me. (Sydney nods) And I know I want to spend the rest of my life with you trying to make you as happy as you make me.
Sydney: My God, Vaughn.
Vaughn: (he pulls out the ring box and opens it) Sydney Bristow, will you marry me? (She kisses him)
Sydney: We’re gonna make it out of here.
Vaughn: Is that a yes? (They kiss again)
Sydney: Ask me on the beach. – In my opinion this is the best proposal EVER. This happened in a military airplane. A second later they parachuted out. It was awesome to watch. I mean he proposed in the middle of a mission.

Irina: You shouldn’t wait.
Vaughn: For what?
Irina: I saw the ring.
Vaughn: Yeah, you know what? You killed my father. The way I see it, I don’t have to ask for your blessings.
Irina: Despite that, you may have them. Along with some advice.
Vaughn: Marital advice from you. Wonderful. Like what, don’t betray your spouse?

Vaughn: Syd!
Sydney: Did I forget something?
Vaughn: Yeah, me- I’m coming with you.
Sydney: Did my dad change the plans?
Vaughn: No, I did. I’m joining you on the roof.
Sydney: It’s a one-person job. My mom will relay up the wiring instructions. I can disarm the device myself.
Vaughn: You can’t outrun the wall of water that thing’s gonna turn into.
Sydney: How are you going to help me?
Vaughn: We’ll figure something out. You’ll run faster if I’m chasing you.
Sydney: I’ll be fine. And they need you in the bunker. If we don’t get Elena…
Vaughn Syd.
Sydney: Don’t say it. I’ll see you in a few minutes.
Vaughn: Okay
Sydney: (starts walking away, but turns back) Just in case, yes.
Vaughn: yeah?
Sydney: (close to tears) Yeah, I want to marry you.
(They kiss. Vaughn pulls out the ring. Sydney takes it and puts it on.)
Sydney: It’s perfect. So are you. (They kiss again) – Awesome as well. Still in the middle of a mission they manage to have some kind of personal conversation

IRINA: And at that moment I was sure of one thing: I couldn’t be an agent and a mother. I’d either fail at one or both. And I chose to fail at being a mother. In time you’ll learn. You can’t do both.
SYDNEY: determined Watch me.

SYDNEY: (sobbing) I’m scared.
JACK: I know. That’s why we’re here. We’re gonna take care of you. Now. Tell me – where you wanna be.
SYDNEY: I wanna be at the beach.
JACK: That’s good. Just go there. Now tell me about it.
SYDNEY: still sobbing And Vaughn is with me.
JACK: Good. Vaughn is there. With you on the beach. Good. Vaughn is with you.
SYDNEY: I miss him.
JACK: I know. Smiles sympathetically I know you do, sweetheart. It’s okay. It’s gonna be okay. – I see this as the time Jack truly accepted that his daughter loves Vaughn

Sydney: What I was hoping you would say is, "Sydney I gave up; I gave up on us. I lost faith." But what you came here for...was closure...and there is not a chance you are getting that from me!
(Cut back to Vaughn's face, still strained, hurt, and tense. Cut back to Sydney. She's having a harder time keeping her emotions out of her voice now; her voice is strained, hoarse.)
Sydney: I'm not gonna say I understand...I'm not gonna sympathize with you and tell you how hard it must be for you... But, you wanna know how I am!? I am horrible! Vaughn, I am ripped apart! (Strained whisper) And not because I lost you... but because...if it had been me... I would have waited...
(Cut to Vaughn's reaction. He blinks several times, swallows painfully. Pain, regret, and loss echo in his eyes. He appears very strained, as if perhaps trying to hold back tears himself.)
Sydney: I would have found the truth...I wouldn't have given up on you!
(Cut back to Sydney's face. Betrayal lights her face. She is bolstering herself with her anger. A hardness gleams in her eyes.)
Sydney: (harsh whisper, punctuated by shaky breaths) and now I realize... what an absolute waste that would have been! – Most epic telling off ever. Serves him right. She was missing for two years and he gets married. Probably the only time I’ve hated him.

Jack: Vaughn what?
Sydney: He got married.
Jack: Michael Vaughn is just a boy who was never good enough for you. – Jack’s wrong. What he should’ve said was “Michael Vaughn is your soulmate.” That would have been more accurate.

Sydney: You will set up a meeting with Sark and Allison. You'll explain to them that their travel plans have been compromised. You'll then offer them assistance in revising their arrangements.
Sloane: And pass the information along to you.
Sydney: That won't be necessary. You'll be wearing a wire.
Sloane: And if they discover that it's a setup?
Sydney: Then I get to hear them kill you.

Sydney: I have the plans for the drone. If you want them back, get the NSC to release my father immediately.
Lindsay: Excuse me! I won't be blackmailed by a fugitive! Did you really think you could come in here and threaten me!?
Sydney: Yeah. – She has a flame to the disk/chip thing and will destroy it if he doesn’t do what she wants. In the immortal words of Leroy Jethro Gibbs “She’s got balls.”

Lauren: I thought it best if the request came from you.
Sydney: I know we’re being blunt ... but was that a threat?

Sydney: (on comms)what’s he doing?
Rachel: Eating dirt. I just hit him with a shovel.
Sydney: A shovel? Is he conscious?
Rachel: Yeah, I think so.
Sydney: Then hit him again.

Vaughn: (to Sydney) this watch belonged to my father. It's broken now, but it used to keep perfect time. And when he gave it to me, he said, "You could set your heart by this watch." It stopped October 1st -- the day we met. – Totally the first moment he hinted that he liked her as in ‘more than friends.’

Marshall: (to Sark)Hi. Welcome. Don't kill me.

Irina: Tell me, Sydney . . . Who sent you here? You must tell me.
Sydney: Or what? I'm grounded?
Irina: (Irina shoots Sydney in the shoulder) tell you what, think about it. – So nice of Irina to shoot her daughter. It was explained later on, but still.

Vaughn: I just wanted to say, for the record, concerning this... exchange. Sydney's life is in your hands... if you betray her... I swear to you, no matter what it costs me, I will kill you.
Sloane: (expressionless) No need to worry, Agent Vaughn... I love her, too. – I love this scene. Only coz Vaughn was actually married at the time and Sloane so easily realized that he loved someone other than his wife.

Vaughn: We're not going to make it out of here. There's something I need you to know.
Sydney: Vaughn...
Vaughn: In my life, there is only one person.
Sydney: Don't do this.
Vaughn: Look at me.
Sydney: Vaughn...
Vaughn: The only reason I pushed you away...
Sydney: Please...
Vaughn: The only reason, I didn't know how to be around you.
Sydney: They're coming.
Vaughn: Sydney...
Sydney: I know. I know.
Sydney: (whispering) we’ll find each other. We always find each other.
(They kiss for few seconds, and then the guards take them out before the firing squad.) – I love the fact how in a lot of scenes when they might die they don’t have to say that they love each other. They jut know it. And also the fact that I love Sydney’s last line in this scene.

Sark: Put the gun down, Agent Vaughn. Drop the gun.
Vaughn: Not a chance, you drop yours.
Sark: Put the gun down now.
Sydney: No, Vaughn, don't!
Sark: Drop it. If you love her, you will put the gun down now.
(The masked figure looks at Vaughn.)
Sydney: Vaughn, don't!
(Vaughn drops the gun. The masked figure promptly punches him) – this is a scene where you have to hold your breathe. I love the fact that Vaughn admitted his love for Syd, even though his wife (the masked figure) was in the room. Though he didn’t know it.

Sloane: Ah, you have such a beautiful smile, Sydney. I miss it.
Sydney: If you're executed, I'll be a witness. I'll smile then.

Eric Weiss: Did you ever stop to think that the reason you and Sydney work so well together is because of the feelings you have for each other? (Pause) How's that for spin?
