Author has written 23 stories for Half-Life, Left 4 Dead, Sonic the Hedgehog, Mirror's Edge, Prince of Persia, and Legend of Zelda. Ohai. Name's Still Bullet, and I am a chick who likes video games. So much, in fact, I am currently a college student majoring in Game Art and Animation and pay my college thousands of dollars a year to play games and make my own for homework. Cool! Past times include watching the History channel, searching up haunted and abandoned places, daydreaming about stuff I could be doing but aren't, collecting cool things like stuffed animals and action figures (Ezio likes to accidentally stab my white buffalo a lot), and reading Cracked religiously. Also watching YouTube, because I am a good internetter. As you can probably see going through the stories I've posted, I really like Half-Life. Fact, my favorite game ever is Half-Life 2, but I take my geekdom in many other places. I bet you want some statistics on that, right? You probably don't, but I'm going to assume you do, so here's a nice little list of the individual games I like and the series I enjoy. Favorite Game Series: Half-Life (favorites being 2 and Episode One), Portal, basically anything Valve, Fallout, Fable, Star Fox, Resident Evil, Zelda, Assassin's Creed, Borderlands (I even cosplay Lilith 'cause I'm cool), Paper Mario and a little bit Mario in general, Halo because the Elites are bad ass, Sonic because it's my childhood, what else did I miss... Favorite Games (Singular): Dead Space 1, because it's my second favorite game ever, even if the sequel was disappointing and 3 looks different whatpeoplewithguns, Prince of Persia the 2008 game, LA Noire, Kid Icarus: Uprising, Mirror's Edge, many more that I'm forgetting or don't think are interesting enough to mention... So yeah, I like games a lot. You'll mainly see me writing for them, because I'm usually that guy who plays a game and goes "Wait what happened to that guy who had like one line I want to write a story about him" and will write about the things you don't see happening, usually spawned from a what-if idea. I like to write mainly in third person with a first person flair, where I basically invade the characters' heads and spill their thoughts out because dialogue is silly. I will almost always write in one-shots, because I am terrible with planning things out and keeping a series going, and it's hard to squeeze in time when you're an art major and I barely write enough as it is. I am a typical teenager who watches TV somtimes, though at the moment that'll usually be cool things like Pawn Stars and American Restoration, but I also think Legend of Korra is pretty bad ass and my boyfriend recently got me into Stargate SG-1 so I've been watching that a lot. I don't really get many ideas to write for TV series though, so don't expect something from those (though a Pawn Stars fan fic would be...interesting...) I don't write romance, cross overs, or stories with OC's in them. Sorry, but it's not something I'm in to and a story has to be really, REALLY good in order for me to like reading them either. I mainly write for action/adventure and "character conflict", so expect my stories to be filled with more Michael Bay explosions and less makeouts. I also really like rock n' roll. Minus the cheesy hair bands. Favorite band ever is Rush, and I stick mainly with classic '70's rock and current alt-rock. Other awesome bands include legends like The Clash, The Police, Led Zeppelin, Styx even though the radio only plays like two songs from them, and REM even thought they're technically 80's. Them hip, modern bands include Cold War Kids, Spoon, Yeah Yeah Yeah's, the Black Keys, etc. I'm also a really huge sap for video game soundtracks, Jun Senoue of Sonic fame being one of my favorite musicians. I've also been a bassist since 2006 and am in a band, and will lay you down some mad beetz, bro. Word. I also draw things. Specifically people, as that's what I enjoy drawing the most. Drew my avatar myself, it's actually a crop of a picture I did but with Photoshop magggiiicccc because putting a bunch of images together in five minutes is easy.
