My stories:

As Harry and Severus grew up unloved and didn’t receive any cuddling when they were sick or sad, I believe that they need a lot of it. Therefore, my stories are mostly pure fluffy stories about a sick Harry or a sick Severus, who is being cuddled and cared for by various people. Some stories might also be the other way round. I do not write slash, by the way.

For all those, who do not like sickfics, feel free to check out my other account under teddylonglong, where I post 'normal' HP fanfiction.

I am not a native speaker of English; therefore, you will surely find many mistakes in my stories – please excuse them or tell me, so that I can correct them. My stories do not claim to be logical, medically acurate or compliant to canon. I spent so many years at university having to be careful of what I write to take my doctors degree and now... I just enjoy to be able to write fanfiction the way I WANT to write - and I LOVE IT :-) Please leave me a nice review – I’m only writing these little sickfics for people who enjoy them!

Theresa Pomfrey: She is Poppy's grandmother and was her predecessor at Hogwarts. Well, you can imagine her age, but she is fit and very kind and gentle, a 'loving grandmother' character. Cicero: Professor Snape's personal house-elf. He is a tall figure, a bit sarcatic, very much alike his master. He appears (at least) in: Cats to the Rescue, Elves' Child, Phoenix Land.
Malcolm: Professor McGonagall's personal house-elf. He appears (at least) in: Severus McGonagall, Elves' Child.
Twinkle: Professor Dumbledore's personal house-elf. He appears (at least) in: Elves' Child (I forgot where else, sorry).
Sophia: Severus' house-elf at Prince Manor. She is older and already looked after him when he was a child. She appears (at least) in: Silvanus Snape
Nina: Elf girl, exactly the same age as Harry

Topic: Halloween in Hufflepuff
Time: Halloween of Harry's first Hogwarts year
Place: Hogwarts, Hufflepuff
Format: Oneshot
Content: Several of the Hufflepuff first years fall ill with the pixie fever; however, they don't want to miss the Halloween feast and try to hide it from everyone. However, Professor Sprout notices and has to look after them.
Conditions: Professor Sprout may call Poppy or someone else for help, but this should manly be a oneshot about the not so often mentioned characters. The pixie fever causes people's eyes to turn slightly green, sometimes also their skin, but not necessarily. They get a fever and have difficulties to write or cast spells, because their arms and legs tremble.
Deadline: 3rd of November, 2009.
Please don't forget to state clearly that you're writing for my challenge to avoid any problems provoked by possible similarities to other stories provided for the same challenge!
