Tales, like children, may undergo little changes as they grow. Keep an eye on the "Updated" dates below a story's title. If a change is significant to the rest of the series I'll try to make a "please reread if" note in the summary. If it's incredibly significant, I'll re-upload the story, so be sure to add a story to your Watch list if you want to stay informed of the latest goings-on.
As a (former) professional researcher, I like to have all possible information at hand before beginning any sort of writing, which leaves me plenty of opportunity to procrastinate. Please don't let me do that. Review often and give me a good kick in the pants if I haven't updated in a while.
My Latest Excuse:
I have a LOT planned for the "Name" series -- stories galore, and most of them are "standalones", my favorite -- but there's stuff I gotta explain before I can publish it or it won't make much sense (not to mention all the spoilers involved). This story wants to be told. Ol' What's-her-name isn't content to stay locked away in my brain while I work on boring things like "grammar" and "character study" and "structure", so I'm simutaneously writing in the past/present that you see now, and years in the future, where she impatiently waits for me to catch up.
A lot of familiar faces will return, and a lot of questions will be answered. ("Oh, so THAT'S why she did that/he said that!") Your patience will pay off, I promise. I'm very excited about what's going to happen, and I think you will be too.

The Firefly fanfic called, humorously, "This Is Not A Fanfic" was taken down because of two comments (one in particular with quite a few immature cuss words that disturbed me), though I dearly appreciate the rest of you who messaged me and told me you loved it. If you didn't "get it", I'm sorry for you; you missed out! I'll be hosting it on a different site soon, and adding new chapters as more questions are added.
