I created this account for the purpose of writing As Told By Ginger fanfiction, with a Carl-centric leaning.
Though fanfiction is fun to write and all, I'm really more of a role-player, and enjoy more than anything doing collaborated projects.
I'm currently working on a fanfiction/role-play plot at present, and have fanart to further illustrate the changes in the characters for this time setting I've chosen.
I try to keep as close to the original feeling and look of the animated series - while deviating to a darker, more adult theme - in regards to both works of fanfiction and fanart.
To give you something of an idea of what I'm shoot for here -
As Told By Ginger - The Carl Foutley and Blake Gripling Rivalry.
Introduction:
As a person who enjoys the animated series: As Told By Ginger - yet who also finds Ginger's side of things rather dull in comparison to the colorful life her younger brother, Carl Foutley leads - I frequently wish there would be more focus on his side of things.
In particular, the intriguing rivalry between him, and Courtney Gripling's younger brother - Blake Gripling.
This story centers in on the very different lives of the two boys, and how they effect each other - in a deeper look into the tension, the hatred, the plots and schemes... and all the underlying emotions that come into play.

Need To Know:
1. I will be playing Carl Foutley, and am looking specifically for someone who would enjoy playing Blake.
2. Your writing style needs to be of a similar caliber. I'm not looking for someone obsessed with perfection, or overly wordy; I just require good communication, ambition, some creativity, good character structure/developement and formation of your sentences.
3. You need to be at least somewhat familiar with the show, and with the main characters for this plot - Carl and Blake - and most likely Hoodsey and Courtney. (If you need a refresher, I'll be glad to help, and can direct you to additional sources of information, should that be needed.)
4. I am wanting to start with simple plots, and see if this goes anywhere. But I hope to write a much larger and more intricate story. (Like a collaborated work of fanfiction - created through role-play - which may or may not appear here on Fanfiction.net - depending on what we want do to with our work.)
5. I will be playing multiple characters of either gender and age group. I expect you to be as willing to do the same in playing supporting characters.
6. All the usual role-playing etiquette applies. Let me know if you lose interest, and remember this is a two person project. Good communication is key.
If at any point you seem to disappear, and I don't hear any word from you in 48 hours, I will have to look elsewhere for a role-play partner. My apologies on this.
