um, not that much to tell, i love reading fanfiction, and i sometimes try to write it, but nothing in the last few years, and my work from years ago, when i was like, twelve . . ..lets just leave it at, i was twelve . . .. . . . .

um, i play dnd, i read a lot of original work . . . i like slash fiction, so if you're terribly against that, i would suggest you not read my story. seriously. and be careful about my faves, too, although I have a lot of Harmony in there, too.

by the way, anyone actually reading this. . . well, please don't take offence at anything . . . and i just realised that i didn't put a disclaimer in my story.

well, what do you expect to find on a site called FANFICTION.NET, original fiction? i own nothing. i don't even own my laptop, really, i had to take out a loan to replace the one i did own that got stolen . . . . and you know, the amount of fanfiction i've read over teh years, i wouldn't be surprised if someone had written each and every idea down here, in their own stories . . . unfortunately, i can't search and request permission with little more than an idea, so, if you see something you recognise, all credit goes towards the one who had the idea first. seriously, i cannot remember anyone having the gems idea before, but if they did . . .its theirs. if they wrote it. if not, we both thought of it, and we can share ownership.

EDIT: following my new awareness of the exact reason david weber does not allow fanfiction . . . . .if i happened to see an idea i'd come up with and posted, actually published . . . i'd either think it was a fluke, or i'd be very, very flattered. but since i own nothing of the 'verses i write in, and often twist the characters far from what the original author intended . . . i don't think that's gonna happen. /EDIT

new edit: seriously. i own nothing. other than small personal items, an embarrassing collection of roleplaying miniatures, and my computers. i don't even put claim to any ideas i come up with.

as a side note, i'm getting back on track with writing, having decided that harry potter canon is inconsistent, even though it's a mighty fun sandpit to play in, highlander doesn't even pretend to be consistent ... the movies blatantly contradict each other :P, and the other fandoms i play around in ... okay, sg1's fairly consistent, from what i know, but i only play around in the early stuff that i actually have copies of ... and don't get me started on the later seasons of buffy.

The Seer's Choice: is on hiatus because i realised that I have been reading far too much fanfiction. So, i decided to touch base with canon. Once I've finished reading books 1 to 5, I'll edit the chapters I've already written and start posting again. Then again, with the inconsistencies in canon, I might not have anything to edit.

update: yeah. no editing of the chapters already posted. had real life issues, getting to a point where i can start writing again, and for my opinions on canon...look under the line break thing ... that i hope works.
