I'm appa-appa-away. Otherwise known online as Bon (or Black Sparrow if you're on FictionPress). I live in Australia and I'm a teenage chick. I haven't really been active on dA since late 2009/early 2010, but I am still lingering in the background... sort of. I stopped focusing on fanfictions and started focusing more on my original work. Fair enough, right? This is fun, but it was getting a little too childish for me.

My favourite colour is green and I love Coca Cola, strawberries, strawberry milkshakes and chocolate. And steak; can't forget steak! And my boyfriend Aaron. He's the best.

Music is my life and I couldn't live without it. I lean more towards the rock and pop groups, but I love all of the other stuff too. Favourite bands/singers are System of a Down, Korn, Hurt, My Chemical Romance, Panic! At the Disco, P!nk and Evanescence.

I'm not fond of the colour pink and I am not a fitness freak. I am a woman who eats and has curves and I'm proud of it; get over it. I don't like running unless I'm playing hockey or AFL football with the boys and I'm not afraid to get a little dirty and muddy. I love cars, motorbikes, fire and explosions. Yes, I am sure that I'm a chick.

You want something a bit deeper? Well, I don't have any sort of faith or religion. I don't believe in God. I do not believe in stereotypes or humans passing judgment onto one another. I respect people who have different opinions to me, as long as they don't go out of their way to convert, or try and talk people into believing their way, or they go straight out and say that they're right and anyone who believes differently is wrong and there aren't any ifs, buts, excepts, or maybes about it. I accept people for who they are and what they do, who they've been and what they've done before.

I support the LGBT community, people who want to follow their dreams, my friends, and anyone who needs a shoulder to cry on. I am very protective of my friends and loved ones; mess with them and die.

A Writer's Philosophy

My philosophy as a writer is to take criticism from anyone of any level of writing, because no matter how much better or worse they are at writing to me, believe it or not, they still may know what they're talking about. I believe that, as writers, we must open our minds to the possibilities and be unafraid to explore the unknown, to listen to a stranger's advice and to keep going and stay strong no matter how bad criticism against our work gets. I know that I am not the best author in the world, or even on just Fanfiction, but I still think I'm pretty good, and even if you think I suck, I'm going to keep writing anyway because I enjoy it and I love it.

Fanfiction and Fictionpress are like playgrounds to me. Especially Fanfiction. It gives me a chance to explore and practice my writing skills with characters that are already familiar to me, and get the free opinion of others who read it. Fictionpress can be a little harsher, but I'm not afraid of it; it means it's more like the real world. I don't like putting full-length stories on Fictionpress because I'd rather try and get them published, but when it comes to original pieces that I don't like as much as I could, I'd like to get the opinion of others onto it there.

TEAM ZUTARA:

Ok, if everyone has watched the last few episodes of A:TLA then we all know that Kataang and Maiko won (BOO!).

But don't worry, fellow Zutaraians; if we all hold hands and pull together and lean on each other, stay true to what is in our hearts and keep our imaginations running on fanfic (and other sites too!), then who cares if Zutara didn't end up in the series?! As long as we don't give up hope, Zutara will live on in us! THREE CHEERS FOR ZUTARA! HIP-HIP, HOORAY! HIP-HIP, HOORAY! HIP-HIP, HOORAY! (Tear) nice to be part of the team, hey?

My Current fanfic Project (which is on hiatus because I'm inactive!)

Progress is going slow at the moment because I'm in the last year of school and I wanna do well... That, and I'm focusing on original work. So I'm sorry to the people who are use to my relatively quick updating pace, but things are going to go a bit slower than we'd all like.

Ok, at the moment I am working on a Saga that I've called 'Beloved'. It is made up of 6 stories, the first two of which I've finished writing already. Here's just a bit of Info (maybe just the summaries of the stories).

Behind the Lies - A hidden truth. A twisted secret. An epic battle. A choice to protect loved ones. The ultimate sacrifice. A life-changing journey. Azula OCness, Zutara and more shippings listed inside. Main shipping is Zutara, other main ships are Sukka, Sokkla, Azula/OC, Kataang and Maiko. Genres: Romance/adventure/action, family/tragidy. (COMPLETE!)

Beneath the Earth - Zuko was absolutely sure his life had just taken a new leaf. In a week's time, he was going to be marrying Katara. Everything was perfect and for once, things were going to plan... or so it seemed. It's true... until things start going wrong. Long Feng is back and he is in league with an old enemy - Admiral Shang. Now, they all have to fight for peace, freedom and love. Main shipping is Zutara, other main ships are Sukka, Kataang, Maiko, with minor Sokkla and Taang. Full list of shippings will be inside when it airs. Genres: romance/adventure/action/angst, family, friendship. (COMPLETE!)

Below the Ice - Koh the Face Stealer is back and in league with that same old foe who just keeps slipping away. But Hama the bloodbender is back too and is also in league with them. Can Sokka and Zuko get back the face of someone they love while the others rescue someone else from Hama? And what surprises await the boys in the North Pole? What price will they all have to pay in the end? Main shippings are Zutara, Sukka, Sokkla, Kataang, Maiko, Taang, Mai/OC. Genres: romance/adventure/action/tragedy/hurt/comfort, family/tragedy/hurt/comfort, friendship/angst. (IN PROGRESS - LONG-TERM HIATUS!)

Between the Trees - The Gaang have to protect someone they love from that old foe. That old foe wants to take her away from them and raise her to be like him. But Zuko, Sokka, Katara and Suki especially won't stand for it. Who is this old foe and who are they protecting from him?

Before the Storm - (Plot-line cannot be revealed until after Below the Ice is written, but if you've been reading the series and like what you've read to this point, I can guarantee you'll like it.)
