Author has written 41 stories for Harry Potter, Twilight, Secret Life of the American Teenager, Dirty Dancing, A Walk to Remember, Shakespeare, and Sonny with a Chance. I like to write, I like to read, and I tend to obsess over some pairings. That's what I'm doing here. ME: Name: Gillian. (That is pronounced Jillian, and should never be associated with Gilligan, thank you very much.) Favourites -- Colour: Green, purple, blue, black, well... all colours really :) Food: Chocolate. Harry Potter, obviously (all of them!), The Princess Bride, White Oleander, The Sweet Hereafter, The Lovely Bones, The Twilight Saga, And Then There Were None, Romeo and Juliet, Skellig, Go Ask Alice, Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, The Westing Game and thousands others which I cannot think of to list, but later will be kicking myself for not writing :) Movies: The Princess Bride, Pan's Labyrinth, The Uninvited, SAW 1-5, Harry Potter Series, A Walk to Remember, Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights, Titanic, V for Vendetta, Sweeney Todd, Romeo + Juliet (Both versions :) ), Moulin Rouge!, Chicago, Sense and Sensibility, Pride and Predjudice, 10 Things I Hate About You, and loads of others :) TV Shows: I don't watch much tv but -- The Office, The Big Bang Theory, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Falcon Beach, Scrubs, Medium MY PAIRINGS: Harry Potter: Draco/Hermione -- overused, I know, but I love this one to death. I will never get over it. My FAVOURITE pairing. I read and write mainly this. Draco/Ginny -- probably second favourite. I have a thing for love/hate pairings Scorpius/Rose -- The only NextGen pairing I like. Because Draco/Hermione just didn't happen. Ginny/Blaise -- cute, most likely side pairing to Draco/Hermione Cedric/Hermione -- Some of these are really good. They're cute, and can be quite sad. Lily/Severus -- Because, angst is just faantastic. I love it when people who should end up together don't. The stories are so moving. Lily/James -- Because these are just so cute. And funny. Harry/Ginny -- cute, canon couple. They're probably not going to be the main focus of my writing, but maybe a side pairing. Draco/Fleur -- I really only say this because I've started and gotten nowhere on a WIP for these two. But they're cute... Luna/Neville -- I think these two should always end up together, whether the focus of the story or the side pairing. Both completely cute lunatics :) Neville/Ginny -- I like this most when Neville likes Ginny, and she doesn't like him back. Ah, unrequited love. But, yes, these are cute. I don't read many, however. Open to most things :) I am okay with slash and teacher/student pairings, but you will likely never see me write them myself. TWILIGHT: Bella/Edward Jasper/Alice Rosalie/Emmett Carlisle/Esme Don't mess with canon ;) Well, actually, some Bella/Emmett aren't bad. But I prefer canon. I don't know where this one came from. I really like Dramiones, so I'm surprised, because alot of ideas I have seem to be Ginny and Draco. Anyway, this is an romance/angst story, set in the seventh book. I've got it fully planned out -- it will be 29 chapters long. It will become much angstier later, what with the war approaching. I actually wrote part of chapter 10 before the rest -- because the idea came to me, and I like it. it makes me continue, too, to know that I have a good plan for it, and I want to see it come together. So I will finish it -- eventually! I have other WIPs planned after this is finished -- longer stories. I know I won't update them though, until AVDY is finished.
