It has been a long time since I have discovered this website. And ever since I've read fanfics about a large number of subjects.

I am not a fanfic writer. You will find no stories on my account. I do not have the time to write, nor do I have the drive. So I would like to express my profound respect to each and every one of you who has this will.

If you find my reviews a bit harsh, please note that it is not my intention. I know how hurt one can be after being "flamed" as you often say. But I will never sugarcoat a writer. Because one can always improve. Because one must always strive to improve. Because the best way to become a loser is to be satisfied with one's own work.

Because it is my job, as an editor, to help.

I found that pride was always the worst enemy of a writer, and too often young ones are subjected to overconfidence in their abilities... and that I saw too often a bad, very bad fanfic, poorly written, with almost no plot, no characterization, no depth, no originality, being praised by readers. And I feel bad for the writer who, reading those "OMG I love ur stori mor pliz" (intended mistakes here), will puff with a severe case of big head, and never improve. A waste it is indeed. Because they have the drive. THAT is what is most difficult to find. They just have to get better. That's easy stuff.

I am always harsh. But I'm never unfair. So I am deeply sorry if I hurt you with a review. It is not my intention. Do not stop writing on my account. If you think some of my comments were incalled for, feel free to mail me in order to have me explain my opinions.
