Heyas! I am just a crazy lacrosse player/trumpet player/frustrated writer/artist with an overactive imagination! BTW? It's pronounced Sawn-yuh-door. And probably is spelled wrong. Meh. Whatever.
I'm a big Orlando Bloom fan, as you will soon be able to tell by my fanfics. (More coming!) Aside from that, I'm a bit of a tomboy, and all for heroines who can take care of themselves! I get a lot of the inspiration for my Fics from dreams. Kinda like Stephen King and Mary Shelly.
I am a history buff, which sometimes drives the 'rents crazy; I often spend hours on the computer researching. Who needs soaps when you've got Tudor England and 18th century France? When it comes to my reaction to historical inaccuracies in movies, well, that depends on whether I liked the movie or not. Kingdom of Heaven is one of my favorite movies, although the affair was fictional. Now, Shakespeare in Love is a different story. NEVER HAPPENED. Never would have happened anyways. There's a lot of speculation about Shakespeare; my favorite theories are as follows: (1) He was gay; (2) He was nonexistent; (3) He was a group of people writing together under the same name. Oh, and Romeo and Juliet was written as a comedy.
I also spend a lot of time online and on the computer; I don't really have too much of a social life thanks to a certain backstabbing-former friend I could mention but won't. Whoops, just did. Since that unfortunate event, I've been a bit of a social pariah and the subject of a lot of crazy rumors (the best so far was that I read the dictionary front-to-back), and, unfortunately, a lot of slander. I won't list any of it; it's nothing I care to repeat. What I told them to get them to knock it off is nothing I'm proud of, but sometimes you just have to put it in terms they understand. When dealing with stupid boys, it's often easier to say "Shut the censored up" than to be civilized about it. I've met some pretty awesome people since who just don't care about my social status. For the record? I don't care either.
Springing off the last topic, I'm considered "intellectually gifted" (Me pulling on a push door...yeah. Don't think so). Drives me crazy. I had to do "special projects" because I was going to "get bored in class" (which I wasn't). And did anyone bother to ask what I wanted? No. Constantly being dragged out of class really isolated me and sparked a lot of jealousy. Which sprung up animosity. And that's when the above mentioned began. Not to mention that I was ignored by EVERYONE in my grade unless it was to bring up very sexually offensive slander and physical harassment. Amazingly, no one noticed. It's amazing how oblivious adults can be. And even more amazingly, a lot of people haven't gotten bored with it, making it five years since it first started. Even worse, Miss Backstabber is now playing the victim and is garnering a lot more sympathy than I ever have for the whole unfortunate event. Sighs And my mom wonders why I A) Hate parties, dances, and any other social gatherings, and B) Spend so much time on the computer. Meh. Don't care. It's not like I'm online dating or in chatrooms. So if any pervs are reading this? Don't get any ideas. I have a life outside of this, but not a social one, for which I am very glad. Did anyone seriously read all this? Please, find a life. No offense.
Now the boring stuff:
Favorite Authors: Jodi Picoult, Cornelia Funk, Eoin Colfer, S.E. Hinton, Libba Bray (Note: Christopher Paolini and Eragon have been taken off the list as the Inheritance Series is a rip-off of Star Wars. Sorry if I've offended anyone, but it IS a free country. And it happens to be true. Sorry!)
Favorite Books: Nineteen Minutes, Nine Days a Queen, Looking for Alaska, The Outsiders, Inkheart, The Gemma Doyle Trilogy
Favorite Directors: Peter Jackson, Gore Verbinski, Ridley Scott
Favorite Movies: Lord of the Rings, Kingdom of Heaven, Pirates of the Caribbean, Count of Monte Cristo, Indiana Jones, The Mask of Zorro, Mulan
Favorite Pairing: Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann (Willabeth 4 EVER!!)
Upcoming Stories (Titles are subject to Change):
Over the Edge, Over Again: Obviously a POTC fic. 10 years post AWE: Our favorite pirates are back and in more trouble than ever. Willabeth. I DO NOT OWN POTC OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS
Allegiance: Stargate Atlantis. The team discovers a world that has a shocking pact with the Wraith at a great cost to the citizens' lives. Their only chance of escape lies with a secret underground, and, of course, the Atlantis team. I DO NOT OWN STARGATE OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS
Across the Seas: POTC. When Will vanishes, Elizabeth teams up with Captain Jack Sparrow in an attempt to find him. But they soon discover that Will's disappearance is at the center of a dangerous conspiracy, and his time may be up. Willabeth. I DO NOT OWN POTC OR ANY OF ITS CHARACTERS.
I also have several other stories waiting in the wings, including two sequels to Fallen Angel (and possibly a third). The others are mostly POTC AU, most involving possible Will abuse and other such stuff (I happen to like Will/Elizabeth hurt/comfort, and there isn't enough of that!). And strictly Willabeth! None of this Sparrabeth or Norribeth or Jack/Will or (God forbid) Will/Norrington crap. No like, no read! (And I'm NOT homophobic, several of my friends are homosexual and seriously? They are some of the best friends I've ever had!)
Just a note about one of my stories: Fallen Angel will not be a Balian/Sibylla pairing. I like the characters, but I'm not a big fan of that particular pairing. It just kinda feels like she took advantage of him. Rest assured, though, that I will NOT be changing Sibylla's character a lot; she just won't have a romantic relationship with Balian.
JUST SAW DARK KNIGHT! Heath Ledger rocks my world! I have NO idead how he pulled it off, but he left his mark on film permanently. (If anyone brings out Tide, I shall write many nasty reviews, and I'm not actually sure how to do that. But I will learn!
One last thing: I personally believe that Will Turner's ties to the Flying Dutchman are broken after ten years. Anyone who says otherwise will be thrown to the monkey and walked off a plank. Mwahaha!
And if anyone seriously read all this? I advise getting a life. No offense!
