Meet Aanyx: Not exactly your typical Kingdom Hearts OC. Determined to save her best friend Roxas from fading, she grudgingly signs up on Sora's Quest. But the way she sees it, if it weren't for Sora in the first place, Roxas wouldn't have disappeared. So, fueled by her distinct loathing, this strong-willed and sarcastic Nobody must come to terms with the fact that Sora and Roxas are the same person, or else face the extinction of her race.

Story Excerpt:

"We're leaving." Aanyx growled, not turning towards them. "What's with you? Ever since we got here you've been—"

"Been what? A bitch? An ass? Well I've got one major newsflash for you, you underweight, big-footed, incompetent jackass. I am not a hero. I am a bitch. I've been known to be an ass. I've seen a lot of things that would make even your high-and-mighty King cringe in fear. But the next time you feel the need to go running around trying to do Kingdom Hearts knows what, leave me out of it. I signed onto your little parade for my own personal gain. And you'd better remember that. I'm done doing your dirty work, and I'm done trying to be nice. Can you get that through your pea-sized brain, Key-boy, or do I have to get it to you in writing?"

As she spoke, Aanyx had grabbed the front of Sora's shirt, pulling him up off his feet by about an inch and pinning him against the door roughly. She glared at him a moment longer before throwing him to the ground and opening the doors to the present wide before stalking through them.

So she'd blown—big deal. At least now he knew she ment business. And maybe now he'd stop trying to get in her way.

But then why did she feel so bad?

She'd made the mistake of looking him in the eye when she'd let it out. He looked so scared…It reminded her of how Roxas looked after the Ghost Train incident. And as she walked through the doors to the present, she couldn't help but feel the need to go back and apologize.

VEXEN'S EXPERIMENT

Set in RE: COM ish What would happen if Repliku wasn't the only experiment Vexen made? Meet Yan-Yan-a Powerwild/Girl hybrid with a heavy cute-factor.

Story Excerpt:

The girl blinked, looking around. She dragged herself around the side of the plant, icy green eyes blinking behind her silver bangs. Her eyes focused on the two boys fighting, and she reached a hand out towards Repliku, "Bru…thur…"

Repliku froze, covering his jolt of shock with a well-timed block, and glanced at the worried girl. Pushing Sora away with the blunt of his blade, Riku used the shove to jump back, standing directly in front of the plant. "Hold onto my back." He muttered. The girl nodded, hoisting herself up while attempting to keep out of sight. "Riku, stop it!" Sora cried desperately, but too late—the two were already gone through a portal of darkness.

Meanwhile, Larxene slammed a fist against a nearby pillar. "That low-life, two-timing…!"

"Calm down, Larxene." Axel said with a roll of his eyes, "It's pretty obvious none of us saw this coming. The question is, why?"

"Does it matter why? We've got a fake Riku and some naked monkey chick running around for no apparent reason!"

UNBIRTHED UNHINGED UNDONE UNDONE

Set between BBS and KHII, based loosely off ATJ. After realizing ATJ wasn't really going anywhere I decided to revamp it. Rather than scrapping the whole thing I started this little poem/ficlet about the new storyline.

"Miss me, handsome?"

In reply he jerked his head out of the way as she leaned in to nibble on his ear. "Just because you're not a villain any more doesn't mean I trust you."

"As you shouldn't. I didn't get the name Toxic Vine for nothing." The rogue nodded wisely, hands in her sweatshirt pocket as she stepped a few paces foreword, keeping her back to him as she spoke, "It so happens that quite a few mentors have fallen into the Villain side of the coin. You'll find Kid Flash on 6th street, outside Papa's Pizza. The effects should be taking hold of Aquaman as we speak, which means you'll find Aqualad where you last saw him."

"How do you know this?"

Toxic Vine tsked, "If I told you that then I wouldn't be able to see my favorite Boy Wonder."

She reached out her hand, grabbing hold of a vine as it shot out from the top of a building. Plucking a seedpod from it she tossed it at Robin, "That should fix your injuries. It's bad enough that face of yours has to be covered by a mask without the rest of it hidden in bruises and cuts too."

MUSIC SPEAKS

(OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB; KYOYA/OC; COMPLETE)

The first thing to know about Lobelia Transfer Meikin Wakana is that she can't sit still. Second, she is quite musical—even to the point of risking reputation to sing in the middle of the hallway. Third is her determination to make Kyoya smile—whatever the personal cost.

STORY EXERPT:

And then the twins were on either side of me, each leaning against a shoulder. "You know, Mei-Chan,"

"You've been hanging around Kyoya a lot lately."

"I think he's starting to rub off on you."

I was sorely tempted to do the whole glasses thing, but I just settled on rolling my eyes, "You're just trying to distract me so that one of you can sneak off with my cake."

"What makes you say that?"

"I may need glasses, but I'm not blind. Hikaru, get your devious little mitts away from my cake, you little snake."

"Damn."

I still didn't look at the Seme twin, raising my eyebrows at the Uke, "I've made my point."

"Hang on,"

"Since when can you tell the difference?"

"I can't all the time—yet—but Kaoru is almost always the distraction. That and I heard Haruhi call the one of you in the blue shirt Hikaru. Given that there's no way you could have changed shirts since that time, the one I'm talking to must be Hikaru and it must be Kaoru who's now trying to make off with my cake."

"Can't we just have one little bite?"

"Go get your own, paws off." I stuck my tongue out at them before stabbing another bite of cake.

The fork made it about to mouth level before it and my plate were suddenly gone. "What the—hey! You little maggots!"

"Hn." I froze, anger forgotten at that single sound. It wasn't quite a laugh—sort of like an amused exhale—but it was the closest I'd heard since I first met him. I turned to Kyoya, tilting my head curiously as a soft smile spread across my face. The amused smirk turned into a questioning frown and a raised eyebrow. I let out my own 'Hn' and shook my head, "Nothing. It's just…That's the first time I think I've heard you laugh." I couldn't banish the smile I closed my eyes and leaned my chin on my crossed arms over the table, "I like it…"

And then the moment was ruined with a rather awkward ring tone.

IN WHICH A SCHOOL RELUCTANTLY GOES MUSICAL

This more or less spawned from my single pet peeve about the series finale. I liked his stripe thingy, and I was more than a little disappointed that he didn't get to keep it. So I created this, digging up what was possibly my first ever peice of fanart and totally reworking the character. Fair warning, this may very well be a suefic, but I don't especially care, since it's all made for fun anyhow.

"She did it all on her own, baby pop," Ember grinned easily, testing out her Host's body, "She played my song willingly, and now she's my Host. Whatever you do to me you do to her as well." Danny watched Ember call ectoplasmic energy into Mina's hands worriedly. There was no telling what sort of effects this would have on her body…

Danny suddenly had the wind knocked out of him as Mina's leg swiped his feet out from under him. He crawled out of the way of the first blast of ectoplasm, quickly cornering himself. "Face it, baby cakes, there's nothing you can do." Ember sneered, leaning over so far that she was all but straddling the boy. She raised a hand to eye level, letting the green glow light up the two of their faces—his fear and her smirk. "Say buh-bye, dipstick!"
