Hey. I'm Neo. Unlike the movie guy, I am a female. Then again, he was quite the girly-man, so that's not saying much. I'm in my early 20s and I'll be graduating from college soon with an oh-so-wonderful microbiology degree. I like to write random stories about random things, but you aren't going to get to see most of them due to the fact that they only make sense to me and my bizarre logic. I have a cute pet rabbit named Nekomancer (Neko for short) and I would have a picture of her up as my avatar, but she's a bunny ninja. She vanishes without a trace until she wants something and then sneak attacks.
I'm a HUGE fan of Kim Possible, especially Doctor Drakken. I greatly identify with the poor guy. I just don't understand why everyone is so hard on him. I think that there should be a lot more romantic Drakken stories (D/S, Drakkim, Rokken, etc). Truth be told, I like whatever has Drakken ending up happy or showing his intelligence. I would probably like a story even if Drakken were to end up completely happy with a potato. Well, anyway, I also like numerous anime series, including Psychic Academy, Dragonball Z, and One Piece, but I wouldn't dare try to write stories for them. The storylines for those shows are quite...complicated...and I'd prefer not to earn the wrath of rabid fans.
I would appreciate reviews, even if they're flames. This should be fun for someone out there, whether it's myself or random people.
Now then, I suppose I'll list my preferences for romance in Kim Possible since 1. I have nothing better to do 2. I won't have to worry about being bothered by people wondering which pairings I like and 3. I'd like to list why I don't like specific pairings. Yes, there is a reason behind the insanity, and the scar that is left is very, very deep in my imagination.
Kim/Ron- I really don't think they belong together. I'm okay with it, though, because where there's K/R...
Drakken/Shego- Yes, the other canon pairing. As I stated above, I am absolutely thrilled with anything that has Drakken paired with someone. And I'm totally serious about the potato comment. With this logic, yes I do support the rest of 'em.
Drakken/Ron- Indeed I support this, for the pairing of the outcasts rings true.
Drakken/Kim- A bit odd, but hey, opposites do attract. Also, I know of a few couples in real life with similar age gaps, so I find it kind of offensive when people talk about how "sick and wrong" this pairing is.
Drakken/Monkey Fist- Hey, everyone needs love. Even a rabid monkey-man.
Drakken/potato- Thought I was being sarcastic, did you? Nope, as long as Drakken finds great happiness in the almighty potato, I'm perfectly okay with it. And just in case you're wondering why a potato, I'm a starch and carb fiend. It's now referred to as 'Spudken'. Yay!
Kim/Shego- -shudder- There is a story behind why I shudder at the mention of Kigo. However, since there are minors on the site, I'll just say that after looking at pictures of gangrene on Google with the filter turned off, I forgot to turn the filter back on when I looked up Kim Possible stories on Google. This is the same reason why I don't like...
Ron/Shego- -shudders again- The same story that corrupted my ideas for Kigo also messed with Rongo. Granted, I realized I should have torn my eyes away from the story and accompanying pictures earlier, but it was so gruesome that it was fascinating. I managed to tear my eyes away eventually, but the damage is done. I know, I know. But it said that Drakken was in there somewhere.
Ron/Monkey Fist- This one is just fine with me. Similar to Drakkim in my mind.
Nearly all of the high school pairings- Go ahead and throw whoever you want together. Teen angst is funny in my book. I'll just get a huge laugh out of it.
Barkin/Shego- o_O Yeah...that kinda creeps me out. I don't know why. This is the only one that I can't tolerate and I have no explanation for it.
Barkin/Ron- Odd. I dunno why, but I think about 'American Beauty' when I think of this pair. I am fine with them.
Shego/whoever- She's a free spirit. She can have whoever she wants. Except for Kim -shudder- and Barkin.
Kim/whoever- Kim can go ahead and jump off of a cliff for all I care. She doesn't deserve any of 'em. Not even the potato! -snatches potato from Kim and runs away while waving the Drakkanada flag and singing the 'Lather, Rinse, Obey' song-
I would like to note, though, that no matter how I feel about the character, if the story in my head requires something (such as poor Drakken getting thrown down a ravine or Kim winning the lottery), it shall be done. -sniffles a bit at Drakken going off a cliff and huggles her Drakken plushie-
Okay, it seems you guys like the torture I inflict on you. So, I'll post all my one-shots. Eventually. The epic stories? Yeah, those of you actually wanting to read 'Into the Blue', 'The Dark Secret of the Lipsky Clan', and the other humongous stories that I have will have to wait until I finish one of the ones I've already got going. If waiting's gonna kill ya or something like that, PM me and I can totally ruin the story for you.
1. Neo's Happy Funtime Land- If I had control over the KPverse, this is what I would have happen. Many lives will be torn asunder as I establish my KPtopia. Much Drakken love along with pairings that I think should occur. One-shot.
2. Into the Blue- Drakken's finally cracked, and is on the verge of being lost forever. Who can save him? Shego and...Ron? They delve into his mind and discover the reasons for his quirks and what occurred in his past to scar him more than physically. Not Rongo, people, so don't ask. Post-Graduation.
3. The Dark Secret of the Lipsky Clan- You know how they never talk about Drakken's father? And why she's called 'Mama Lipsky'? Yeah, this story's supposed to explain it. It's pretty bad. Definite 'M' rating for rape, torture, murder, and all sorts of really crazy, horrible things. I'm still not sure whether I should even be mentioning it. Oh, and yes, the title's totally lame.
Now I will list some of my favorite Drakken inventions. He has a huge list of them, but I have to pick out the ones I find to be the best. The top five inventions that make me go 'Holy crap, that's AWESOME!':
1. The Magmachine- This appeared in the episode 'Bueno Nacho'. It may be one of his first inventions of the series, but it's one of the most creative. While it's true that he had to steal the laser drill, it can be safely assumed that the magma collecting portion was his own design (considering its limited use). This also inspired one of my favorite lines that Drakken says: 'Eat magma, Milwaukee!'. Ah yes, those words are so wonderful to my ears since it's evil and funny at the same time (the tone he uses is the biggest reason I love that line).
2. The Super Hypolinator Mutagen- This was shown in the episodes 'Graduation', parts one and two. This invention is amazing. Instantly growing an army on-the-spot? The flaw with this invention that I can see is that he didn't seem to be able to communicate with the plants until after he was mutated. But the fact that he got plant powers makes it even more amazing. Now he might actually pose a threat to someone if he gets involved in a fight. Also, he may have gotten other powers besides just the vines of crushing death and the neck-protecting petals.
3. Synthodrones- This was in the Kim Possible movie 'So the Drama'. That was one heck of an idea. Considering the limited income and the fact that henchmen can ditch you (as shown by Shego at the beginning of Season 4 and the rest of the henchmen during 'Odds Man In'), it was inspired. Near limitless supply of soldiers, as long as you have the time for programming them and making the synthogoo. Too bad he dumped them after the Diablo incident.
4. Intercontinental Electro-Magnetisizer- This appeared in the episode 'Clothes Minded'. Hey, anything that can do something this incredibly powerful deserves something. The name is pretty cool and it can destroy countries while molding the world to the vision of its creator. Too bad about the building it was in not being able to take the stress; this invention didn't fail until it got hit by falling debris.
5. Cyber-Clone Network- This invention was in the episode 'Hidden Talent'. It could have been much more useful if it had been used more. The idea was unexpected and Drakken, surprisingly, was a really good actor. I didn't notice that it wasn't Wade until it was shown that Drakken was controlling the virtual Wade clone. It could have been used to trick Kim more than once, getting her to go to one place while he's busy stealing things from another or initiating a doomsday plot.
