Author has written 1 story for Artemis Fowl. Nickname: Frogsdung ( yes , I know it's weird ) if you've read The Winding Circle sieres by Tamora Pierce you might get the reference. In the first book Sandry often uses the word 'catsdung' when she is frustrated, at the time I was learning to knit (complete coincidence, I swear) but the word catsdung didn't work for me and so .. you guessed it! Why I ever used frogsdung as a nickname I don't know, my mind works in strange ways. Gender: I am a GIRL got that! Yes girls can have weird nicknames too, get your heads around that fact and your life will be a lot easier. Favourite books: Apart from Artemis Fowl I like The Wish List by Eoin Colfer, anything by Tamora Pierce, The Hobbit by Tolkien, Agatha Christie, Tanglewreck (forgot authors name , bad memory, sorry!) and the Stravaganza series by Mary Hoffman Hobbys: Reading, writing, cycling, swimming and playing the flute. Pairings: I think that there are good argments for and against all pairings, well most of them, I enjoy reading all fanfics regardless of pairings, so long as they're well writen. Quotes: Wenn alle schläft und einer spricht, das nennt man sich die Unterricht -my maths teacher (I live in Germany but am english, irish, polish and had lived in England all my life prior two years ago) in english it is: When everyone sleeps and someone speaks thats called education! It doesn't translate very well, sorry! Fanfic status: I have put none up so far due to limited computer acsess and overloads of homework (frau Schulz, are you reading this?) But I have writen one and will type it up at the first oppertunity! And here are drum roll the copy and pastes ( more are coming, mwhaaaha !) The white man said, "Colored people are not allowed here." The black man turned around and stood up. He then said: "Listen sir...when I was born I was BLACK, When I grew up I was BLACK, When I'm sick I'm BLACK, When I go in the sun I'm BLACK, When I'm cold I'm BLACK, When I die I'll be BLACK. But you sir, When you're born you're PINK, When you grow up you're WHITE, When you're sick, you're GREEN, When you go in the sun you turn RED, When you're cold you turn BLUE, And when you die you turn PURPLE. And you have the nerve to call me colored?" The black man then sat back down and the white man walked away... This is a very sad poem I found on reconrox's profile and couldn't stop thinking about, especially the last lines. If you hate child abuse then please spread the word via this poem, My name is sarah I am but three, My eyes are swollen I cannot see, I must be stupid I must be bad, What else could have made My daddy so mad? I wish I were better I wish I weren't ugly, Then maybe my mommy Would still want to hug me. I can't speak at all I can't do a wrong Or else I'm locked up All the day long When I awake I'm all alone The house is dark My folks aren't home. When my mommy does come I'll try and be nice, So maybe I'll get just One whipping tonight Don't make a sound! I just heard a car My daddy is back From Charlie's Bar. I hear him curse My name he calls I press myself Against the wall. I try and hide From his evil eyes I'm so afraid now I'm sradishing to cry. He finds me weeping He shouts ugly words, He says its my fault That he suffers at work. He slaps me and hits me And yells at me more, I finally get free And I run for the door. He's already locked it And I sradish to bawl, He takes me and throws me Against the hard wall. I fall to the floor With my bones nearly broken, And my daddy continues With more bad words spoken. "I'm sorry!", I scream But its now much too late His face has been twisted Into unimaginable hate. The hurt and the pain Again and again Oh please God, have mercy! Oh please let it end! And he finally stops And heads for the door, While I lay there motionless Sprawled on the floor. My name is Sarah And I am but three, Tonight my daddy, Murdered me. child abuse, MAKE IT STOP | |||||||
