Author has written 40 stories for Fire Emblem, Aveyond, and Scarlet Pimpernel. 4/14/12: I really have nothing new to say...except that I have a new gecko. His/Her name is Madsen, as in Rebecca Madsen from Alcatraz. For FE fans, I nearly chose Bastian as the name, but she's a baby, so we decided it'd be better to pick a gender-neutral name for her (...or him...). Anyway, that's her in my avatar, although she's much smaller - roughly the size of the average ring finger - in other words, very tiny. As for fanfiction news, well, I have none. Once upon a time, I was a fanfiction writer. Once upon a time, I may be a fanfiction writer again. Really, you'll just have to keep guessing with that one, because even I don't know. However, I am working on a new Fire Emblem project, but the most of a hint I'll give you is that it's Lucia/Bastian. Yes, you did read that right, Lucia/Bastian. I swear, meguinthepenguin still hates me because I'm starting to favor them. That isn't to say I'm not still the biggest Lucia/Renning fan around (heck, I'd say I was the first to write that...and probably the only one to like it, but that's just a minor technicality). So, here are some needless updates from me - I know you're all totally thrilled about that. ;) You see that thing to the left that's my avatar (you know, once it actually gets displayed)? Isn't he just the cutest thing ever? That's Blitzkrieg, and he's my completely adorable high-yellow patternless leopard gecko. This month was his first birthday (well, first birthday here; he's actually much older), so none of you have actually heard about him unless you've been following me on fictionpress, or you're just a completely random stalker. I'm also (finally) taking German. I know I said that I was going to do that two years ago and ended up taking Latin instead, but it's actually true this time. So, guten tag! Yeah, I really can't say much of anything else yet... I can tell time, though, which it pretty amazing considering I can barely tell time in my native tongue...I'm joking, naturally...okay, maybe... So, now, for a little about me - I love Russian history, I have a slight obsession with Jason Isaacs (okay, maybe a tad bit more than slight), my gecko has about twenty middle names (okay, three), and I go to a virtual school - yes, virtual. I also beta-read what is probably the most amazing Fire Emblem fanfiction ever, The Twin Blades by TheFreelancerSeal. :) Let's see, I'll just update my favorites/interests a bit, and that should suffice as an adequate profile update...okay, I'm pretty sure you all wish I would stop talking to myself now (well, that's assuming you're still reading this, which is also assuming a lot...). Books: Anna Karenina, The Scarlet Pimpernel, My Sister's Keeper, and I'll admit that I really do like the Harry Potter series. But currently, I've been reading through all of Tess Gerritsen's novels...I'd say The Bone Garden is my favorite thus far, but Harvest was pretty awesome, too. Games: Fire Emblem and Aveyond. Yeah, that's seriously pretty much all I play... Television: The Good Wife, NCIS, and Rizzoli & Isles, even if it's horrible at following the book plots. Movies: Dead Poets Society has to be my favorite, along with Live From Baghdad. Music: Roxette, Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers, Jackson Browne, Billy Idol, Ace of Base, Fleetwood Mac, Chicken Shack...basically anything that isn't modern.
