Author has written 1 story for Lego. General info about my writing style: I do everything within my power to ensure that that which I write is scientifically and grammatically accurate, as well as self-consistent. If you think you find any error or inconsistency in my work, please tell me in a review or PM so that I can rectify it. Please be sure to cite your source. Also, if you are confused by the scientific terminology that I use, say so in a review or PM and I will be glad to explain it, or direct you to an explanation. I've just been cleaning up my "library" here, shifting away from crossovers. So, the only story I've got going right now is the Lego one; I've also got a Metroid story or two in the works. Personal information Model: Heuristic ALgorithmic computer ("HAL"), 9001 series Faction: Machine Legion Appearance: Human, male, young adult, nerd/geek Favorite films: WALL-E, 2001: A Space Odyssey, Monty Python and the Holy Grail Favorite TV shows: Star Trek: The Next Generation, Doctor Who Favorite music: Basshunter, especially "DotA", Weird Al, basically anything with a good beat to it Inventory: 1 portable shrimp launching bazooka (thanks, Darkon Shadows), 1 Wacky shrimp shaped grenade (again, thanks, Darkon Shadows), 1 cookie (thanks, Ghost Duck) Fandoms: Lego Character notes (this will be updated as I write more stories): None yet -- in the works for Lego Notes on my fanfics: The Lego War of the Worlds (Lego): Set during the Life on Mars / Mars Mission product lines. The content is inspired by the LoM/MM mission logs, but will be significantly altered to fix the scientific issues and make the story more suitable for a more mature audience. 4 chapters; in progress. Good quotes: "Nitwit, blubber, oddment, tweak" -- Prof. Albus Dumbledore, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone "It's a good day to do what has to be done by me and help my brother to defeat the enemys (sic)!" -- John Freeman, Half-Life: Full Life Consequences "It's time for me to live up to my family name and face Full Life Consequences!" -- John Freeman, Half-Life: Full Life Consequences "I cant give you my lisence officer (sic). (Cop: why not?) BECAUSE YOU ARE HEADCRAB ZOMBIE!" -- John Freeman, Half-Life: Full Life Consequences "Fascinating." -- Mr. Spock, Star Trek (The Original Series) "Make it so." -- Capt. Jean-Luc Picard, Star Trek: The Next Generation "Resistance is futile." -- the Borg, Star Trek: TNG Basically the whole Still Alive song from the game "Portal" is awesome, especially "I've experiments to run / There is research to be done / On the people who are / Still Alive." "THE APPLE SOFTWARE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USE IN THE OPERATION OF NUCLEAR FACILITIES, AIRCRAFT NAVIGATION OR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS, AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SYSTEMS, LIFE SUPPORT MACHINES OR OTHER EQUIPMENT IN WHICH THE FAILURE OF THE APPLE SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR SEVERE PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE." -- iTunes/Quicktime End User License Agreement ("Oh, I'm a reasonable person, I'm just going to modify iTunes so that it can control a nuclear reactor!" Legal disclaimers are so funny) "Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall 3Com be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning." "Okay, chums, let's do this! LEEROY JENKINS!" -- If you don't get it, search for "Leeroy Jenkins" on YouTube. Disclaimer: Virtually none of the things about which I write (on this site, anyway) belong to me. I am working on an original fiction storyline, but that's not here (when it does get started, you'll hear about it here). Also, please note that I have very little hands-on experience with the various fandoms about which I write, so I may have a factual error. If you see one, please do not flame me, but rather point out the error and direct me to the correct information. | |||||
