Hello fanfiction readers, and welcome to my little corner of the sanitarium! I've been on FFnet for about 4 years now (I remember joining this fine, fine website right before the release of Kung Fu Panda back in 2008), writing and plugging along reading other stories which pique my interests. Of those interests, Kung Fu Panda is currently at the top of the list.

Now, I've always been a fan of Pixar and DreamWorks films - a la Toy Story and Shrek - but Kung Fu Panda, without a doubt, was one of those movies that made a deep impression on me. Not only did it jump start my writing kick for this site, but it has to date been the only film which I've fallen completely in love with. There are other TV shows/Movies/Books that I have a taste for - most notably Forrest Gump, DragNet, MASH, Apollo 13, WALL-E (Pixar's greatest film IMHO) Frasier, Cheers, Gunsmoke, Bones, 24, anything written by Stephen King or J.R.R. Tolkien, Star Wars, Star Trek, Family Guy...and most recently - The Cleveland Show.

There's not an awful lot to say about my personal effects, except I'm currently 22 years old, and no, my name and phone number will remain a mystery unless you pay me to tell you!

I am also currently attending and working for the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Info on "Elegant, Graceful, and Clumsy":

This is a collection of short stories that follow Po and Tigress' relationship. Many of the shorts in this ongoing series (referred to here as 'Quickies') will mainly be based on the foundation of an intimate relationship between the two. Some will also be plain old friendship shorts. Keep in mind that a good deal of these will not follow any specific plot framework; therefore, linear development between them is nil, bordering on non-existant.

Unless specially noted, they also will have no common ground with any of my other Kung Fu Panda fanfictions. I'm currently in the process of re-drafting some of these chapters, so if any content disappears or seems different, this is the reason why.

Info on "Hard Habit to Break":

This story was one of those 'spur-of-the-moment, totally unprepared for' narratives, based on a song I'd recently listened to, named just the same as the title of the fic, and performed by the rock band Chicago. Based on an already founded relationship, Po grapples with the harsh reality of the abrupt ending of his intimate relationship with Tigress.

Info on "The Thriller":

Quite simply, this is going to be (in total) an eleven chapter fic based on ten songs randomly selected by music artist Michael Jackson. It was done not only because I am a huge fan of his music, but it also is serving as a living memorial to his life and his legacy. Although it isn't the most popular of my stories, it nevertheless takes its rightful place as my favorite work to date.

July 8, 2010: "Outcast" -- Based some time after the film, Tai Lung returns to the valley in secret to see how life has changed in the Jade Palace after he was defeated. It will probably only be written as a one-shot, and told in first-person perspective.
