Author has written 4 stories for Chronicles of Narnia, I Am Legend, Calvin & Hobbes, and Neopets. Hello all, I’m an aspiring writer. By name is BTBone, which is also my pen-name-to-be in real life! I have already finished writing a book, but I need to get an editor. But don’t look for it here, as I’m not sure about it yet. But I will submit short stories and the like. I’m a strongly Conservative Christian, and some of my stories reflect such influences. I’m also Wolf-obsessed, as well as train-loving, World War II buff, and American Patriot (Nationalist, some might say.). I’m relatively new to this story-writing-for-all-to-see thing, so if any of you old-timers or seasoned veterans can offer me any advice, please do so! Some of my stories involve a character called Maugrim Jones, a character from Chronicles of Narnia, who is something of a Soldier of Fortune, like Indiana Jones. He will appear in many short stories, along with beautiful female canines, fiendish villains, impossible stunts, and exotic locales. Of course, like Indy, he has his tools, namely a whip and a Mauser Pistol, and a battered fedora, just like his hero, Indiana Jones! OF course, like any good adventurer, he has a “Colorful” vernacular, so in order to keep the rating as low as possible, instead of outright swearing, I put the first letter, than a series of lines to represent the offending word. But it's still good reading, and very action-packed, so I hope you enjoy it! Another character I write about is an anthromorphic Diesel Engine named Jake, who lives on the Denver and Rio Grande Railway. His stories are not so much for the older crowd as they are for children who love Thomas the Tank Engine! He gets into all sorts of perdicamints, and has numerous friends some who are from the Civil War, like Old Grant the Tender Engine, and some from more modern times, such as Pike the Cog Train. I write these for my Cousin, and so far he likes them! Finally, I write something a fantasy series, mainly about a time lost city from America in the 1920’s, which has been transported to a fantasy world. Now, after some confusion, they manage to form their own Monarch–free nation, and soon, become a force to be reckoned with. Werewolves, Orcs and other otherwise “Villainous” creatures become America’s most loyal citizens, and soon, no king or queen will be safe from the invisible hand of Democracy. Now that I’ve given you a primer on what to expect from me, I hope you find these stories enjoyable, and that my chosen career as Writer is a good one. (I mean, really, who wants to work at McDonalds for the rest of their life?) And with that, read on… | |||||||
