To whom it may concern:

I go by SimpleCompromise! While I also go by LaurenOfTheLake, LadyLake, and LadyOfTheLake, my name is Lauren Lake (who could have guessed?) =)

I'm head over heels for all things fanfiction, and have (very literally) spent the last six years reading, on summers averaging thirteen hours a day! I know, I know, I have no life *sob*

Whilst I now work fifteen hours a day, rest assured before I slip into my six hour coma and my day off I'll hear my roommate nag that seeing the sunlight once in a while is indeed a good thing, and my reputation for being the palest Mexican known to man is because of the computer screen bleaching my skin (si).

Well I've spent hundreds and hundreds (possibly thousand(s)?) reading fanfiction, so I'm going to try sporting my own!

I only read Naruto, all stories based around Sakura, my favorite character, so naturally I'm going to write along those lines.

It's a good thing I don't own Naruto... *sigh* But a girl can dream.

I'll tell you now, hate the fandom, not the fan. I pair that poor poor pinkette up with every available man in countries A-Z... Be prepared for Akatsuki love and a few choice picks from Konoha.

I've been dubbed Terumii Mei in my group, not sure if that's a good thing... Or what... Huh...

Anyways! I'm going to try my luck, hopefully I make it into the big leagues!
