Tuesday August 24, 2011 I have changed my pen name! For those of you who knew of me when I first joined FF.net, I was originally kizzyvamp. From there I became Neon Chandelier, opening accounts on other websites as SharpySplash (DeviantArt), and also as lemontreeleaves (livejournal, Tumblr, and every other website I have signed up for over the last year). I am now fumblingwords. I have never been as happy with a pen name as I am with this newest one, though I am sure that my online personas will continue to change as I grow as a person, and as a writer and an artist. If you have noticed that some of my fics have mysteriously disappeared, don't fret. I've deleted them because I'm done with them. I'm moving onto bigger and better things, and I didn't want the worst of my half-assed attempts at writing fanfiction to be left cluttering up my page. If you do want to read some more of my fanfiction and original writing, you are more than welcome to visit my livejournal account. Some basic bio info: I am a known procrastinator and I give up easily, therefore I have resolved to not post any more multi-chapter fics until they are complete. I am a review whore. I ship every pairing for every fandom that I love, with Inuyasha/Kagome, Alice/Boris, Noriko/Izark, and Severus Snape/Hermione taking precedence. I used to write for Sesshomaru/Kagome, and also for Edward/Bella, but I am afraid that I have since moved on. I am slowly learning what it means to be a writer. My Fanfic preferences: I'll admit that after being on this website for a few years, I am a fanfiction snob. While I know that my own work is riddled with flaws and certainly would never say anything bad about another person's work, I find that I am incredibly particular about the fan fiction that I will read. The first example of this being that I will rarely, if ever, open a story that is marked as AU. I enjoy AU as long as it is Alternate Universe in the sense that it veers from the original course the story was traveling, but I absolutely despise fanfiction that takes place in a world different from the canon world. I also hate changing the species of a character. It just rubs me the wrong way. Sharing names is not enough to make a story fanfiction. I come on here to read about the characters and worlds that I already love. If I want to read something original then I will look on the appropriate websites or even open an actual book. Furthermore, characters must always be in-character. They can do out-of-character things, but the motivation needs to be strong enough for them to act out. Again, I am on here to read about characters that I already love, not to get to know a new one. Current Projects:
