May 12th update - Pathetic excuses/grovelling for forgiveness - I haven't forgotten, or given up on my stories. I have too much written, and too many ideas to give them up. Unfortunately that 'temporary craziness' at work is still going on...

I think the end's in sight, but of course, I thought the end was in sight before, and it's still occupying my entire life. However, even though I can't promise when the update will come, I can promise that it will come at some point. I hope you all can forgive me, and that you are enjoying my stories enough to wait.

Crackfic idea: now, let me explain. I am writing four stories at once (well, more than that, but four that are currently being posted) and they are all angsty/hurt/comfort/drama- esque types. I need to do something to break it up. There will be a new random set of one-shots that will be appearing as I have inspiration and need a break from teh serious. I may(probably not) add to the Saiyuki one-shot Bandages, but the new FFVII idea is...

Cloud goes back to save the day! Only...not. Due to an interference in the lifestream (aka: Zack) he gets a bit lost and ends up...well, all over. Chapters will be posted as I think of random fandoms/places for him to get stranded in. Suggestions more than welcome; encouraged! I will post anything so long as I have a basic knowledge of the series. Anime/TV/Books, even RL are all fair game (if you want Cloud to end up in Alaska, then let me know.) Fair warnings - major amounts of OOC, quite possibly cursing, author is not responsible for lost brain cells when reading the fic.

Final Fantasy VII -

1) My alternative timeline fic - What if Genesis had succeeded in killing Hojo in the attack on the Shinra building? How would the events of Crisis Core/FFVII changed. The events will start at Hojo's death (yay!) and go from there. multiple pairings some canon-esque het pairings, plenty of yummy yaoi, and I believe even one yuri. But other than that, pairings will be a surprise. If someone wants to beta, and/or fill me in on the Avalanche of BC I would be very appreciative!!

2)Time travel fic - there are tons of fics where Cloud goes back in time, and some with Sephiroth going back in time. This time, Genesis is going back to fix things. Problem is - this is Genesis. He might just make things worse. NO pairings

3)Cloud/Reno (with past Zack/Reno) Reno is dealing with his own guilt over Zack's capture and later death, while Cloud deals with his own emotions from the past. When Cissnei drops a surprise on them, it may destroy their fragile new relationship.

4) A/T - Due to 'personnel shortages' Zack and Cloud don't go to Nibelheim with Sephiroth. Sephiroth is listed as KIA, but then why do they keep seeing him? A sort of twisted re-write of FFVII. Will probably end up as Cloud/Zack.

Final Fantasy VIII

Only one idea on this game - it will be a twist on the "Squall under a love spell" theme. Mostly humour, with a bit of fluff, a bit of romance, and some angst just because that's how Squall is. Seifer/Squall, with possible other combinations of side pairings.

Saiyuki (Yes, I'm aware I'm probably the only person who still writes in this fandom)

1) sequel to "letting go" wherein Gojyo pursues the grumpy monk. And attempts to not get shot.

This may be drawn out into a trilogy, depends on the response I get to the sequel.

Death Note

I am going to try my hand at Death Note fanfics - I have two ideas for AT (alternate timeline) fics. One, where Light doesn't touch the death note after Higuchi's death, and the other where Rem only has a chance to kill Watari. I won't even be starting on these, however, until I finish rewatching the anime,

Now, I understand if you don't like yaoi. That's fine. Lot's of people don't. I don't judge. But, if you don't like yaoi, pair Cloud up with Aerith, or Tifa, or Yuffie, or fuck, even Rosso. Or just don't pair him up. Don't freaking make him into a girl so you can pair him with Sephiroth!!

That's like saying, 'well, I secretly like Seph/Cloud but I'm a big homophobe so I'm going to make Cloud a girl so it's not gay.'

Plus, no matter how weak/wimpy/girly some people make him...HE"S A GUY. HE'S NOT WEAK. AND HE BLOODY SAVED THE ENTIRE WORLD. Sure, he's a bit nutsy in FFVII and a bit guilt-ridden/angsty in FFVII:AC, but how really does that translate into uber-uke?
