Hello, my name is Dori, and I am from Seattle, WA. Not a native, I don't like the taste of coffee, but I love the smell. I have lived up and down the coast of California as a former military brat. I'm a long time lurker, so it is sometimes hard for me to step up and review. I'm weird and shy. My pet peeve is incomplete stories. Don't leave us hanging. I'm an avid ficworm.

As you can tell from my avatar, I love CSI NY, especially Danny and Lindsay. In the fourth season, I didn't like the cheating storyline, but I have to make it clear, I don't like Rikki bashing (but I do read it) I truly believe this wasn't her fault. It was Danny's. I wish the writers had been big enough to not dump this in the fanficiton writers's laps, but I guess that was too much for them to wrap up a storyline that involved Lindsay. One of my biggest problems with the show is that there is no equality like I see in the fanfiction, if Lindsay is having a day off...I want to see Mac, Stella, Don, Danny, and Sheldon have a day off, I just want to see some fairness spread. Is it too much to ask? I love everyone in this show, but it is slowing ticking me off. Go Team Lindsay! The best stories that demonstrates what I wanted to happen on the show is Begin Again by missEris, Key West Blues by SallyJetson, and My Happy Ending by prplerayne. What they have in common? THEY FREAKING TALK AND WORK THINGS OUT!! (sigh, sorry for shouting.)

I'm also one of the few people who like Aiden and Lindsay. I wished they could have met or had a case where Aiden had some valuable information. But we have to remember Vanessa Ferlito wanted to leave the show. The first season was gritty and cool but I'm glad they brightened it up; it seems that they do that for every new CSI show. Also I would like to see them go back to the two or three case storylines, everyone has worked hard to get where they have gotten, they should be trusted to work a case alone.

Other pairings on the show: I like Smacked, FAng (but I do read Fiesta), also Flack and Samantha Ross (Brown Eyed Girl 75 creation), Adam/Kendall (though I like Adam/Angell too). But I need more Sheldon Hawkes stories!! He is absolutely to die for! Basically, I will read anything CSI NY. You guys saved me from a meltdown during the writers’ strike last November.
