Author has written 5 stories for StarTrek: Enterprise.

I started out reading mostly Star Trek Enterprise TnT fanfics ( I'm a shipper/romantic first and foremost) and lately I've watched all of Farscape and have begun reading J and A fanfic. I missed the show when it was on the Scifi. When I was reading what I could find relating to TnT I started writing in my own head, but more like a movie. I developed a clear picture of how I saw the TnT dynamic playing out and it's progressed from there. I'd never really written a complete story before, except in college where they picked my work apart to the point that I didn't even recognize what they kept saying was a minimalist style at all, but I'm finding this to be fun. I can see scenes in my head, with all the intricacies and scenery. Interaction between characters and their inner lives seems to be easier. I have no idea where the story or stories will lead, as I am not a planner I just go with the flow and whatever it is that prompted this creative streak (I'll call it my muse for lack of a better description). I don't even know if I'll write more than what I have today but I promise I will not leave you stranded with an unfinished story ever. I hate stories that just stop without some sort of conclusion even if it's just the writers notes on where they thought they were going. I realize people have real lives but taking years to finish something and leaving readers/fans hanging is not right.

I don't own the Star Trek characters , although I wish I did just to get them back on the air. I'm just having some fun and putting my new found creative energy to use making something to brighten up the trainwreck I think they made out of Enterprise. I try to stick to canon and use it in my writing, but I don't like the addiction storyline and I do not like the Captain Archer character as portrayed. Scott Bakula is a fine actor, but his character and portrayal seemed all over the place. And TATV never happened even as a really bad holodeck authors money making bad dream.

I'm learning as I go and trying to be a better writer although I know I'm bad about where my characters are physically because I'm stuck inside my own head and in my own life most times I could care less about what color the walls are or where I am. I care most about what effect external events are having on my or my characters internal life.

And as for the non-Enterprise ending of Star Trek Enterprise what a joke. I just read that B and B thought of their finale as a Valentine to the fans. If that's true I really feel sorry for their significant others. A valentine implies love and caring not ripping the fans hearts out. If a character had to die it most certainly shouldn't have been Trip.

I apologize if any other fanfic writers see bits of their ideas in my stories, but it was not done intentionally. I seem to remember scenes (verbatime) that make an impression but not always where they came from. I hope you'll take it as praise that the idea was a good one and recognize it fit into my worldview as I was writing what I see and feel. Feel free to let me know if I stepped on your ideas and I will gladly give you credit. If you see something I've done you like free to use it. If you have criticism let me know I have a pretty thick skin but be aware that I have bad days, or even several in a row, and I may not respond or if I do it may be caustic. Don't take it personally as I will think about it and eventually find the constructive part of what you had to say. I have a bad habit or a good habit, depending on how you see things, of being direct and have been accused of being tactless.

I strive to be encouraging to other writers but it is not always possible. Examples would be those writers who insist on making connections between characters that aren't natural given what is canon on any given show. Slash is usually the worst for this but any pairing that is just wishful thinking should be avoided as far as I can see. Gay sex or any sex is great if the characters are gay or attracted to one another and you aren't writing outright porn. Don't make them gay just to satisfy your own fantasies and if you want to write porn, fanfic probably isn't the right place for you. The other area I see as a problem is those writers who use and abuse the characters to such an extreme that it isn't even feasible that they could survive the abuse in a sci-fi world. What's the point? Shock? You really need to think about what the story is you are trying to tell. At some point, unless your readers are sadistic, if the pain and torture becomes so unrealistic that it overwhelms the reader's belief that the character can overcome it then the point of what you wrote is lost. It's just sad to me when a gifted writer who can truly affect people chooses to go this route. What a waste. I'm not the best writer out here but I hope I make a positive contribution and I believe that if I make just one person think beyond themselves or forget their problems for a time I've been successful.

I love reviews although they aren't what drive me to write. I'm not one who'll stop just because I'm not getting a pat on the back from others. I'm a pretty self confident person so I'll write regardless. It's just a plus to hear what others see in what I write good or bad. It always surprises me when someone else sees things the same way I do as I seem to be the ugly duckling in a family of swans . Let me know if you like it and if you don't agree tell me why. I may not see your point now but it may make a difference in what I see down the line. My beliefs and understanding of things evolve as my sense of who and what I see expands.

DISCLAIMER FOR ALL MY STORIES: Paramount and CBS own Enterprise and the characters. I'm just entertaining myself and possibly some other folks out there in fanfic land who can't leave their favorite characters behind but I'm not making a cent from doing this so go find some rich dude to sue.
