Welcome to my profile! XD My goodness, I haven’t updated this thing in awhile… Part of that is me being busy and the other part is… well, me being lazy. Heh, either way, ya? Anyhow, I write Final Fantasy fics, mainly FF7 with a few exceptions… -checks portfolio- Okay, one exception, sort of… Anyhoo – I love the Final Fantasy series, each to a different degree but my passion and obsession is found with Final Fantasy 7. Anyone who knows me know that it’s almost scary how much I love this series; the games, the movies, the doujinshi, the everything! I love to write and have so many ideas floating around in my head. I just wish I had the time to write them all out. I’m going to try, though. I’m hoping that someday I’ll be able to come out of the closet of being a fangirl and just tell people I write. Until then, shhh - don’t tell anyone. :x

Now I suppose I’ll ramble on about myself a bit. You normally find these things in profiles, right?

Me:

I used to have all the time in the world to write (well, maybe not all the time in the world, but a lot) and now with my new job I find it difficult to find time when I’m home alone so I can work on the stuff I love. The story of a closet fangirl, ya? Anyhow, my handle, Brunette S Angel, comes from my high school nick name, Brunette Angel, but that name was already taken, so the ‘S’ is the first letter of my first name. I generally go by Angel these days.

Hobbies:

I love writing! I would do it all day, every day if I could! Unfortunately, I don’t like people reading over my shoulder considering the things I write, so I have the fill the time with other things. I love to read, currently finishing up ‘The Lost Symbol’ by Dan Brown and my next book is ‘The Tipping Point’ by Malcolm Gladwell. I also adore reading fan fiction on this site. I have a few favourite authors which can be viewed down below in the tabs. I’m a huge FF7 nut, as I said before, and am currently leveling up Zack’s material in Crisis Core. I’m afraid to move on because, well… you know… Occasionally I force myself to go out with people and when they aren’t talking hockey, we play pool, bowling, poker, and sometimes street hockey. (I seriously need more girl friends…)

Favourite Pairing:

Hahaha… this is almost an amusing question because it isn’t difficult to figure out by looking at my favourites and written stories. Holy hell – I’m so completely in love with Zack x Cloud, it’s almost painful! Other pairings I like include Cloud x Leon, Zack x Reno, Reno x Cloud, Angeal x Zack, and a beautiful mix of SxZxRxC (check out KlikStar’s 4-Way Split saga… you’ll see what I mean). :o) It’s incredible how amazing authors can change your preference.

When I write, I used to wait until I had the entire story written, or close to it, before posting. It worked out great for update timing, but sucked that I would go long bouts of time without reviews. Salacity is the first story I’m posting as I write and it has been a nightmare! I feel so bad for making people wait so after this story is completed I’m going back to my roots. I’ll have to suffer the review withdrawal in silence. I used to be able to keep up with all review replies as well but with my new job it leaves very little time to do that while keeping on top with writing/reading. Because of that, I suppose I’ll make replying to certain reviews a priority and get to the rest when I can. I feel bad about it but… priorities.

- I’m not even sure what inspired me to start writing this fic. The idea just popped into my head one day and I was like: -gasp- Need to write! I skipped class and went down to the library with my laptop and spent two and a half hours writing. For those of you who know me, it’s strange that I would begin writing without first writing my structure, ya? That’s how intense this urge to write this fic was. I want to take the development of this fic very slow as it's not deriving from any previous work and is completely AU. Things are now starting to get very interesting… wink

Untitled (but called 'KlikFic' for now (a fic for KlikStar - get it?! XD)):

- This story I had in my head for awhile now but hadn't gotten around to writing it. When I did my first 10 Song Fic Challenge this idea popped into my head when I was listening to "Shake It" by Metro Station and I didn't have time to come up with another idea (it's a challenge - I was stressed!). I felt a little bad about this and, as always, whined and moaned to KlikStar about it. She's such a sweetheart and told me that it would be alright to still write the story. After much back and forth I've decided to write it. You wanna know what it's about? Check out The Seventh Heaven forum (links are everywhere on my profile) and read my Challenge fic. :P Anyhoo - for always being such a great friend to me I'm writing this story dedicated to her. It was supposed to be a oneshot but it's turning out to be much longer. Doesn't matter, she's worth it.

- The idea for this story cam up while I was listening to a song, I can’t remember which one anymore which sucks, but is about a relationship strained after Cloud’s former lover comes back into the picture.
