Wow. You're here. That's shocking. I have no idea why you'd want to come to the boring, pathetic profile of a socially-awkward, simple-minded British girl with no life to put to her name. But you know how it is. :)

I'm guessing you're here because you want to know more about me? about my stories? or are you just that bored you're here for no reason whatsoever?

Weeell, I guess I'll tell you a little about me, first.

My name is...-cough-...Yeah, no. I'm not revealing that little tidbit to the public. No sir. You can just call me Ember, though. Everyone else does. I've been on this planet for a good 17 years, plus a few months, and I turn 18 in April. I am, of course, of the female persuasion, although I'm far from a girly-girl. In fact, I despise shopping to the point I want to barf when it's brought up, and I only wear make up on very special occasions. And I mean, once every blue moon, and on my mother's wedding day. I don't ever read any of those crappy magazines, and I'm certainly not a member of the current tween cult...Twilight...-chokes-...no way. Sparkly "Vampires" are sooo not my thing. Unfortunately, the few friends I do have are members of said cult. Yippee for me. -insert sarcasm- D:

Well, Twilight is a dangerous topic for me -eyetwitch- so to avoid me going onto an Anti-Twilight rant, let's move right along. In reality, I'm most likely the quiet girl who sits on her own at the back of the class getting on with her work (or, at least, looking like she's getting on with her work...I tend to doodle. A lot. :) I'm a huge lover of animals (no kidding, my best friend is cat. Sad? yes. But, I don't care. ;D) and I don't usually listen to a whole lot of music, though I enjoy Within Temptation, Evanescence and P!nk.

And, that's all about me you need to know...or, at least, as much I'm willing to share at the moment.

Now, let's move on to the list of favourites, because that's not at all a conformist and cliche thing to do.

Favourite Books; the Harry Potter Series, Twilight-coughNotReallychoke- The Sookie Stackhouse series, Eragon, Vampirates, Inkheart.

Favourite TV shows and Films; Scrubs, the Simpsons, True Blood, the Lion King(in fact, most Disney classics :3) Pirates of the Caribean, Dragon Ball Z, YuYuHakusho and YuGiOh.

Favourite Colour; Pastel Blue, and, on occasion, purple. :)

Favourite shippings; Seto Kaiba/Anzu Mazaki (yes...I'm an azureshipper, deal.); Yami Bakura/Marik (my one and only Yaoi shipping :); Vegeta/Bulma; Eric/Sookie; and Eragon/Angela.

This story is kinda an experiment. I'm really just testing the water with my writing skills, so don't expect anything too spectacular, because I think it's pretty average as far as writing skills go. Due to lack of inspiration, motivation and the likes, this story has been placed on Hiatus. I will get back to it ASAP, but don't expect any updates in the forseable future.
