My fic Innocent, Vigilant, Ordinary is on hiatus due to writer's block and a general lack of enjoyment writing that particular story. To those that read, my deepest thanks and sincerest apologies. Please know that your support meant more than I can ever express.

About Me: Late twenties. Hate my profession (attorney); love writing.

My weaknesses include cheap wine; expensive, imported beer; California rolls; and Steven Segal films. I have a low tolerance for slow drivers, anyone who flies a Confederate flag, the music of Phil Collins, and skinny jeans.

Fic-wise, I will read anything, as long as it's well-written. Even if something appears to be a cliche, I am a firm believer that a good writer can transcend said cliche and pique my interest. I am a relative newcomer to fanfiction, because I admit, I believed the stigma before I started checking out fanfic for The Office a few years ago, but am now a convert. I'm mostly a Twilight girl at the moment because even though I try and convince everyone that I'm cynical and cool, really I'm just a sap underneath.

The Twilight Gift Exchange: My oneshot "May and His December" was part of the Winter 2010 exchange. The idea is that you sign up to write a prompt written by someone else. In exchange, you provide someone else with a prompt and get your own special fic written just for you. They tend to do more than one exchange per year. Even if you don't participate, it's a great place to read completed fanfics.
