Author has written 58 stories for Harry Potter, and Star Trek: 2009. I have been writing fanfiction for exactly one year! Hard to believe. I think I've really grown as a writer and I love Charlie Weasley as much today as when I first started. I written a lot of things I NEVER thought I'd have the nerve to write and for the most part am very proud of my work. Wow! Seems like only yesterday! My favorite works so far are: The Adventure of the Dragon Keeper, Redemption, The Other Life, Green Beer, The Sleepover, Marisol's Story, Tour of Duty, 10 Things I Like About You, Charlie's War, The Return of Ares, After the War, Second Season, Madam Hooch and the Professor, Society of Fred, and The Photograph. My favorite OC characters I've created are Joanna Morgan-Kinsley, Marisol Grimaldi, Mike Hendershot, and Jessica Johansen, and of course Ingrid. I'm absolutely crazy for Start Trek 2009. Do I still love Charlie? You betcha! And I'm still mostly about the Weasley! I'm working on a USA Quidditch League Website and it is coming along amazingly well. Credit goes to dears Katy, who wrote the wickedly funny team bios for the Sweetwater All-Stars and Rhon du Gail who created the whole Hawaii team and Blonde Spirit who gave birth to the very funny and hapless New York Wingers. Just got the New Jersey Flyers updated by the extremely talented and creative Nanaho-Hime. Jade created the Chesapeake Bay Falcons; I think she did a wonderful job. I just posted the Seattle Salamanders (I absolutely love the logo) created by Ellie. The USA Quidditch League is really expanding now. I'm very pleased with all of it. I am an adult female fan of the characters and stories of Harry Potter by J.K. Rowling and the new Star Trek movie. My stories, while usually not rated M, they do contain adult content, situations and especially language. I like to think that I have an interesting sense of humor. THANK YOU for reading my stories!! This is my take on Charlie Weasley: Charlie Weasley, I think, was one of the least developed semi-major character created by JKR. who has, in my opinion, the most potential. FanFiction writers have the freedom to create their perception of who he is. This is who he is in my mind. In my little world Charlie lives in America where he plays professional Quidditch for the Flying American Red Dragons, works off season on the only America Dragon Preserve, and helps his friends fight dark wizards. From my perspective, he's not going to move back to England, he isn't gay, and he'll never get married. He loves women, but he cannot commit. He drinks and parties too much, but he's always there for work and for his friends. Charlie co-authored a children's book with Mike Hendershot (he works at the Preserve with Charlie), called Dragons in America (maybe some day I'll publish that as a short story in another site) and another one called They Grow 'em Big in Texas, Magical Creatures in the Western United States, or something like that. Why Charlie Weasley moved to America: Everything I know about England I picked up from movies, a friend who lives there, Harry Potter and BBC America. It's easier to write about Charlie in America, because, that where I'm from; same holds true why he lives in Texas. Besides, Texans are very interesting people and there are a lot of story ideas out here that I can build on (she said, staring at a blank screen). And hey, if JKR herself tells the world that Charlie really is gay, and he remained in Romania or married Hermione, then I probably won't write anymore Charlie Weasley stories because he is my fantasy. And if I did, he would be gay, in Romania and/or married to Hermione. I do follow "The Gospel according to DH." It would be the happiest day of my life if JKR herself told the world that, "Yeah, Charlie moved to America," but I'll not hold my breath!! So until then... The Adventures of the Dragon Keeper set the stage for most of my Charlie Weasley stories I thought there was so much more to Charlie and that's when I started writing. I thought I never would write a short story, I wanted to write novellas, but I'm happy with my short stories, too. There are some more stories out there, I hope.
