Author has written 10 stories for Death Note, Static Shock, Batman, X-Men: Evolution, and Teen Titans. I have no idea what to put on here so I'm just gonna copy and paste what I have on my fictionpress profile. Random Crap About Me: hmmmm...well...my foot fell asleep and now it feels all prickly...anyway... I'm a girl...15. I had planned on going to Oxford and major in psychology all my life, but now I have no I dea what I want to do and it scares me, my family's really annoying, I love Greek and Kyle XY on ABC Family...I've had a crush on 2 Kyles in the past year alone, I had the biggest crush on my friend Justin for the last couple months of school, whenever I try to hit the backspace key on my keyboard without looking I always end up pressing the = key, my art teacher was kinda cute but didn't have the nicest breath, I could be exhausted but it would still take about an hour to fall asleep, I wanna paint my room gold, I have the weirdest dreams, my headphones are green and my Ipod cover thing is pink(not really, it's actually white but one day I was supposed to be working on my book report for Tangerine and was procrastinating and found a purple permanent marker and colored my Ipod with it...it rubbed off on the cover thing and turned it pink)and it makes my Ipod look like a watermelon, Antonio Banderas(sp?)is SUPER SEXY!! ...ummm...that's all the random ranting for today kiddies...lol :) Some of my favorite quotes to keep you entertained(cause you must be bored if you made it this far): Pen names are masks that allow us to unmask ourselves. ~C. Astrid Weber We are so accustomed to disguise ourselves to others that in the end we become disguised to ourselves. ~François Duc de La Rochefoucauld A writer is somebody for whom writing is more difficult than it is for other people. ~Thomas Mann, Essays of Three Decades, 1947 Having imagination, it takes you an hour to write a paragraph that, if you were unimaginative, would take you only a minute. Or you might not write the paragraph at all. ~Franklin P. Adams, Half a Loaf, 1927 Hateful to me as the gates of Hades is that man who hides one thing in his heart and speaks another. ~Homer I do not like to write - I like to have written. ~Gloria Steinem Apologizing - a very desperate habit - one that is rarely cured. Apology is only egotism wrong side out. ~Oliver Wendell Holmes, Sr., The Professor at the Breakfast-Table If there's a book you really want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it. ~Toni Morrison The wastebasket is a writer's best friend. ~Isaac Bashevis Singer Most of our faults are more pardonable than the means we use to conceal them. ~François, Duc de La Rochefoucauld, Maxims, 1665 The pages are still blank, but there is a miraculous feeling of the words being there, written in invisible ink and clamoring to become visible. ~Vladimir Nabakov Man is least himself when he talks in his own person. Give him a mask, and he will tell you the truth. ~Oscar Wilde Easy reading is damn hard writing. ~Nathaniel Hawthorne We are what we pretend to be, so we must be careful about what we pretend to be. ~Kurt Vonnegut No one means all he says, and yet very few say all they mean, for words are slippery and thought is viscous. ~Henry Brooks Adams, The Education of Henry Adams, 1907 Being an author is like being in charge of your own personal insane asylum. ~Graycie Harmon A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. ~Herm Albright, quoted in Reader's Digest, June 1995 It's not plagiarism - I'm recycling words, as any good environmentally conscious writer would do. ~Uniek Swain As I was walking up the stair, We have met the enemy and they are us! ~Walt Kelly, Pogo, 1971 We shall not cease from exploration I believe if I should die, and you were to walk near my grave, from the very depths of the earth I would hear your footsteps. ~Benito Perez Galdos You are sad because they abandon you and you have not fallen. ~Antonio Porchia, Voces, 1943 PLEASE READ WHAT'S UNDER THIS!! I am the girl kicked out of her home because I confided in my mother that I am a lesbian. Re-post this if you believe homophobia is wrong. Please do your part to end it and you don't have to be gay to do so. I'm not, but I will stand up against anyone who has a problem with homosexuality. | |||||||||||
