Author has written 13 stories for Death Note, Durarara!!/デュラララ!!, and X-Men: The Movie. Hello, all! I thought I use this space to rant about why I'm here: I like Fanfiction.net because it is a fun site where fantasy runs wild. I like reading here, because the work is much more genuine and ingenuous than what comes out on the book market. I can even say that many authors of fan fiction produce work, which has no less literary value than that of most books that come out nowadays. I also like the idea of knowing what goes on in other people's heads, and what is their reactions to works of popular culture are. I vent through writing. That's it.
People who know me, have never read my writing. I am sometimes embarassed to read my own stories, especially the older ones. I first came to FF.net about 8 years ago! Back then, I gave a shot of writing some Interview with the Vampire fanfiction, but it got deleted as the rest of it. Probably for the best... I still have the stories printed out, because back then we used printers, and I was young and silly enough to print my writing and put it in the cupboard in my room... But I don't have the balls to read them, because I think I might be shocked. I am not that old, but I am probably older than you :P I am definitely a girl, and I am quite sure that you are too. Sometimes I think my mom wouldn't mind reading my writing and might even like it, but I would NEVER let her get a hold of it. Sometimes I think that I should probably stop writing DN fanfiction and move on to something else, but I don't feel like it. Seems like I'm stuck in this fandom. Nothing else has kept my attention for long enough to allow me to finish a story :S I have some other accounts too: LiveJournal – I'm new to that sh*t but I think I'm starting to love it.
