Author has written 71 stories for X-Files, CSI: New York, Gilmore Girls, ER, and Bones. I hate when I have to write about myself. Because I have lived with myself for 23 years and can't think of anything even remotely worth recording. So here's what I can think of off the top of my head. My name is Rachel. I wish it wasn't. I have always wanted my name to be Summer, even though I don't like that name too much. My mom wanted to name me Autumn Laurel or Laurel Autumn, but apparently she grew out of that... I resent her for it, especially since I ended up being Rachel Diana. Ug. I am older than the average fanfic writer, which makes me feel pathetic mostly, especially since I have been doing this for about 10 years now. It's sad, really. But at the same time, a hobby is a hobby, and if men can still put together model cars when they are 60, dagnabbit, I can write fanfic at 23. My only sibling is a brother, Alex. I love him to death. Especially late at night when we're watching TV and talking in really bad German accents and dubbing farting noises over intense scenes of dialogue and laughing so hard I am literally rolling on the floor. I never said I was mature. I do not have blood nieces or nephews, but my best friend lets me borrow her son and/or daughter for that purpose. I love being an Auntie and hearing "Bachel! Love ooo." I love those kids more than I can even fathom. They are everything to me. I sometimes want to cry from missing them, even when I just saw them 3 days before. Landon and Emmalia are the best things in my life. I could talk about the feeling I get when Landon reaches up and wants me to hold him or snuggle him to sleep. I could talk about how Emma and I have staring contests and I could lose myself in her little eyes, and how I could smell her baby smell all day. I could talk about them forever and ever, but I won't bore you with that. I write more than fanfic. I write grocery lists, mean notes to my parents about not doing the dishes, e-mails, and oh yeah... I have a novel in the works. Haven't looked at it in over a year. Apparently once I get to writing about myself, it's not that hard. To Jess, my sis and the one who gave me this fanfic writing disease 10 years ago: Purple, Green, Snow, I have the BEST idea, and all those other things that have kept us freakishly linked over the years. I love you, you're the best, and someday we will be rich enough to sit around and write all day and maybe we'll face the right direction and watch the sun come up. S.O.D.A. Julia and Brittney are the best fake daughters ever. I love seeing "MOOOOOMMMM!" on my computer or my phone. You girls rock and seriously, someday you're coming here. I swear. Favorite family ever.
