Author has written 8 stories for Phantom of the Opera, and Mummy.

When we are writing, or painting, or composing, we are, during the time of creativity, freed from normal restrictions, and are opened to a wider world, where colors are brighter, sounds clearer, and people more wondrously complex than we normally realize. - Madeleine L'Engle

There isn't much to say about me. I'm nineteen, homeschooled-soon-to-start-college, a Mormon, an American, a Texan, an Army brat and a Republican. I've been writing since I was twelve, but sadly I haven't improved much.

Like most people here, I want to be a writer. In all honesty, though, I despise writing. I hate it with a fiery passion. Having to sit in front of my computer and tap on the keyboard for hours, looking for the right word or how to bring something to life in my plot...I HATE IT. But I love storytelling. And since I'm not actually good at telling stories verbally, I turned to writing. I can't help but write anymore...I hate it, but I have to write. I've discovered that a lot of writers feel this way.

In order to really know who I am, you'll have to talk to me. I don't mind talking to anyone at all about just about anything. You can talk to me just because you're bored to tears and have nothing better to do - I don't mind!

ABOUT MY STORIES:

First of all, if you've somehow come to my profile without reading any of my stories but you're interested in checking one or two out, I suggest Strange World for Raoul fans, Insanity for Raoul-bashers, The Maiden for mythology lovers and Isis for Mummy fans.

My stories/writing plans:

Isis (a Mummy fic) is about Alex and his friend Paige accidentally raising Imhotep back from the dead...and they are very confused when he seems to know Paige. Imhotep/OC, Alex/OC...among many others! Will become a trilogy!

Insanity (A Phantom fic) is set in an alternate universe where fictional characters all live together. Erik tries to figure out why, exactly, everyone seems to love him. Erik/Christine, Raoul/Christine.

A Comparison (a Phantom fic) will be eventually be re-written. It's a comparison - One situation, seem from a Erik/Christine and a Raoul/Christine point of view.

The Singer, the Witch and the Wardrobe (A Narnia/Phantom of the Opera crossover) will have the title change and be re-written, in about a year. Erik/Meg, Raoul/Christine

Canary (A Phantom fic) will eventually have the plot combined with my friend's story, Little Innocent (find her as DangerousGame), sometime this year. Title subject to change. Erik/OC

Blood Roses (A Harry Potter fic) will be replaced by Glass Slippers and Pomegranate Seeds...whenever my muse forces me to work on it. Tom/Ginny

Seething Shadows, Breathing Lies (a Phantom fic) will be written sometime after Canary. It's the story every Phantom fanfic writer seems to write at some point - if Christine had stayed with Erik, only a little more...realistic, I think, then most stories of that sort. Leroux-based. Title subject to change. Erik/Christine

Empress (a Phantom fic) will be written fairly soon. Long after Madame Giry is dead, Meg and the Phantom meet again, and she reminds him of his promise. Leroux-based. Erik/Meg?

Raoul's Girl (a Phantom fic) will be written when I find the time, probably next year. It's inspired by the song 'Jessie's Girl' by Rick Springfield. If you know the song, then you might be able to guess what the story's about! Erik and Raoul are friends, and when Raoul begins seeing a certain chorus girl, Erik becomes increasingly jealous...Raoul/Christine, Erik/Christine. Title subject to change.

I also want to write a Labyrinth fanfiction, I just don't know what about yet!

UPDATE: I also managed to talk to some of my old ff.net friends and over the next few years I will be rewriting and completing some of their stories (I got addicted and they never finished, so I feel the need to have some kind of closure!):

"The Melody Within" by PhantomessAbigail will be rewritten and completed, with some input from Abby. (Phantom of the Opera)

"Concrete Angel, Daddy's Hands" by PhantomessAbigail will be rewritten as "Daddy's Hands", with some input from Abby. (Phantom of the Opera)

"Dreams of Roses" by DangerousGame will be rewritten and completed as "Dream Come True", with some assistance from Ruby. (Phantom of the Opera)

"Pinpricks of Light" by BloodBlackRose will be rewritten and completed as "The Invasion", with no assistance or input from Michael because he sucks. But I have the plot outline, at least. (Phantom of the Opera/Animorphs crossover)

Keep in mind I'll get to these stories over the next few YEARS. I have enough of my own stories to write before I get to those.

"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive." - Howard Thurman
