So, I started writing and posting a new story, "Unluckiest Days and Numbers" toward the end of summer. I was excited about the story, excited to be writing again. And, I made lots of promises about posting that I fully intended to keep. Then, something rather unexpected and health-related happened which threw a wrench into my plans for the store--and more importantly, my life. I don't want to get too much into it, because I'm not dying and there are people out there with FAR worse medical issues than my own. But, I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease that has proven rather difficult to treat, and said treatment has kind of taken over every aspect of my life and free time the beginning of August--when I was first diagnosed and spent a week in the hospital.

At this point, I'm not going to take "Unluckiest of Days and Numbers" down, but the truth is I barely have the time or the energy at the moment to do anything but work, deal with the treatment, and sleep. I have definitely gone back on my word when it comes to some sort of posting schedule, and at this time, I can't make any sort of estimate as to when I will be able to write and post future chapters.

Honestly, I never wanted to be one of those authors who abandons a story or who takes months and months to update, and I hope anyone who might read this can care and understand why I'm being a writing flake right now. Thanks. :)
