| Blue Bongo |
Author has written 22 stories for Pokemon, Mission: Impossible, Family Guy, Battle Royale, American Dad, Torchwood, Angel, Smallville, and Supernatural. The Blue Bongo's profile. Name. I forgot. Hint Hint, it's the name of one of the characters in one of my fics. If you want to know which one, then I forgot that as well. Actually, it's now in two fics. The name is the same, but the personality is completely different. Age. Voting age in England. Actually, I got older since I wrote that so it's one year over voting age in England. Gender. You have a 50-50 chance of guessing it, but it's the one with the letters M-A-L-E, in it. Famous quote by me. After what happens today, tomorrow is always going to be an anti climax. I have always enjoyed writing. Any type of writing will do. Except writing obituaries. I'd have to be like the priest on American Dad, and do it off information on their drivers licence, which isn't great for their memory. Someone died, and I'm trying to make money out of it. That don't seem right. Then again what do I know, It's an expensive world out there, and there is a book in the bible called the book of profits, so what can you do. Although, the priest in American Dad always seemed like such a balanced guy, so following his ideals wouldn't be a bad idea. It'd be better than following the idea's of Stan, who I'm sure was based on my step dad, who is also an arrogant, xenophobic homophobe. Still, Stan is an awesome character who should be given iconic status for his unshaking belief that everything he does is right. Although why I am concerning myself with it is unknown, even to me. I don't have a job writing obituaries, and I probably never will, as the odds of it happening are very slim to non existent. Favourite TV shows. Family Guy, American Dad, Smallville, Bones, Futurama, Supernatural. Favourite books. Cheap ones. By this, I mean books that I found for a cheap price. Not something I got free in the post. I like Clive Cussler novels, and the Da Vinci Code is awesome. Favourite sports. Football/Soccer. Chelsea fan- 1996-present. Also support the England national team, even though I've long given up hope of them winning anything. Favourite games of all time. LOZ, Ocarina of Time- the greatest game ever. Pokemon, any version- brilliant set of games. Resident Evil 4, it's awesome. Pro Evo series, wow. Rest In Piece, Step Dad. Always in my thoughts, missing you more. You were like the Dad I never had. It's ironic, you survived through Northern Island and defeated cancer, but pneumonia got you. Pneumonia is a killer. Be aware of it. Me and Pokemon. What a long story. Started liking it with Red and Blue all those years ago, then went on to Gold and Silver, which were far and away the best games of their time on the GBC. Actually, not just on GBC, but anywhere. Then I had a few years away from it, until I got a GBA and got Sapphire free with it. I sort of got back into it then for a while, but faded for about six months or so until I decided to get a DS. Then, same story, I got Diamond free with that. have been playing it for about 95 hours at last count, with such powerful Pokemon as Empoleon, Dragonite, Garchomp, Luxray, Toxicroak, Staraptor, Charizard, Blaziken, Metagross, Lopunny, Honchkrow and Lucario. Still working on the Pokedex though. Had seen about 365 creatures at the last count. Also got Pearl a while ago, and playing through that. Started with Chimchar on that one, but I really didn't like the fire type starters in Hoenn and Sinnoh, due to the fact they become fighting types, which gives them a huge disadvantage against Psychic Pokemon. That said, one of my favourite Pokemon is Toxicroak, who has an incredible weakness to Psychic Pokemon. My favourite Pokemon in no particular order. Dragonite, Electabuzz, Umbreon, Deoxys, Snorlax, Poliwrath, Tyranitar, Aerodactyl, Gengar. The song I wrote and featured in Rise To The Top. It's called Light Of My Life, and was first featured in chapter 25, which had the same name. It also featured again in Day Of The Blaze, Part Two. If you want to use it, make sure you ask first, and I might let you. "I've missed you You don't know How much I love you When the lights go out All I want to do Is grab your hand And hope you'll see I'm the light of your life." "Wandering around In the dark If only you could see How much you mean to me." "Come and release me You're all I need To set me free When the lights go out all I want to do Is grab your hand and hope that you'll see I'm the light of your life." "The darkness has consumed you Come to me And I will help you see I'm the light of your life The light of your life." A bit about my work. Nothing Is Impossible. The first fic I ever wrote. I thought that it would be awesome having Ethan Hunt and Clark Kent in the same story. Over 2000 hits on Number one alone suggests I was right. This is basically a continuation of the episode "Combat" with extended scenes, a second battle with Titan, and the inclusion of Ethan Hunt and Luther Strickell from the Mission Impossible movies. Nothing Is Impossible 2. Always intended to be a two parter with the third one, but hasn't been as well recieved as the first one, despite my personal opinion that it is actually a better written fic. Pretty much picks up where the first one left off. For plot details, read the summary, but it's safe to say classic Superman badguy, Metallo, makes an appearance as the main villain of the story. Nothing Is Impossible 3 has been a major flop so far, but then again I have had the writers block with it, and only recently put up the latest chapter. It is hugely complicated, but it is building up to a massive conclusion. Features Kara, Brainiac, Green Arrow, as well as some surprise additions. It is worth reading, so don't hesistate. Despite the slow rate of putting chapters up, it is still continued. Nightmare On Spooner Street.Family Guy meets Nightmare On Elm Street. Old man Herbet is burned alive by four drunken idiots and Death gives him the chance to live in peoples dreams. Many people get killed, as a consequence. Considering a sequel called Herbet vs Chicken, in the mould of Freddy Vs Jason. Some of the flashbacks that Family Guy are famed for doing aren't the greatest, but the plot and writing is solid enough. The Kettlethorpe Royale. Kettlethorpe is a very real place. I do not own the rights to Kettlethorpe, or any of the "Mostly fictional" Characters in the fic, as they are all based on real people. It is basically Battle Royale, but set in Britain. Fifty pupils from Kettlethorpe High School get told to kill each other, so they can be used as proof of the governments superiority. Well, Gordon Brown has to do something drastic, the way it's going. Paul's Journey. Lot's of people think the guy is a mild asshole. I really thought it would be interesting to do his story. After all, he might not be a traditional villain, but who doesn't love an anti- hero in this mould. Thinking of doing a similar one with Richie, but need to finish with some of the other fics first, before it gets done. Part two of my original story trilogy. Takes place in conjunction with Ash's journey. Paul traveld through Kanto, Hoenn and Johto, while being hounded by an enthusiastic, cheerful kid from Pallet Town, and Elektra. A bit of info about what Paul catches. Pokemon he has: Grotle. Evolved from Turtwig when battling a powerful Rhyhorn. Has been used in the Vermillion and Saffron gym battles so far since evolving, but will have a huge part to play in Pauls career as a trainer. Was used in the Pewter and Cerulean gyms while a Turtwig. It was Paul's first Pokemon. Skunktank. Evolved from Stunky in the Cerulean gym battle, after nearly drowning in the pool. Paul also used it in the Vermillion, Saffron and both Celadon gym battles. Seems to be a powerful fighter, even if Paul often gets upset with the lack of effort. Caught it as a Stunky in Cannalave City. Scyther. Paul caught it in the Viridian Forest. He then used it against Flint in the Pewter Gym. Scyther has often shown to be a powerhouse of Pauls team in Kanto. Has also featured in the first Celadon gym battle. Golbat. Caught in Mount Moon. Has been used in the Cerulean and Celadon gym battles. Rhydon. Paul caught it as a Rhyhorn near Cerulean City. The other powerhouse in his armory. Has featured in the Vermillion gym battle, as well as the second Celadon gym battle. It evolved into Rhydon shortly before the Fuchsia gym battle. Machoke. Paul caught it to make up the numbers before the Kanto Cup, where it performed admirably. Currently with his brother. Magby. Paul caught Magby on the cycling road when he was being chased by bikers. It defended him, and Paul decided to keep it for the moment. Pokemon he used to own: Pidgey. The first Pokemon he caught in Kanto, but released it quickly afterwards. Arcanine. Paul caught it outside Celadon City, but she refused to obey him, prefering to try and look after her pups. Paul eventually released her, when she let him down in the first Celadon gym battle. Also appeared in the second Celadon battle, on Erica's team. Seal Of Approval. Is completely different to what you would expect. It features Elektra, my OC from both Paul's Journey. It follows her journey around Hoenn, and the difficulty she has in overcoming the reputation of her family. Takes place a year before the series started in Hoenn, so no Team Aqua or Magma causing trouble. Holly And Mistletoe. I wrote this on Christmas Eve. A bit of fluff involving Steven Stone and Elektra Drake, who are trapped in a snowstorm. Rise To The Top. The cream of the crop. 100 Pokemon trainers, and one tournament. Who will win? Soon to have a sequel. Has several powerful trainers and a talking Gengar. Also features evil villains named the Coppingers. Will probably have a sequel when I finish it. Contains lots of battling, lots of shipping and a few flashbacks. And a hell of a lot of OC's. Some of the shippings involved in Rise To The Top. AshxMay. (Advanceshipping) The Verger Chronicles. You know that sequel I mentioned a few lines ago? Voila. Takes place in the Verger region. Stan's Last Mission. I wanted to write an American Dad fic. I wanted to do something different. So we have Stan's last mission for the CIA. 20 years after the series, Bullock has become president, and asks the former agent to help stop a demented cult from taking over the world. The Longinus Directive. The second sequel. Has the Verger Battle Frontier, plus some other strange stuff. But, it's good... | |||||||
