Alert: Oct/09: I have deleted Blaise Zabini Must Die. Reasons: I have looked at it, and realised the writing is simply not up to par and the plot is much too close to the movie. Also, there are many timeline mistakes and such, and so I am bringing it to an end. I do not have the time, nor the ambition, to edit this and so it is likely it will be re-submitted to FF. Although, it is saved on my computer in case. You know the saying how the saying goes; never say never!

1/11/09: Woo! November :D Except, now I've to study and write NaNoWriMo so no updates for fanfiction.net!! Fun, right? But the latest chapter of FH was 14 pages when I stopped, so it will be a really long chapter come December ;) Although, if I'm feeling HP-ish, I'll finish the chapter sometime in between writing my own novel.

Music: I generally like all music, but I'll try my best and narrow it down: The Killers, Beyonce, James Morrison, Kelly Clarkson, Billy Joel, Blondie, Paramore, Coldplay, The Script, Coronas, Lily Allen and Keane! I do like most music from all eras, but to be perfectly honest, it's more mainstream. I mean, I love pop, rock, R&B, ballads; everything, but they're mostly mainstream. Or at least I think they are :P Saw Beyonce in concert -- amazing! That girl can sing and dance like nobody, seriously! Also saw The Script and Lily Allen at Oxegen and they were amazing. Hoping to get tickets to James Morrison for December xP wish me luck ;) haha

About me section that became a rant: Where am I supposed to start here? Hmm. Appearance? Well, I guess I’ll start with light brown hair -- and my hair is really long. Well, not really, but to the small of my back. Past my elbows anyway. I have brown eyes with flecks of yellow that are quite boring in my opinion when my brother got bright blue eyes-- that’s not fair at all. I’m about two inches from six foot, so yeah, I’m tall. I often surround myself with tall people for this reason xP haha.
I’m fiercely competitive. Seriously, it’s unhealthy. I also adore a good argument or debate, so much that my parents often claim I “Argue for the sake of arguing” pfft. I just like a good, ‘aul argue every now and then… god, I sound like such an immature teen there, but I’m not. I just--just like getting my point across. Give me a topic and I'll run with it. I usually don’t back down and can very rarely admit I’m wrong, but I’m starting to get there. Wow, I’m coming across as a horrible person.. Better start putting in some nice stuff.. I am a strong advocator of human right and especially womens rights. I hate with a passion religions that oppress women and make them less than dirt, not even second class citizens, I dislike governments that regulate what people say and do, I despise dictatorship and communism -- although, I suppose there’s not many that like it -- and hate animal poaching and abuse, too. I will rant for years about anything above. Especially women’s rights -- especially womens rights in certain religions and counties. God, don't get me started on some countries in the middle-east. Not to offend anyone :P I also hate when people generalise a characteristic to everyone and such. When Stephen Gately died, everyone automatically said drugs. His poor family. ..Again, I despise labels and stereotypes. I wear clothes that are supposedly ‘rocker’ and ‘preppy’ and ‘D4’ and ‘mainstream’ so which am I? I listen to music that is rock, oldies, mainstream, R&B, and nearly every genre, so which label to I fit into? I think I’ll leave it there…
I have a strong dislike for ignorant people and discriminative people. I don’t like racism, sexism, homophobia, ageism, and any other discriminations because there’s tons more. I will seriously verbally attack you if you make one sexist, racist of homophobic comment. I will. I feel strongly about that sort of things and can get easily irked by them. Especially gay marriage and sexism..
I’m not a very religious person, and can easily get in a fight about any religion with anyone. Yup. And feck, I’m still not coming across well. Hmm. Well, I’m a friendly and really talkative person, as you can probably tell. I’m frequently told I talk too much and told to shut up by my teachers -- only one, and she does it jokingly. Others just tell me to be quiet. XP I am very social and mix easily with others, but I can be shy if I know absolutely no one. If there’s at least one person I know though I can talk for Ireland. I love to play Gaelic football and basketball, I adore music as I adore life -- wow, that sounded quite philosophical haha -- I also love to sing and hope by now I’m at least a little good at it ;) But honestly, people, you haven’t lived till you’ve played a game of Gaelic Football ;) Well, perhaps not lived, but you should all go to Croke Park and watch a match. You’ll be hooked. I absolutely adore the game -- playing and watching, and there will never be a better sport in my eyes! Now, on with the tour..
Of course I love writing, as if you even need to ask. I’m writing my first novel -- or at least attempting -- this November for NaNoWrImO. And no, I do not know which letters are supposed to be capitals and which aren’t so I just did every second letter. I’ve quite a dry, sarcastic and biting humour but it doesn’t really come across in my writing, thankfully. It can sometimes offend people. I have a strange fanatic with France, and absolutely adore the country. I am studying French in school, and I just love the language, people, laws and jus everything about and in the place. I’m going to live there someday. Anyone who knows me knows about me and France, seriously xP
I do not like Twilight that much, so there’s not much point asking me about it. I’ve read all the books but was less than impressed.
One of the most important things when you’re talking to me is not to call me British. If I made a top ten list of ways to offend Irish people, that would be number one. Do not make the stupid and completely ignorant mistake of calling me British as I will make you feel one foot tall. I’m not joking. I'm very patriotic.
And there I go making myself seem like a bitch again. I’m not very good at this. Well, I guess you’ll have to take my word for it when I say I’m not as bad as I seem. :D

Harry/Hermione: JK Quote: Just because someone had a view on Harry/Hermione didn’t mean they weren’t genuine, or that they were necessarily misguided...Now the fact is that Hermione shares moments with Harry that Ron will never be able to participate in. He walked out. She shared something very intense with Harry.

So I think it could have gone that way.

I'm a steadfast fan of Harry/Hermione when it comes to canon and the books -- even though it didn't happen. I really hate that epilogue. Regardless of the pairs, I still think the epilogue was bad. JK'sa great writer, far better than I could ever amount to, but I was not happy with the epilogue -- anyway, I am a Harry/Hermione supporter when it comes to the books. Yes, I also ship Dramione, but that's Fanfiction. It's not a reality for the books, but it is for Fanfiction. I love the pairing of Draco/Hermione, seeing what people can twist and how they can pull those two together. And, lets be honest, Tom Felton is not bad at all -- who portrays Draco. However, it only applies to Fanfiction. In the books? I'm a number 1 Harry/Hermione and have been since I was about eight.

Anyway, just thought I'd clear my pairings up! More info below :)

Draco/Hermione – My ultimate pairing. I was Harmony throughout the books, but when I found fanfiction, I stumbled on to Hermione/Draco and fell in love with the ship. I really think that if Harry Potter was not based on.. .well, er.. Harry Potter and it was circled around romance, then Dramione could've happened. JK's not a romance writer though, I think we all know that.

Harry/Hermione-- I think they relate much better than Ron/Hermione. Harry is deserved of Hermione, too, whereas Ron is not. They have their arguments, but at the end of the day, they're always there for each other. There are way too many hints throughout the book anyway, and I was so annoyed when it ended as Ron/Hermione. (Don't even get me started on that epilogue, by the way.) I could go on all day about how these two are better suited, but I would rile you!lol If you'd like to talk about it, just PM me ;) I've supported this ship since I was about 8!
I also think it's extremely unneccesary and rude to call H/Hr shippers "delusional". It's immature, childish and insulting. I have to agree though, our delusion is stronger than your canon.

Harry/Ginny -- I don't understand this ship at all. I've no problem with Ginny, and I like the character, but I don't see this ship. I don't see the "soulmate" element that is supposedly there. Ginny was never a big character until the sixth book, with few appearances before that, and it seemed to me that JK rather forced them together. They're the ultimate clichè, too, which doesn't bother me, but it does when people say H/Hr are when they support H/G. Fair enough, some people like the fairytale element to H/G, but life isn't a fairytale, is it?
It's only on Hermione's advice that Ginny even got Harry's attention anyway.
Harry is seen as a hero to Ginny, a knight in shining armour. You can see that throughout the books. She was a fangirl.

As I've said, she's barely in the books until the sixth one. Which was an utter sham, in my opinion. JK is a far better writer than I'll ever amount to, but it was awful for me. The characters were completely OOC, and that could be reckoned as hormones, but please. It was unreal. If someone wrote the characters like that on FF they'd be hounded for it!
Once together anyway, Ginny is seen as Harry's chance of normalcy. They talk of nothing of real substance and Harry still goes to Hermione. I'll read Harry/Ginny, but not as a main pairing. I find Ron/Hermione far more believable , even though I do not like that ship either, but if JK had at least made Harry and Ginny friends ... Oh, forget it. I'm just going to keep going!

Ginny also became a major Mary-Sue in book sixth. All the boys love her, she's ultra popular, she's so gorgeous even prejudiced and stuck-up purebloods admit it, she's brilliant at Quidditch, an extraordinary witch that Slughorn finds so talented, everyone should be afraid, she's also oh-so-funny. Now, tell me what part of that isn't a Mary-Sue?

JK should've shown that sometimes, just sometimes, the hero doesn't go for the pretty, perfect girl.

Ron/Hermione-- It makes more sense than Ginny/Harry, but that isn't saying much. I like both characters, so I've no problem writing a one-shot or two about them, but I don't honestly think they would work long-term. They argue too much, and do not tell me that's 'passion', they insult each other at any oppurtunity and are always trying to hurt each other. Don't even mention opposites attract, because in regards to personality, Hermione and Ron have a lot of the same characteristics. Hermione and Harry are more opposites, while still getting along. They would have a much more mature, working relationship that I think would work far better. But, hey, that's just my opinion.

The idea of one, big, happy Weasley family freaks me out, too. I've nothing against R/Hr shippers though, and I'm sure there's some great fics about them out there.

Shippers also say, "Did you notice you can't spell Hermione without Ron?" ... WHAT? I'm sorry, does that mean they're meant to be together? Besides, his name is Ronald. And H/HR have the same initials, including surname if they married, but you can't use that point. It's moot. You can't argue a relationship through the spelling of a name. Anyhoo, Hermione doesn't believe in divination stuff.

Besides, regardless of my and hundreds of others opinion, they're canon.

Projects I'm Working On, kind of.
Just some fics I've a few chapters done, but nothing serious. I'm thinking of starting them officially after I have my current WIP fics finished. I am so looking forward to that day!

Breathe -- A Cedric/OC fic. These seem to be popular these days, so I've decided to try it. Without a Mary-Sue, of course. Many of them are Mary-Sue's. It's interesting to work with Cedric though, he's a flexible character and is not problematic like Draco. Summary: (I've no definite summary, but it would be something like this.) When Blaise Zabini's cousin transferrs, she doesn't know what to expect in Hogwarts. The Hufflepuff QuidditchCaptain withdark hair and brooding eyes quickly enraptures her though, even if she swore she would not date any boys this year. Throw in Death Eaters, Blaise Zabini, Draco Malfoy, a TriWizard Tournament and her two new best friends and you've got a mixture for chaos. And one hell of a year.
You and Me-- Nathan/Brooke-- I'm undecided as to whether I'll make it a romance or friendship fic, but it's basically them through the years. They've been friends since childhood, or at least they have in my story. Told in letter format, no dialogue. Summary: A relationship through letters, a lifetime told through words. Nathan Scott and Brooke Davis, who knew?
I'll Be There-- Various pairings, friendship fic. If there had been a pre-school Hogwarts, beginning at five years old. How things might have been if there had been such a thing. -- DM/BZ/PP/HG/HP/RW. FRIENDSHIPS.
If You Don't Wanna' Love Me--Harry/Hermione-- Canon compliant, even that horrible epilogue. It wasn't plain sailing through those nineteen years, and no one knows that better than Harry and Hermione.
This Train Don't Stop There Anymore-- Draco/Hermione-- Canon compliant. Draco's framed for a crime he didn't do, and hires the only lawyer who believes he's innocent. Hermione Granger.
Take Me Back-- Sirius/Hermione, no age difference, time travel -- Someone is interfering with time, and damaging Harry in the process. Hermione is sent back to find out who, but when she meets the charming Sirius Black, finds herself interfering as well.
Untitled --Blaise/OC fic. May be somewhat related to The Founders Heirs. I haven't decided yet.
Untitled--Serverus/OC.
Untitled -- What if Luna had taken her head down from the clouds in sixth year and observed what was around her? The dreamy blonde decides it's time to intervene; things are getting too strange, even for her. Draco/Luna, Harry/Hermione, Ron/OC.
Untitled: Six months... they were giving her six months to live. It seemed so unfair that she had survived the war to have cancer thrown in her face.

After my WIP fics are finished, I will post the first chapter of all of these fics in one story and take a vote to see which one to continue. You'll have a choice in what you want me to write next. :)

My Fanfiction Goals!!

--Finish 'The Founder's Heirs' with over 500 reviews. (That would be.. wow! I'm still one of those people that squeal when they get 1 review xD)
--Write a chaptered fic that does not go over 5 chapters.
--Finish reading notwolf's epic I,Too, Shall Follow.
--Get nominated for an award. Any award, A Quibbler Award, Dramione Award or any other Awards that are out there xD lol... Anyway, this is my ultimate goal.
--Dramione one-shot.
--Fix glitches in all of my fics. :)

I think that's enough for now, but I really want to accomplish all of those!! No matter how minuscule some of them are...
