Author has written 19 stories for Sailor Moon, South Park, Charmed, and Gundam Wing/AC. I'm a PhD student with a creative side. Right now, I'm interested in writing Sailor Moon fan fiction. However, I may branch into Charmed and even Mercedes Lackey. A couple of notes about my Sailor Moon interests and writings: My fiction will take place in a completely alternate world. This is not because I don't like Japan, but because I feel like I do not know enough about Japanese culture to play around with it. As I've said many times, its one thing to screw around with my own culture, and another thing entirely to do so with someone else's. I'll still refer to "Crystal Tokyo," so as not to alter the Sail Moon-verse too much. I have now read the Manga! I love the Shitennou and am particularly interested in exploring the Ami/Zoisite relationship. (And yes, I realize that picture is not canon, but I'm going to go with it!). The stories I'm currently working: The Final Enemy Is Within - I've got a wonderful Beta reader for this now! StormyChef is proofing my chapters for me. She's finished proofing what had been up, and I'll update those chapters soon. A Twist - I'm trying to decide where to go from here. The story may be finished as it is, and if so I'm sure I'll write a sequel to it, as it's definitely caught my imagination. Fanfiction Challenge - Written for the sm_monthly community at LJ. This is where I'm focusing right now so that I can finish it in January or close to. A note - Even though A Twist is exploring Zoisite as a female, this is not based on the dub presentation or even the anime at all. Now that I've read the manga, I've fallen in love with it (and tend to prefer it). This is a personal exploration for me. A Second Note: I do not ship Rei/Minako. I do not have a problem with them being shipped, but it's not a ship that I'm convinced by. And yes, I realize that that might seem hypocritical since I can occasionally get on the Ami/Makoto ship. Damn the Consequences was written for a Secret Santa exchange. It is not a story that I will be continuing. I'm very glad that people have enjoyed this story (especially since, as far as I can tell, the intended recipient never received it...), but it's not a story I have any interest in continuing.
