Wow. It's been such a long time since I've written anything. I've been super busy with theatre and homework as well as writing a story that isn't a fanfic unfortunately, so I can't publish it here. :( Anyway, I'm hoping that things settle down eventually so I can get back to writing fanfics that I love and deeply enjoy writing. And I do have an account on FictionPress.net with the same penname.

As a little side note, I'm in college. I've got lots of schoolwork and extra curricular activities, so I'll usually only have time to post on the weekends, but I will post chapters and stories asap.

A few people have asked me about my name; it doesn't refer to the city of Phoenix. A phoenix just happens to be one of my favorite mythological creatures. :)

11/29/2009~Oh my GOODNESS! I feel like I haven't been on this cite in forever, and I feel HORRIBLE for pausing The Princess, the Apple, and the Horn. How did things get so BUSY?? Anyway, I have two weeks of school, then exam week then I get Christmas Break. WOO! Hopefully I'll get to start writing on that again soon. I got two other stories in the making at the moment but unfortunately they aren't fanfictions so I can't post them here. You can check out one of them however at fictionpress. Penname is the same and the story is called The Witch Doctor. Anyway, I hope I get to finish PAH because I really enjoyed Electra and had so much support from the readers. Thanks so much everyone!

Special Update~5/20/2009

I recently recieved a review from someone (they shall not be named) that I found most interesting. It was posted under The Princess, the Apple, and the Horn and read:

"The original had about as many reviews as chapters. (Hint indicates lack of interest.) So why exactly are you writing a sequel? The same three people were leaving reviews! And sequels are always less popular than the original. Most of us are really annoyed by your writing - stop clogging up the front page with this garbage!"

First, to the person that left that review, I would like to thank them. It was a nice reminder that not everyone likes my work. The same goes with every work ever written: there are some fans and then there are those who don't like it at all, even the popular stuff like Twilight or Harry Potter.

Secondly, as much as I love reviews, they don't determine whether I write or not. I consider reviews the perk of being a part of Fanfiction.net and I think its great that some people wish to express their feelings on my story, whether they give multiple reviews or not. I chose to write the sequel and post it because that is how the story goes as I have written it and want to write it. It doesn't matter to me if sequels are usually less popular or not.

My story is only one of hundreds of thousands put on this site, and I post my writing not solely because I want reviewers, but because there're might be one person in a million who actually wants to read it. This fanfiction site is for anyone who wishes to post anything they've written fanbased-wise, not for simply for the best of the best. Everyone has something good to say or write about and though most people who come to this site might not like it, there are always the few who do, and those few are what make writers keep going and make everything worth it.

A/N: Unless indicated, as in the Doctor Who/Emily series, none of the fan fictions I write are connected in any way, so do not expect the same characters to appear in multiple or previous fan fictions.

Electra of the Lone Islands~Electra, a pirate of the Lone Islands, finds her life completely changed when she comes face to face with the Kings and Queens of Narnia four years after the fall of Jadis. On a side note, I'd like to put here that part of the ideas and outline for Electra of the Lone Islands came from a story my friend and I wrote about Narnia. This specific plotline is mine, however.

Non related to series-

His Letters~A Narnia fan fiction about Lucy in the fifth year of Narnia's Golden Years. One-shot. Lucy/OC Drama/Romance and some Tragedy. I also put a few breaks in His Letters so hopefully now it will be a bit easier to read.

Trust Me~A Narnia story. A three part story that deals with a young woman who gets a second chance at life because she learned to believe in Aslan. I got it finished early so I was able to post it! Some Peter/OC romance.
