November 12th- Long time, no me. So, the whole 'drabble-a-week' thing kinda died down as I became spread even thinner over the past weeks... But school was cancelled today, and it's cancelled tomorrow, and then it's the weekend, so I might try to get a chapter up. If not that, I'll at least post a drabble or two. 'Kay? :)

November 13th- Just posted a drabble called "Night to Forget." I already have another drabble written that I'll probably post tomorrow or Sunday. I'm still not sure if a chapter is going to happen this weekend...

Hello, literate person. My name's Skye Maxwell. Kind of.

I'm a Christian. I go to a great church in the city I've grown up in, and I play viola in the orchestra there, as well as at school. Yes, I have hobbies. No, I don't particularly care to list them here.

I currently have seven stories: 1. The Breaking Point, 2. A Wish to Heal Immortal Wounds, 3. Gravity-Defying Box of Metal Death, 4. All I Really Want, 5. Give a Little Bit, 6. Now I Know, and 7. Maximum Ride and the Deathly Crossovers.

All of these are all Maximum Ride fics. I also usually stick to reading Maximum Ride stories, but I haven't been doing too much fic-reading lately. I do find it hard to find the time and willpower to update regularly, but I will never just discontinue a story, unless I'm completely cut off from civilization, I have permanent memory loss, or I'm dead.

Spelling and grammar matter. If you find any mistake at all in my writing, I would appreciate if you would point it out to me, because I will go back and fix it. (Eventually.) I'm currently in the middle of editing The Breaking Point, fixing all errors I can find, including ones pointed out by my lovely reviewers. Wrong grammar is okay if it's intentional and still makes sense. Like fragments. I am a frequent fragment user, but I use them for emphasis. Like this. And this.

I will not read your story if it's outstandingly terrible in the spelling/grammar department, which includes your summary. If your summary looks like: thisstory is about teh flock gone 2 hawaiiiii!! lots of funny and OMG biggtime Faxness furrealz!! plz read! ;D ill luffs ya 4eva!!, I am definitely not clicking on it. No matter how much you try to lure me in with your "biggtime Faxness."

You know that cheesy message at the bottom of the window when you go to submit a review? Yeah, I believe that. If I read your story and am taking it seriously, there's a good chance you're getting a review. I am not afraid to make suggestions or criticize, but I am not cruel, and I usually try to be constructive. Please don't take offense to anything I say, because I will never try to flat out hurt you. I'm currently behind on reading the stories I have on my alerts, but hopefully I will catch up on them at some point. Oh, and so far I've been really stubborn about not favoriting a story until it's complete, no matter how good it is. I also am being more picky about which stories I favorite than I was when I first came on FanFiction, so if I favorite you, it's a big compliment.

If you review my story, it means a lot to me. Reviews give me a reason to keep writing and brighten my day. I LOVE suggestions, sensible questions, and constructive criticism. I may or may not respond to your review, depending on my mood and/or what you say, but I do tend to respond to a good number of the reviews I receive.
