Hey everyone! absolutely adore the Harry Potter series. I've been told that people who don't know my real name dubbed me "that Harry Potter" girl. Some would resent this, but I'm okay with it. Severus Snape is my favourite character of the series, and yes I spell 'favourite' the british way for some reason though that's the only one. He is by far the most complex character and I believe J.K Rowling could write an entire other series about him and his many layers. I've been lucky enough to have teachers that encourage my love of Harry Potter and rekindled my fondness for writing. I often don't pay too much attention to proper punctuation. I write how I hear it in my head and it's about time I learned the rules : ) Unfortunately, I had that class about a week ago and was absent. Anyways, we continue. My fanfics are usually only about Snape as I like to explore what he thought as the series progressed. Several months ago I wrote a short one-shot about Neville and if I get around to editing it, I will certainly publish it. Most of my writings tend to be the darker more, gloomy side. Happy fics are just too difficult to write while the darker ones tend to have more raw emotion.

It doesn't hurt to include that I love, love, love: Alan Rickman, Helena Bonham Carter, and Johnny Depp. One day I would like to meet Mr. Rickman, shake his hand, and tell him what a wonderful role model he is.

In addition to reading and writing I am an avid sports fan. I'm currently on my schools track team, cross country team, and a part of club figure skating. In the past I've played softball, hockey, and soccer.

Fanfic preferences: I am a complete sucker for hurt/comfort/angst fanfics. It breaks my heart to see Sevvie injured, but I love it when someone helps him. The same goes for Gregory House. Anyone who can recommend a good angst snape fic is my hero ; )
