Ack! It's been three months since I last updated Hylian Secrests! Since I updated at all! I'm so sorry! I suck! But fear not persistant readers (and anyone else who happens to read this) I will not give up! I am COMMITTED to finishing this story. As for when that will be... I don't know... Schools been pretty hectic lately and I really haven't been in the mood to write. But guess what! I actually worked a little bit on the new chapter today! YES! With any luck I should finish it soon. Favorite Zelda Characters

Link - He's just the best!
Midna - She's MIDNA! She has really awesome powers and a really well played personality. And her true form... wow that was a surprise!
Shad - Ha! A nerd in Zelda. I love it! I'm a nerd too! Shad talks kinda funny but he's really a cool guy. Have you seen his socks! lol!
Rusl - He's the fatherly, mentor type and also a great swordman. He's cool!
Zant - He was such a great villain! So cool and enigmatic! But then Nintendo had to go and put him in the looney bin and make Ganon the real villain! Lame!
Mikau - My favorite of the transformation masks. He talks really funny when you meet him and he can play guitar!
Shiek - Dispite the unoriginal name, Shiek is a really awesome character. His/her cryptic hints that acompany the harp playing and ninja appearance make him/her totally awesome. I just wish I knew if it was a guy or a girl...

Favorite Tales of Symphonia Characters

Lloyd - He can be kind of an idiot from time to time, which is funny, but he has a good head on his shoulders and a kind heart.
Zelos - Ah, the Idiot Chosen! If you can get past his freakyness and flirtyness you'll see he's really a good guy. He is the best comic relief ever!
Kratos - He is such an interesting character. He is plagued by a dark past the continues to haunt him. He is mysterious and enigmatic as well as wise and strong.
Emil - He's really a cute kid and it's funny to watch him talk to Marta, his story is one of the most intriguing and complicated I've ever seen.
Ratatosk - He was shrouded him mystery for most of the game. He is so tough and strong but also sort of arrogant but he's still awesome. His red eyes ROCK!
Richter - He is sooo cool, with his axe and sword and his awesome appearance. His personality is somewhat curt but almost fatherly in a way. And now I know you're staring at the screen like "Wha--?"

Stewy (Family Guy) - Heh, I love this kid! He's a baby that talks with a British accent and is constantly doing diabolical things and plotting world domination!
Obi-Wan (Star Wars) - My favorite Star Wars character. I don't really know why, he's just a cool guy.
Qui-Gon (Star Wars) - A wise mentor. It sucks that he only lasted one movie. I loved his character!
Saphira (Inheritance Cycle) - She's a bit sassy but also very wise which makes for a cool combination. Plus she's a dragon!! I think you should know I like dragons...
Brom (Inheritance Cycle) - Again another one movie/book-er. He didn't deserve to die! He was only like a few hundred years old! He was full of wisdom but funny.
Ashitaka (Princess Mononoke) - He has a strong sense of justice and can tell right from wrong. He's selfless and can get mad without loosing his temper. He's either emo or has a lot of patience.
Leander Hastings (The Heir Series) - He's really cool, powerful and wise, but also a bit... roguish. He actually reminds a lot of Kratos. Their backstories are so close it's scary...
Pit (Super Smash Brothers Brawl) - Ridiculous name but fun to play as. He's my favorite character in Brawl to play. His weapon is cool, bow/dual-sword/twin blades.
Talim (Soul Calibur II) - She's kinda pretty and really nice and she can kick BUTT! Her "elbow blades" are really cool and she is super stong! Especially when my friend and I do "Berserker Mode" aka Smash the Pretty Buttons and KILL!!

Mido (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time) - Dictator of the Kokiri! Die, dictator die!!
Ruto (The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time) - She's scary! I mean, get some clothes! Seriously!
Majora's Mask (The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask) - It's a slab of wood plotting world domination! Creepy...
Fado (The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess) - He talks like a hill billy and has a nose the size of Jupiter! I hope they invent plastic surgery soon)
Decus (Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New World) - He's just frickin' wierd! I mean, he wears this hidious cologne coughperfumecough has longish hair, wears fur, walks retardedly and moves like a dancer on drugs, and yet he's in love with ALICE. Dude, you make no sense.
Ivy (Soul Calibur Series) - C'mon, she talks like an intelegent person and you'd think she'd have some dignity but noooo, she has to dress like that! shudders
Rao (Okami) Okay seriously... I HATE you! Although it was pretty funny how Issun reacted to her. The little tiny hearts and all. .
Kvar: (Tales of Symphonia) OH MY GOD, HOW I HATE YOU! You-- you-- (explodes) I hate you so much that I love you! Wait-- what? What I mean to say is that he's like the perfect villain and I love to hate him! . He deserved SO much more screen time considering SPOILER He killed Lloyd's MOM! >_

Link and Midna - They were MADE for each other!
Emil and Marta - Their relationship was kinda funny to watch. I'm glad they ended up together. They make a cute couple
Lloyd and Colette - Gee, I'm original aren't I? Well, I just think they make the cutest couple ever, how Colette is always tripping over everything and Lloyd's always being an idiot!
Kratos and Raine - While I'll say it's not my favorite pairing ever I will say I think it's interesting. Even if they supposedly hate each other.
Kratos and Anna - But I have to say the perfect girl for Kratos is his dearly departed wife. I wish they actually included her more in the game, even if she is supposed to be dead.
Richter and Raine - Now has anyone ever though of this one? Both half elves, both very sciency, both like ancient ruins (even if one was forced to study them against his will) I think it could work. Maybe I should write a one-shot about it...
Oki and Ammy - This would actually be really cool
Ashitaka and San - They kinda complete each other. And they make a good team.

Disliked Pairings:

Renado and Telma - This is just wrong!! A spiritual healer with freakishly long hair and a fat bartender.
Link and Zelda - I don't hate this one. It's just the hero gets the princess is a little old and it probably wouldn't happen in Twilight Princess.
Tingle and anyone - Tingle's okay but he's just a little freakish... any middle-age guy walking around in a green leotard wishing he had a fairy isn't meant for anyone...
Zant and Midna - Now THAT would be creepy! shudders at the thought
Link and Ruto - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO- takes a breath -OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!
Genis and Presea - I know it's cute and all but I still can never get over the fact that Presea is technically about 16 years older than him! Yeah, she's just stuck looking like a child. If she wasn't she'd look about Kratos' age, who incidently isn't actually the age he looks either.
Richter and Emil/Aster - Come ON now! Richter and Emil ARE NOT GAY!! Your fine to do whatever you want but I am not a fan. I don't care if they're relationship can be described as "an awkward first highschool crush." They can not be together! It isn't right!

When the doctor came back, he had something to say.
"These could be cancer, we're just not sure.

My mom held me close, and I started to cry,
I said it wasn't fair, that you couldn't die.

But when none was found, my decision was made.

And as the tears rolled down, the side of my cheek,
