Author has written 32 stories for Final Fantasy VIII, Haunting Ground, Rule of Rose, Dragonlance, Claymore, and Final Fantasy VII. Okay. Info: I'm so fucking stoked about the new villainess from Final Fantasy XIII. Jihl. I've not seen a truly evil antagonist in the Final Fantasy series in a long, long time, so I'm excited. Like, really fucking excited. Let's see...what else? I curse. A lot. I hate my job, so I dwell in fanfic-land to remain sane during the seemingly eternal shifts chained to my desk. I'm still learning as I go, so whatever I post here is likely to be full of crazy grammar issues and shit like that. I slept through English in school, then did the same thing in college. I play with fanfics just because I'm often disappointed by how the stories of certain characters are treated by the original writers. And I'm gonna go ahead and warn ya: I'm a big Quistis Trepe fan. The very first time I played Final Fantasy VIII, I thought that she was the greatest character ever. What drives me fucking insane is the fact that her story was neglected by the writers. Over and over again, I see that intelligent women are fucked over in games, films, television series', etc. and it makes me want to scream. She was brainy without being boring, kind without being a pushover, feisty without being a bitch...and she was ignored. Grr. Other characters that I dig: Xena from her awesome tv show, Beatrix Kiddo from Kill Bill, Balalaika, Eda and Revy from Black Lagoon, Juri from Revolutionary Girl Utena, Rhett Butler and Mammy from Gone with the Wind, Mercutio, Puck, Lady Macbeth, and Othello from good old Shakespeare's plays...there are a few more, but these are the biggies that I return to again and again for various reasons. Anyway, since I get bored as fuck at work, my IMs are piteogann at aol.com and tipsywench at msn/hotmail.com. I'm always willing to argue character motives or random bullshit.
