Hey there! Not tall, not thin, black haired, brown eyed woman in Virginia, USA, here. I have the same birthday as the fictional Catherine Willows. Now go be good CSI's and figure it out, LOL! I live in a rural area of Northern Virginia, have a whole lot of animals, 1 sandy-haired blue-eyed, dimpled, and extremely cute husband, and no kids. (Hence, the many animals, my many nephews and one niece keep telling me. Eh, what do they know!!)

I enjoy CSI (uh, duh?!), NCIS, Bones, Pushing Daisys (will be missed, Sigh..). I'm Okay with CSI Miami & NY, when I remember to DVR them. I adore all the educational stuff, History & History Int'l, TLC, Discovery, WETA, etc... I read 6-10 books a week, mysteries, histories, biographies, outstanding fiction. I am a passionate collector of Coca Cola memorabilia, but that's kind of on hold with the current economy. (Mortgage first, and all that, LOL) Creating miniature shadowboxes is a lot less expensive, and hugely fun.

I was born in Dublin, Ireland and yeah, I look really Irish, right down to being the whitest, pale white girl on the planet. I do not go out tanning! My husband and I own and operate our own small mobile welding company. It used to be a whole lot bigger, but with the construction business going south with the economy, we had to close our shop. Now, I take care of the paperwork and Dan goes and fixes things. He also does some amazing sculpting and metal artwork. I used to be in the legal field, doing Trust & Estate work, Guardianships, Conservatorships, all tax returns involved, etc.. Basically, I took an Estate from its beginning until it was discharged from the Probate Court. Most people would find it to be a tedious job, but me, I enjoyed it.

I do write, but I haven't had the nerve to publish any of it. We'll see. Maybe this is the year ;)
