Nickname: No sé exactamente por qué decidí llamarme Laguna Negra, supongo que lo vi como un nombre sencillo y algo oscuro y misterioso. Aunque una de mis lectoras tuvo una mejor explicación, y es que las iniciales (L+N) en inglés podrían traducirse como Helen. Ese no es mi verdadero nombre, pero no me desagrada, por lo que lo consideré una genial idea. Hay veces que la gente puede ser increíblemente original.

Personalidad: Me describiría como una persona serena, suave y compleja. Serena porque, tal como dice la palabra, suelo ser tranquila y no me gustan las personas demasiado hiperactivas (lo que no significa que no tenga amigos así). Suave, porque soy una persona pienso yo bondadosa, que reacciona bien y trata lo mejor que puede a las personas que la rodean. Y compleja, porque soy una persona muy reflexiva y porque hay pocas personas a las cuales admire sinceramente. Me gusta pensar mucho las cosas y a veces soy un poco indescifrable. Prefiero escuchar antes de hablar, y observar antes que ser observada. Al escribir, me gusta poner detalles no muy rebuscados, pero sí especiales. Soy una persona organizada, y responsable, no me gusta dejar tirada a la gente y suelo cumplir mis promesas.

Idiomas: El inglés, por supuesto, entra en el rango de mis favoritos. Lo domino bastante bien, cada vez mejor creo yo. Pero aún me quedan cosas por aprender. También se portugués, catalán, español, argentino, y algo de italiano, francés y japonés. Pero, aunque parezcan un montón, yo quiero seguir aprendiendo. Soy un pozo sin fondo.

Mascotas: Un perro, Pochi; sí, sé que es un nombre poco original y que suele ser de gato, pero es el único al que responde. En realidad es un apodo, porque el nombre completo es Pochoclo, y en un principio era Nautic, aunque no le daba atención. Lo adopté un día que caminando por un conocido club lo vi sin su madre (era cachorrito), y muerto de hambre. Decidí quedármelo, y lo crié hasta lo que es hoy. Es molesto, pero muy cariñoso, y guardián. Es un perro muy inteligente, y a veces le hablo (aunque suene loco). Por suerte, todavía no me contesta. Todavía.

Libros: Cualquiera de Isabel Allende, -entre ellos 'Retrato en sepia', y 'La ciudad de las bestias' (la trilogía)-, 'La dama de la perla' (que, aunque no me fascine como los otros, tiene lo suyo), 'Entrevista con un vampiro', 'Ensayo sobre la ceguera', 'Cumbres borrascosas' (que lo conocí primero por la película, y luego por Crepúsculo), obviamente la saga de Crepúsculo, y algunos de los libros de 'Harry Potter', 'Arthemis Fowl', 'El código Da Vinci', 'La vuelta al mundo en ochenta días' y otros de Verne, 'Mi planta Naranja lima', la saga de 'Caballo de Troya', 'Vampiros', algunos de Anne Rice, 'El diario de Ana Frank', 'Carmen en fuga menor' (infantil, pero lindo, lo leí por primera vez a los 11 años), 'El muro' (también algo infantil), y 'La chica de 2°B', algunos de la saga de 'Narnia', y la 'Divina comedia', 'En otro lugar', y dos libros que leí hace un tiempo pero que no recuerdo el nombre, en uno de los cuales está basado uno de mis proyectos.

Perfumes: Antes de leer crepúsculo, para que no se confundan, la fresia y la lavanda ya eran dos de mis fragancias predilectas, junto con la peonía, el durazno, el melón y el limón. Me gustan los perfumes naturales, sin demasiadas mezclas, y que sean auténticos. La lavanda, por ejemplo, es suave pero fuerte e imponente a la vez, por eso me fascina.

Curiosidades sobre mí: Tengo insectofobia, soy una obsesiva con absolutamente todo lo que hago, tengo insomnio desde mi infancia (si me duermo antes de las doce me despierto cada media hora), soy un poco murciélago, porque de día soy menos activa que de noche, me gusta llevar siempre conmigo las cosas que me hacen sonreír (así sean cuatro libros de 700 páginas).

Hobbys: Leer, escribir, escuchar música, pasear, coleccionar cosas, viajar, conocer lugares nuevos, aprender idiomas, observar, comprar libros, gastar tiempo cavilando mientras miro la pared con el ventilador/la estufa encendidas en verano/invierno, tocar instrumentos.

Estación favorita: Inicios del verano. Esa época en la que hace calor pero agradable. Me gusta porque siempre significó para mí paz.

Música favorita: Me gustan las melodías de piano, y las músicas relajantes, como 'Miroirs', 'Clair de Lune', alguna sonata de Beethoven, y Chopin. Me gusta también el rock alternativo, y la música de verdad, nada de ritmos 'chucuchún-chucuchún' que siquiera le llegan a los talones a los verdaderos compositores. Me gustan mucho las canciones viejas, y las voces profundas en los hombres.

Cosas que más amo: Mi discman, y mi extensa y variable colección de CD's, enorme fuente de inspiración, todos mis libros (organizados en estantes), mi computadora, mi actual celular (el mejor que he tenido jamás), pasear por las noches sobre un puente cercano a mi casa, comprar vestidos (sí, sólo y exclusivamente vestidos), a mi mascota, a mi familia, y a mis amigos. Y también a mi colección de Mangas y Animes, con una sección de mi cuarto dedicada únicamente a ellos.

Proyectos de vida: En general, no me gusta adelantarme a los hechos, ya que uno nunca sabe lo que podría pasar mañana (excepto Alice Cullen, :P), pero me gustaría algún día estudiar medicina. Amo la literatura, pero sinceramente no la considero una carrera como para poder vivir bien. Además, me encanta aprender sobre el cuerpo humano. Lo único que aún no logro superar es ver mi sangre (me ocurre algo parecido a lo que Bella Swan), pero por lo demás me gusta y mucho.
