Oh wow. I haven't been on this site in weeks. It's the whole back in school thing that's been keeping me away lately. I really haven't written anything in... weeks. Sorry if I haven't responded to reviews or PMs or anything; I promise I'll get to them! Oh, and updates. They will be happening. At some point. But I can't promise any deadlines.

About Me:

I live in a small city on a Great Lake that really isn't all that great.

I love fanfiction. However, original fiction takes priority of my fan writing, so I apologize if things aren't updated quickly.

I was named after a famous mystery writer's last name. It's still a normal first name though.

I'm a 4w5 INFP, not that anyone's that interested in my personality. :P Enneagram and Myers-Briggs crap they make you take in Psych class.

I've been writing for quite awhile, and I appreciate constructive criticism. However, if I'm given blatantly rude, hurtful comments I tend to shut down.

Kingdom Hearts owns my life and I don't deny this fact. My favorite characters are Sora, Riku, and Kairi, sometimes in that order and sometimes not. I refuse to engage in "Kairi bashing", because while I believe the KH writers may ignore delving into some areas of her personality, there's certainly more there that we haven't seen. She is a strong, sweet person and I wish writers would convey that more often. Sora can be a misunderstood character as well; I don't think people really see the subtleties of his personality and treat him like a bumbling buffoon. I'll write an essay on it someday.

In general I'm not a big fan of AUs, but I've read some amazing ones that have left me completely speechless. I wish they were novels so I could have a hard copy of them and take them everywhere I go.

My favorite people ever are: Rivers Cuomo, Stephen Colbert, Alex Kapranos, Emily Bronte, Kurt Cobain, Allison Mack, Demitri Martin, my BFFL Sam, Bill Maher, and the FreeCreditReport.com guy.

I don't consider myself a fangirl, but it could be that I'm completely in denial. I do write fanfiction, after all. In my defense, I have never squeed in my entire life.

Soriku. I could write pages about why, but I’ll keep it simple. I love how it’s so nontraditional and yet it’s still completely sound and viable in the canon. They certainly have the most dynamic relationship in the games. They were best friends who became enemies and reconciled. It’s definitely not your average love story, and I think that’s why I like it so much. And people who say it’s not there have clearly never completed KHII.

Sora/Riku/Kairi. Yes, I know it’s not a pairing per se, and I hadn’t even entertained the idea until several months ago when I found a bunch of amazing OT3 fics. Yeah, yeah, I’m a perv and all that jazz, blahblahblah… It’s perfect because it doesn’t leave any of my favorite characters out. As much as I love Soriku, I feel bad because Kairi is left alone. I like Rikai, but we can’t have Sora alone, can we? The dynamic these three share is so strong.

I've also been diggin' Rikai lately, and I have no idea why. o_O

Sooo many… I hope I don’t offend anyone. :P Let’s see… I have to say Zemyx first (they have no screen time together; how can you think there’s anything there?), Akuroku (I know it's legit, I just don't really like it), Sokai (unless it’s incredibly well-written; it’s just a little too traditional for me), Cleon (just because they stand back-to-back and say a few words doesn’t mean there’s anything going on between them!)

13. Any cool crack pairings you've heard of? List 'em.

I don’t like crack pairings unless it’s in a crack story.

14. Weirdest Pairing(s) You've Ever Heard Of?

Riku/Mickey is the single most FUCKED UP thing I’ve ever heard of in my life.

Again, sooo many. When people hate Kairi for completely unfounded reasons, people who purposely write characters OOC without any character development or explanation, when people write a story where almost every male character is gay (seriously, what are the chances of that happening in real life?), seme/uke stereotypes (stop basing your fanfics off of Gravitation!)

Riku, hands down.

Umwut? Just because of the way it sounds, I’m gonna answer with a strong, resounding NO.

Probably Riku. I can really relate to his need for adventure, for something more than the small life he had on Destiny Islands. I also feel like he’s a deep thinker, like he always has deep, philosophical thoughts going through his head. If he were real, I think we’d have some epic conversations.

26. What's the most embarrassing moment that ever happened to you that had something to do with KH?

When my roommate caught me reading fanfiction. Yeah, I don’t tell people…

27. Have you ever cosplayed as a KH character?

I’ve never been to an anime convention, so I haven’t cosplayed.

28. The Funniest Moment in all of KH would be...?

“I LOOKED FOR YOU! I LOOKED EVERYWHERE FOR YOU!” My roommate and I laugh relentlessly every time this scene comes up. I love SoRiku, but it’s so damn sappy.

29. The Hardest Enemy/Boss was...?

Riku I. No, that’s not a typo. I beat Riku II the first time I tried. Riku I took me like… twenty tries when I first started playing. I’m not even joking.

30. What was a good edition in KH2 that made it oh-so-addictive?

So many things… The addition of drive forms, the improvement on combos/the battle system in general, the deeper storyline, the depth that was added to characters, etc, etc.

Uhm, they’re pixels. On my TV screen. I don’t see what I could possibly fall for. I like their characters, don’t get me wrong, but it’s kind of hard to “fall” for something fictional.

Kingdom Hearts is already a huge crossover! Wouldn’t debate some Howl’s Moving Castle, though.

Axel looks like Reno, and Sora, Riku, and Kairi look like the main characters from The World Ends With You (or I guess the TWEWY characters look like them?)

Birth By Sleep, bitches.

KHII. Improved graphics, battle system, voice acting, plot, character designs… everything.

There’s so much that I love about this game. The uniqueness of the plot, how crossovers that should not work miraculously do, the well-developed characters, the intricate battle system… I’ll add more when I’m not being lazy.
