I'm a slavedriver especially when it comes to writing. I've been writing for as long as I can remember -- different formats but never fiction. This is my first attempt to explore other mediums aside from what I usually do so I'm having a hard time aligning my writing with the situations I have in mind. I love creating stories that are based on real situations so it sometimes end up as a sad piece. I sometimes write poems too so don't be surprised if my characters suddenly end up reciting one-liners, chances are those are from my collection or from my favorite poets' works. (Of course I'll properly source who I quoted it from.)

For now, my fictions will revolve around Yui Hongou, Fushigi Yuugi's Seiryuu no Miko, and the not-really-odd-but-unusual pairings she never had in the series. So its basically a collection of potential stories for my favorite character. (Miaka and Tamahome are too used already!) Here are the stories I've published so far:

One Night (YuixKeisuke) -- When Keisuke first appeared in the series, I always thought he and Yui would end up together. There were even scenes in the manga where Keisuke blushes at Yui! I think their pairing has potential and would have developed if only Tetsuya never got dragged into the scene. The plot: everything happens nine years after Miaka and Yui returned from the book. Of course, Miaka and Taka are already happily married. Keisuke is still single, and our heroine just came back from Germany. STATUS: COMPLETE.

Falling White Threads (Yuix?) -- This explores what happened to Yui after Seiryuu devoured her and before Miaka asked Suzaku to bring Yui back. It will be kinda spiritual and I'm using lots of characters from other animes. I won't reveal Yui's partner yet, better find it out for yourself. -_~ I finally decided how to develop this story so the good news is that it's no longer in hiatus. STATUS: ON-GOING.

Just Play the Melody (YuixAmiboshi) -- I prefer this pairing than Yui-Suboshi (sorry!). Maybe because Amiboshi is gentle and caring and he has such kind expressive eyes. And they both like music! Amiboshi is an aloof flautist while Yui used to play the violin. It might become a love triangle or more complicated than that. Other characters will make an appearance too. Oh, this story is totally AU. STATUS: IN HIATUS.

Serendipity (YuixHotohori) -- I just wanted to try these two. I think they look perfect for each other (really). I always feel this warm fuzzy feeling whenever I imagine them in the same scene. Everything takes place three years after the book and Miaka and Yui comes across another Suzaku Sei, Hotohori, a real-time Prince. I made Yui a junior figure skater here, for the earlier parts at least. Is this AU? Probably, but I still stuck to the characterization. By the way, it's rated M for graphic love scenes. STATUS: COMPLETE.

The Pretend Boyfriend (YuixNuriko) -- I think their tandem has potential too! Yui couldn't forget about Nakago and she's stuck with Tetsuya. Things got a little crazy one night and she starts falling for the most unlikely person -- Nuriko! (gasp!) but he's in love with Hotohori, what should our heroine do? And how long can they pretend to be lovers? STATUS: ON-GOING (nearing completion).

The Blue Flower (YuixNakago) -- An adventure-driven story. Completely different from Shin Jin Ten Chi Sho but of course some concepts remained the same. Yui is a Kutou princess and Nakago is a traveling swordsman, as requested by Princess-of-doctors. It's my first YuiNak fic so I hope you like the story. This is slightly AU. No Suzaku warriors here. STATUS: ON-GOING.

Never Let Me Go (YuixKurama) -- A cross-over fic with another hot character. Miaka went to Yotsubadai but Yui ended up in an elite private high school at the heart of Tokyo. What's worse was that she's not as well-off as the other students! Good thing she has the brains and the looks to catch a certain redhead's attention. :) It used to be entitled Daydream Delusions but I think the title sounds better now. STATUS: COMPLETE.

Eien no Monogatari (YuixHotohori) -- I changed the initial concept of the original Eien no Monogatari because I don't feel like writing a period fic. Too taxing in the head! Anyway, I might write another period fic one of these days but I'll finish the ones I started first. This one's M-rated again. Ahahaha! A one-night stand brought them together but even when they found out who each other was, they still can't stop sleeping together. But is the attraction enough for a happy ever after? STATUS: ON-GOING.

Mistletoe Tales (YuixBishie) -- A series of Christmas one-shots on Yui and a certain bishounen. Two are non-FY characters while three are FY warriors. I'm lacking one chapter before I finally close it down. I still can't decide how to write the last one and Christmas is already over! Anyway, good luck to me. STATUS: COMPLETE.

Prince Next Door (TezukaxYuixFuuji) -- A love triangle on two of my favorite tennis geniuses in Tennis no Oujisama. It was intended as a one-shot but I loooove Tezuka too much. He's Yui's childhood friend here but if her attention is always on Fuuji, how will she know what he feels? Romance with a dash of humor and overflowing good-looking boys. :D STATUS: ON-GOING.

Heaven (YuixKeisuke) -- Yes! Another Yui-Keisuke fic. This will take place after the events in the book. Not as short as One Night but hopefully better. I've written six or seven chapters on this. Hurray for more Yui-Keisuke! :) STATUS: ON-GOING.

My initial plan is to write two stories at the same time and update them from time to time, but I added lots of stories, so I'll be updating four stories ALL at the same time. I also intend to finish ALL my stories. Here are the line-up of stories I hope to publish. Yes, I'm itching to start writing these pieces:

1) Remember the Time (YuixTatara) -- Yui caught the attention of three upperclassmen and she doesn't know who to choose. Would it be the friendly Student Council president? The resident foul-mouthed bad boy? Or the mysterious boy next door? I'm putting in all the other Seis that I didn't put in the other stories. Might put up a sequel if I like how the story ended. (Formerly, A High School Love Story, Intellectual Love and Changing of the Seasons.)

2) City of Angels (YuixChichiri) -- Something happened in Tokyo that prompted Yui to leave for Thailand and stay the whole summer. She stumbles upon a familiar character and they both travel to heal their brokeness. But how do you repair a broken soul? Is love enough? But what if love remains elusive? A Yui-Chichiri fic requested by FallenMad. It used to be titled 'Wounds and Scars' but I changed it so it reads better now. It has absolutely no connection to its movie counterpart.

3) The Nature of Revenge (YuixTomo) -- Oh, this might sound weird but I realized that I've been pairing Yui with so many Suzaku Seis that I've forgotten about the Seiryuu seis! So, here's a fic on Yui and Tomo. There will be lots of angst in this piece. Why? Because Tomo's back to get revenge on his former miko. Why? Numerous reasons and all boils down to Shin Jin Ten Sho and Nakago.

4) In Another Time (YuixHotohori) -- If Yui was chosen as the Suzaku no miko, I bet she'll end up with Hotohori. Same format as the Shinjintenchisho but with differences. Totally AU: Yui is a Kutou princess and Saihitei is Konan's second prince. They meet and fell in love in the streets of Kutou but betrayal lurks in the corner, will they end up together or will they fall for someone else? Thinking about this story makes me sad... -_- (Formerly Across the Universe.)

5) Bishies for Roomies (NurikoxYuixTomo) -- Everything is happening for Yui--dream school, dream guy, dream grades. But wait, why is she sharing a room with a model and a television actor? One girl + Two hot boys + Love? = Trouble

I'm working now so please bear with me if one of my fics seldom get updated. But I really do try to write every night--it's the ideas that have been slowing me down (and the stress, of course). But that aside, I'm glad to be writing again and thanks for reading my fics! :) One-shots are currently what I'm prepped up doing as I get to pair Yui with anyone I like without having to develop the plot much. The Pretend Boyfriend is currently my priority fic. I'm lacking two more and I can shift my attention to my other stories. After TPB, I'm planning to update the rest. The new ones have to fall in line, though. :D
